Dar Kana (@dar_kana) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport The customer service & service itself at Telus was so bad I switched to starlink. Imagine being threatened with a 250$ bill, by a member at a foreign call centre if I'm not home to fix your terribel services. Most of the calls- unintelligible!

Right Winged CDN (@DKNExCDN) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

Upside๐จ๐ฆ (@FindyourUpside) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Oh we know. They have a cartel in Canada, need to pay out their retiring CEO and pay signing bonus to new CEO. It's all about profit for them, not service. But to be fair, I talking to someone from Guatemala and it was great interaction.

MTF ๐จ๐ฆ (@EhmTEhf) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport they did this years ago. The only company that stopped this was Rogers back in early 2018. I believe it was then, they had so many complaints about overseas, when Guy Lawrence took over he made all these jobs come back to Canada. Bell Media and Telus have always had overseas support. That's why I never dealt with them.
