Elli (@ElliMicki) reportedI had the most difficult time communicating with the @TELUS @TELUSsupport agent today. The guy cannot understand and articulate himself properly in plain English. I hate these companies offshoring their service team elsewhere and provide mediocre services to the customers.
-
𐐒ɹǝuʇ ‰ (@Clever_Blender) reported@TWilsonOttawa March 2026 Loblaws was breached millions of users health records and customer data. TELUS Digital hacked, millions of stolen customer data from DOZENS of Canada's largest corporations. Your point is valid.

turbonerd (@blammenwerfer) reported@AmazingZoltan All of the big telecom providers. I'll never forget getting a $1200 cancellation fee from Roger's, arguing for three weeks with Bell that no I never asked for cable internet please stop sending technicians, or watching Telus cry like babies when Virgin wanted to come up here
-
JPG (@JPGonVI) reported@MizzzAlia Holy ****, you guys want telus to buy vancovuer a soccer team, buy them a pool… I can’t wait for my telus bills to skyrocket because you guys want **** you can’t afford

Sandilou2u (@sandilou2u) reported@peternowak If your ear isn't trained to a specific accent it can be difficult to understand what the agent is saying. It's frustrating for the caller and the agent. If Telus is using AI in this instance they've had plenty of complaints. It's using the technology to improve service.

matt (@ekcollapse) reported@Grochowa2 @xghostnotesx calling Telus customer service and using AI to give myself a ruthless Glaswegian accent Gie-in it laldy!
-
Victor Conway (@ConwayWStern) reported@endthehkylckout @yonkojohn First off, you're a moron. I've been through these buyouts from both Shaw and telus in the past. They will get the 12k employees off their payroll. You have no idea what you're talking about, and should probably just log off for the day lest others think you're an idiot too.
-
LookInTheMirror 🇨🇦 (@Cyberia35267623) reported@IgorRyltsev Looks like the Neanderthal works for Telus maybe? Regardless, leave the kids out of it. Why traumatize them with CPS? ******* idiot.

Woods Deep (@WoodsDeepMusic) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Just hang up. It will catch on
