@askmewhatdeezis @LFalasca @FreedomMobile If you're talking about the outage, that I can understand. One removes the key (sim) to the network from the slot, and then you *can* call 9-1-1, since it'll connect to any available working network, that being bell or telus in that case.

Two Telus Health medical service providers and Telus itself are showing up in new data breach class actions. The breach is from 2020 I think. Not sure if this is new or old info being recycled.

@TELUSsupport I’m getting north of 750mbps to a Telus server in #yeg. The problem is not inside my house. Fix your peering.

  • zephryus47 Carol (@zephryus47) reported

Just got my Telus bill, I have been charges over 350 dollars for cancelling, yet I never cancelled my service. I have just spent 37 minutes on hold with Telus only to have the computer voice chirp in that the office is now closed and to call back another time. Really impressed.

Worst job in the world? Maybe the @telus loyalty person who is only allowed to talk to you about your landline.

@17_danyell Hi 17_danyell, are you experiencing issues with your TELUS mobile phone service?

  • MsLutzmann Ms. Lutzmann (@MsLutzmann) reported

@LouiseRiopel1 @TELUS That’s why I always take out my Canadian SIM card and swap it out for a local one. Usually I do pay-as-you-go, but I’d heard it was not difficult to cancel a Free Mobile contract in France so I took the risk.

@Urtoez75_2 @TELUS Damn. That sucks! How in 2022 do you have slow assed 56K speed?

  • zephryus47 Carol (@zephryus47) reported

@LSKinYYC @TELUS I hope they were able to fix it for you. Its been weird for 5 months, had problems with phone & tv, have been on the phone many times trying to get things fixed. Have had techs here twice then this. Just annoying as hell. And I hate talking to computers. :).
