It is so retrograde that @TELUSsupport cannot just mail me a new SIM Card when my son lost his phone instead of making me go to a store. Canada’s tri-opoly of cell phone companies is a race to the bottom. In 5 years I switched from Rogers to Bell to TELUS and all equally bad.

After dealing with Telus in Acheson and slow wifi we thought we hit the jackpot when Shaw said they were building a fibre optics. Sadly they kept delaying and delaying, so Starlink it is.

Is anyone else in #yeg with Telus (or Teksavvy DSL) internet experiencing an outage right now? I was burning the midnight oil for an imminent deadline but it looks like I’ll have to get up extra early in the morning and hope it’s fixed by then. 😭

Hey @TELUS…question: how many more of your salespeople am I going to have to tell that I do not wish to be contacted - on my mobile and home lines - about your service offerings? Because I just hung up on #25 (since I started counting). Which is ~24 too many. #TakeMeOffaList

The only telemarketers that call me are from @TELUS. I can assure you, because they do this, I will NEVER get any type of service through telus. I literally hate that company because of getting cold called. Please stop. It's 2023. No more cold calling people.
