It’s been almost a week when I switched to TELUS Pure Fibre .. nothing but problems.. TV freezes up. Box not working. Not impressed with Telus. No one has contacted me to solve this problem after they mentioned they will contact me.

@sweetaboutmi I had rogers for years but ran into nothing but problems getting charged way more for less services. Went to Telus and Koodo and had better service with a much better price. they sadly bumped up their cap for travel which isn't great.

@TELUS have a supervisor call me, I’ve had enough and you have 2 complaints in at the BBB and more will continue you can’t keep someone on hold because you guys messed up big time and don’t want to deal with your errors that directly affects their financial credit

@Telus @TELUSsupport Another question—I’m wondering if there’s a way to buy extra data? I’m travelling and using GPS a lot. I have a CAN-US plan. I can’t sign in to my account to check for this myseld—I keep resetting my password and it immediately says it’s wrong.

So Telus includes the YouTube app on our 4K cable boxes, but there’s no way to block it, or put a parental control on it. Really Telus? I do not want my kids exposed to the garbage on that app, do better @TELUS @TELUSsupport @telus #telus

@TuraEmanuela @notseinfeld01 If a telus doc has 200 patients and shares that fee with Telus 50% that might not be a terrible income.

@bcgreencaucus @AdamPOlsen Even the telehealth is bad. I went to use the Telus Health app, as well as CloudMD, and both are booking two months out.

RE cell phone/internet/cable services; The best way to get a deal is to switch providers whenever your discount period expires. Retention (or 'Loyalty') will rarely offer the deal as good as a brand new customer gets. @Bell_Aliant, @TELUS, @Rogers this makes no sense.
