@VirginPlus got 50gb 50$ come back offer . A month later still trying to complete comeback process. Got promo code, got billed. Paid bill. Verified ID - email, phone,store. Called 3 support numbers. Returned SIM card. Use service= no. Staying with @TELUS =yes. Love simple.

It is so retrograde that @TELUSsupport cannot just mail me a new SIM Card when my son lost his phone instead of making me go to a store. Canada’s tri-opoly of cell phone companies is a race to the bottom. In 5 years I switched from Rogers to Bell to TELUS and all equally bad.

@fagstein @Bryson_M BAI offered its service to all carriers. There was no exclusivity. It is Bell Rogers and Telus who refused to sign up because after losing the bid to BAI they wanted it ti fail.
