  @TELUSsupport My 95yo mother’s landline went down yesterday. Her Lifeline is not working because of this & it’s required by her care facility. This forces my brother to sleep overnight with her in a tiny room while both wear masks. @Telus says they’ll come Monday. Pls fix today?

  @TELUSsupport my internet is down for almost 12 hours I called all they say they reboot it from their system and nothing happens last one I called he said there is outage i ur area , in my map it doesn’t show any outage in my area , come on TELUS u can do better

  @marian_crow @TELUS Ummm where in Canada doesn’t have clean water or hasn’t already recieved government funding to help pay for the cleanup.. on the other hand we are the only first world nation that doesn’t have high speed internet everywhere.. just curious as to what’s to be ashamed of here?

  @RealMattHopkins @danjoseph22 @mileslunn I got in trouble at Telus because my accent came back during a call w a client no one could understand BC of his accent - so he got sent to me. But apparently my accent was unprofessional when it came out 🙄🙄
