@TELUS @TELUSsupport Been without internet since Dec 23rd in Surrey, BC Canada. I've contacted support 2-3 times every day and they always tell me there's no ETA on a fix and they can't tell me if a crew is assigned. Not even on the outage map. Going to switch to Shaw soon.

@theJagmeetSingh Um... If anyone is still struggling with their Telus bill, they offer a cheaper option through public mobile. They even have a badass referral program and are ordering 20GB for $45. Never get overcharged for going over. Use my referral code: PQ8NN4

@TELUSsupport @oldgravy We just had this same thing yesterday. Service out due to accident for a day and a half. Telus advice? Call 911 on your cell. We live an hour from cell service. Go to a doc or police? Hour plus away. Fire? Unstaffed volunteer. Super helpful.

At @TELUS, @TELUSsupport, they believe in leaving you on-hold for over an hour only to disconnect the call on you. This forces you to call back and wait longer. I hate this country. Every mobile operator is corrupt. So thanks Telus for your crappy customer support!

*...Anyone else notice that @TELUS will throttle back your data to super slow speeds (way lower than advertised) once you've used up your hi-speed data, so much so that photos don't load instantly and videos buffer, yet ads with videos load seamlessly...* hmmm 🤔 #Scam #BS #Telus

@theJagmeetSingh Companies like Telus need to be profitable. What do you suggest would be a acceptable profit to the NDP? Telus employs 90,000 people and is the 9th largest employer in Canada. They invest in Canada. Cell phone bills suck but if you want the best service you pay more.
