@TELUS When starlink finally comes online in the coming months, don’t worry we will quit asking for service from telus as we have for the past 9 years.. you had your chance, me and my over 100 neighbors will be taking our business elsewhere

If you are a Telus customer-AND get a discount on the price -most people do-check you billing-Telus UNBELIEVABLY charge GST etc based on the price BEFORE the discount-no reason to do this but they do-do u pay GST or PST based on any sale price - NO! Complain!!!

@TELUS Trash company, trash customer service. Disconnected my internet for an apparent unpaid payment arrangement that isn't even due for 3 more days. Said they would reconnect my wifi within 48hrs. Like you can reconnect it with a push of a button. Fkn ridiculous.

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet We fall back on our mobile data and tether to get though. Thank God my bill cycle is about to reset because we're close to going over. Again. Luckily that is the "unlimited" plan from Telus that just gets slowed down. Rural living!

@TELUSsupport My 95yo mother’s landline went down yesterday. Her Lifeline is not working because of this & it’s required by her care facility. This forces my brother to sleep overnight with her in a tiny room while both wear masks. @Telus says they’ll come Monday. Pls fix today?
