    @TELUS Then how about getting fibre optic in my hood. I live on the T’kemlups Reserve and for some reason I am considered rural when I am just 2 mins from the city centre. I drive over the red bridge and bam I’m there. My wifi network kicks me out.

    Just to add, 1 year on and Telus is still crap in Airdrie and don’t send me a private message as it is just not some issue in small areas, it’s the whole of Airdrie. @TELUS @TELUSsupport wish I could move providers. Fix it as you guys are paid enough.

    @TELUS Mr Entwhistle. We really need cell coverage from the Jasper AB Border to Valemount BC on Hwy 16. It is major Hwy and to many deadly accidents were emergency personnel are required ASAP not an hour later after someone drives back 30 miles in either direction to get cell srvc

    @oskeremmie @Bell @TELUS Funny enough the night before last I took a drive up signal hill, parked, picked up my phone and “5G”. Then 2 seconds later it switched back to LTE… thought my phone was on the blink.

    I love not being able to do my job because you idiots hire 10th grade high school kids for your tech support team and give them a 30 minute training session on “internet” @TELUS How do I have this many internet issues that my ISP doesn’t even know how or why it’s happening?

    @whosthisaida The other option is to use Telus or Koodo. They have a really great tool to prevent these spam calls. I don't know about Bell, but the other carriers don't have this free service

    @TELUS support during covid??? CEO LIES.....Made a partial payment waiting for a cheque. Alerted staff. A week later, I am cut off. Now I have reconnection fees 😒 the full bill was paid within 2 weeks of the partial payment. 😔 Essential service relief is a lie. #switch #telus
