-
JennX (@Jennx68) reported@TELUS @xrtsdhndvbh1 I'm in Edmonton and all 5 of my TSN channels are giving me a "Television signal has been lost" error. All other channels seem fine, except, oddly, CTV Edmonton (101) and CTV Montreal (209). GET IT TOGETHER @TELUS

TypeVFuture (@TypeVFuture) reportedThe BC government is investing 63 million to provide high-speed internet to 4,000 rural homes? It is planning to go through Telus which uses Starlink for in-flight services on Westjet. Why doesn't government directly contract Starlink to provide those 4,000 homes the most reliable internet service on the planet for a fraction of the cost? No logic. We need to change that. 63 million is nuts!

Dividend Alex (@AlexSS94736924) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Ever since their customer service switched to 100% AI it’s useless; going to switch soon too
-
Rob B (@BoppinBobby) reported@TELUS Tsn and CTV 1, basically all the world cup feeds have no signal.
-
VernThurston (@VernThurston) reported@BlueNeox @JonFraserTF @TELUS Thank you-I didn't know that. My hope is for Star Link to get into cellphone networking service.
-
V (@DJTravelAbacus) reported@TELUS so the laws changed that you can't financially penalize someone for canceling their internet and phone plans and your solution is to keep them in an endless loop of getting transfered and put on hold. Then hung up on? I got all day bud.
-
Marc Edge (@marcedge1) reported@garymasonglobe @TELUS the problem is you have to publicly shame them to get any semblance of service . . . this is a tactic I have resorted to several tuimes
-
JayFarms🚜 (@JayFarmsSK) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Had to do the same thing with Sasktel a couple years ago. **** service and sky high prices - gouging for all their products - not sure why people continue to patronize them! Telus has been good to me but I am keeping a close watch on them as they silently creep their prices up

bona fide lover of ladies (@bona_of) reported@SarcasticallyAJ @TSN_Sports @PrimeVideo You need to get iptv. I’ll never go back to telus tv and adding programming packages
