    Fine @TELUS @TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran, mistakes happen but refusing to rectify it and then threatening about what “might” happen if you reconnect his service at his current home before he moves is shameful. But oh, he can’t cancel because he has a year left on his contract.

    @TELUS @NHLFlames What exactly is inclusion other than a buzz word? What are the specific actions and the measurable outcome for each. This is all getting sickening. You are talking about BLM and trans issues basically. You are not talking older people, people with handicaps, etc.

    Was OTP with Apple support all morning and Telus and all they did is bounce me back and forth and no one has an answer for me. Why am I paying for this service/product if it don’t even work? I’m done.

    @B2Bspecialist Also, I have no idea what Telus converse is like across the country, but is this for all areas or just specific provinces? I’d be apt to listen what farmers who are current Telus customers have to say about current service.

    @cable_shaw yoossless! Tech guy came to solve the 2 months super slow Internet but made it worse, left in a huff. Supervisor refuses to talk to me, no credit until the tech fixes it-tech didn’t fix it! How much life should I give to this? TELUS here I come!15 years of Shaw byeee

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran Please know that YOUR error in disconnecting my very elderly dad’s phone, TV and Internet a week before you were supposed to has left him completely isolated, stressed and at risk should he need emergency services.
