@TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness called for tech support w Business Connect. Yesterday the app offered an update and since then outlook integration has not worked. Telus rep could not help with business connect plug-in because my email was not a MyTELUS email. Really #disappointed.

Just off a 6 minute telus health tele-appointment in my PJs on a Sat morning for a referral which would have taken hours out of my day in the before times. Was a really positive experience with a competent young Dr. Would recommend trying out this service!

@dexter_doggie @TELUS There will be no service to any Blackberry by any carrier as of Jan 4th. I wouldn't replace this but I'm being forced, which is part of what makes it extra frustrating. (Thank you so much for offering, though.)

@TELUSsupport Msg from Telus support: The $10 eSIM I ordered online is actually a 'voucher' that comes in the mail. I was expecting a QR code via email that would allow me to register my phone on the cell network. Instead, I'm waiting for a 'voucher' to come in the Xmas snail mail🙄

Re ☎ update This is day 36 without my new cell phone. The new motherboard could arrive today, but as we speak this does not appear to be the case. Talked to a real live Telus/Koodo tech person yesterday and got the data issue resolved. ✔ 🙉 @TELUSsupport @koodo 🎅🎁🎄 🍻

@google @madebygoogle @telus after DEC update calls on my Pixel 6 are being dropped on a regular basis, mobile data and wifi are unstable. Vmails from missed calls yesterday only showing up after restarting my phone tonight. I'm hoping this is a P1 issue and will be fixed soon.

@TELUS your sales and marketing people called me on a number that is on a do not call list. It is interesting that neither the caller nor his supervisor called me, or so they said. When I asked the supervisor why I was called he hung up on me. Excellent customer service.
