@Darrin_Rigo @TELUS @TELUSsupport Last time I tweeted displeasure with big T, I had them slide in to my dm’s to “see how they could help me”.

  • brittdales Brittany (@brittdales) reported

My only complaint since switching to @TELUS is the amount of random phone calls I get throughout any given week. If it’s not them trying to sell me home security, it’s random calls from numbers in Ontario or Sask. I never had this issue before.

@76pedrosilva @jkenney @TELUS Maybe they can fix their customer service too. I'm sick of these "qualified technicians" doing nothing more than suggesting to unplug the modem then plug it back in. Like I never even thought of that Telus

  • kerette45 Ker E (@kerette45) reported

@brittdales @TELUS It's funny, I got a call a while ago from Telus asking if I had trouble with telemarketers. Told him, "not until you called". He said, "I'm not a telemarketer". I replied, "are you on my phone? Are you trying to sell me something? You're a telemarketer"

  • DeniseLHeureux1 Denise L'Heureux (@DeniseLHeureux1) reported

@jwporteous @jkenney @TELUS My dad used to work for Edmonton telephones and they were a great company. He retired but his boss was still there when the merger happened. He said it became a horrible work environment and he retired sooner than he had planned to. Their commercial troubleshooting people sucked
