@amberkanwar @RBC No they are not answering ... @TELUS had me going for 3.5 hours on hold yesterday. I gave up and am hoping my problem goes away. Welcome to the new reality. Massive profits for financials and telcos, and zero service to us minions who boost their $.

Another example of Canadian Telecom rich companies. TELUS CEO Entwistle’s salary $1,375.000 + Compensation-$11,689.00 would never understand the telecom charges his company place on Canadians in general and the less fortunate. Maybe we could give poor Darren a bonus!

@carlycampkin89 I’ve found Telus by far the worst. Animated things that doesn’t work to then sit on hold for 45min to then talk to someone who can’t solve your problem to then restart from the beginning

@TELUSsupport Telus hasn’t even given the courtesy to their customers to let them know that the towers been down since February, it’s terrible service if we can get it and there’s no solution or end in sight.

@TELUS & @TELUSsupport - I've been in contact with your customer support since May. Can you hold your subcontractors accountable to fix the poor installation job they did? #CustomerService #Accountability

@koodo @TELUS how about instead of paying your marketing teams to send stupid “we’re helping” emails you pay for all of the canceled account debt that went to collections for the people who LOST THEIR JOBS during the pandemic/were disabled/had to take care of family #scammers

TELUS manages my patient's WSIB submissions. This is a public service. "TELUS revenue for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 was $3.424B, a 2.36% increase year-over-year." WSIB should be wholly publicly managed.
