  Frustrating day. Car broken in, sunglasses stolen. Took entire day to fix online account problem w/ TELUS & either I get cut off/accidentally closed window with online support (it’s not browser issue) so not resolved. Couldn’t go to Japan consulate to register my Bebe b/c my boss
