    @TELUS is there an outage in Burnaby? No internet over here for the second time this month. For $220 a month, I’d expect some reliable service.

    I went to @TELUS at the mall today to get a new Yellow! iPhone, and they told me I shouldn’t get one because the rates are so high right now. Been a customer for 10 years, with 4 iPhones under my account, and they’re telling me “don’t upgrade”! #crazy

    It also makes it C$5/month for every Canadian, which is 2.5% of what I pay TELUS for internet access & basic TV service. When I turn on TV sports section I often see messages on more channels I cannot see or must pay to view, than are on my basic package.

    @KristinRaworth I missed the rural broadband thing by the UCP. Did they hang around a Telus truck in Lacombe and take cresity like they did last time?
