B R R | Between Reason and Rage (@ReasonAndRage) reportedHave been on hold with @Rogers for over an hour. This is for a business account. Not even an option for a call back, like Telus offers. As with everything else, prices increase, mistakes are rampant, and service gets worse and worse. Really not impressed.

Tennis Girl 🎾 (@Nole_fan_girl) reportedHey @TELUSsupport not having a number that people can call or a live human on chat is beyond pathetic for 2026 and the prices you charge your customers. @TELUS used to be known for great customer service but now it's nothing but a never ending circle of chat and messages.

Gobo Fraggle (@Gobo_Fraggle) reported@TELUSsupport I am in PEI currently and keep getting an H18 error when I try to call a particular number. My wife is also on Telus mobility and has the same problem

Yemi the Addicted Programmer 🇳🇬 & 🇨🇦 (@yemitula) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates

Dave Zenbenda (@zenbenda) reported@DonnieandDhali @DonTaylor5 @DhaliwalSports If it's not on my already expensive telus tsn/sportsnet package I'm not paying for yet another service for CFL games. CFL needs to be careful with this...it's not like their the NHL here in Canada, or the NFL in the States.

Ash Mishra (@ashwani_avgeek) reportedScam alert. @TELUS @TELUSsupport staff will call you, will promise bill reduction, you agree and then boom. New services added to your without consent, doubling the bill amount and if you don’t pay this, obviously you’ll be reported to credit rating agencies. And when you try to contact customer support, there is 1000 hours wait and when you agree for a call back, they never call you and you get a text saying your callback is cancelled. And you can’t find a human to talk to resolve this.

LaserGuy: Every Silver Lining Has a Cloud Arnd It. (@GunFarce) reported@Thundercattttt0 @TruthFringe @BlueJays Ya, Telus just sent me an offer for 25gb and cell service for $25 a month.

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures | 何令恒 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport My suspicion is maybe you called mobility support instead of home support, since TELUS doesn't have home service (except for their City Place contract) in Ontario.

Jason (@IntSpaceJason) reportedHaving stayed in several places on my trip through BC and the Telus cell coverage has been absolutely terrible everywhere... Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Chilliwack, Courtney.
