@travistravis @slats_20 @WotherspoonT It’s still the case that Telus rates are lower in SK than AB because they have to compete with Sasktel. The customer service we get with Sasktel is far superior to national telcos. If we lose SaskTel be ready for an hour on hold when you need to talk to a rep.

@meganbielby Telus Health strikes a new low in advertising their private health service. Telehealth makes great sense when offered within a public healthcare system.

@AdamPOlsen @bcndp Let's not blame Telus for filling a void which was created and growing by government inaction on providing access to primary health care. The way to 'fix' things is more doctors and compensate them reasonably. Our current govt has really dropped the ball on both fronts.

@RogersHelps This is an appalling way to treat your customers. I pay you, you provide no service, and no explanation for the outage. @telus @bellcanada take a look. How would you handle this situation? I’m seriously in need of a company that actually provides connectivity.

@TELUSsupport Um. "10b calls to this number cannot be completed." When trying to call Telus Internet technical support to report an outage. That seems bad.

@TomTSEC I switched to Telus, no problems and much cheaper. 3 years ago they were double billing me for one phone. $7200 I paid them that year. Don’t want to pay, we cut you off. 6 months after I quit, sent someone to my house to resign me.

@vibhorarora_vb @TELUS @HydroOne Everyone in the neighbourhood has been unable to use their phone since Sat … there’s no need for anyone to call it in again … It’s clearly a network / tower problem.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport why is cellphone signal so poor in South Surrey? Calls cut out badly, internet connection super slow.😡 I’m so frustrated after moving from Rogers to Telus. I’ve already logged a coverage issue online and run some diligence to confirm it’s not the device.
