Hello @TELUS, why are there so many dead zones on Kenmount Road in St. John’s, NL. Two days in a row I’ve had to handle important business calls and email and had to sit outside and use Starbucks wifi to do so. With increasing cost at telcos, this lack of service is unacceptable.

@TELUS telus internet has been dropping for two weeks and Tech Support says...there's an outage it's being worked on and there's no end date. Yet when I check the outage map there's nothing indicated. So, are they just jerking me around or incompetent.

Looks like #Shaw is down in #YEG. Another argument to switch to that new Telus fibre that just came in my neighborhood. Plus then I don’t have to support #Rogers and Shaw’s merger.

..Why do we never consider that BC Hydro could put solar panels on your roof? They'd belong to BC Hydro & you wouldn't have to shell out. You only pay for the service. It's like Telus or Shaw technically owning your modem. This is FAR cheaper than #SiteC for both BC Hydro & us...

and counting with no internet. I have had three calls ended prematurely by Bell today alone. Thankfully Sebastian (EZ19328) was kind enough not to hang up on me. Bell offered competitive rates, but had I known how bad service was, I would have chosen Rogers or TELUS.
