Telus Issues Reports

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@CompBureau Having said that, despite the misleading “unlimited” claim, it is very compelling to see the “bundle” reduce the price from the “incumbent” pricing of $85 down to $25 for 25GB. And if someone moves from Shaw to Telus for wireline, their mobile price will go way up.

  • DatBawse Cam. Aka Bawse 🇺🇦 (@DatBawse) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@SCUBADubois @TELUS Good to hear. I went to war with loyalties and retentions before just saying "ok cancel my service as of Sept 30" as I was signing up for new service under my parents name.

  • sugartymefarm Sugarpie (@sugartymefarm) reported

@cattleNcrops83 @RazMahTaz75 I have the 12 no problems but I’m with Telus here in Ontario

  • YesThisIsMerp Minuit the Zoroark (@YesThisIsMerp) reported

@apoxon It's their infrastructure in some areas. The technicians are right in saying that there isn't anything ~they~ can do about it, but telus needs to upgrade their ****(node?) in that area that they service users in the area with.

  • Brittanirussel8 Brattani (@Brittanirussel8) reported

@BradleyVis Nope. My bill literally went from $50 15 years ago to $200+ monthly ! I said good bye Telus ! With shaw now. Pay $50 for two phones 👏🏻👏🏻 better service

@TELUSsupport Not happy with you Telus. You are losing my support fast.

  • fender250 Sean (@fender250) reported

@TELUSsupport Home phone/internet/TV all down at my house this morning. Tried to report the outage on the Telus website but the chat is down too. What gives?

  • sexmuffin23 jeremy ferriere (@sexmuffin23) reported

Fxcking sick of rogers. They are charging more yet my cell service is still **** and my data network is still dogshit. They are just charging more cause they can. Maybe virgin or telus wants my business. Hell I will take a smaller company over scumbags like rogers... @Rogers

  • SCUBADubois SCUBADubois (@SCUBADubois) reported

Update… I ended up speaking with a very helpful @TELUS customer loyalty team member named, Charmaine, and she totally took care of me. Of course, I was on hold for 40 minutes - twice - before I actually got through. But in the end it all worked out.
