    @cmcalgary Some guys from a Telus reseller came to my door offering some promotional deals. They never told me what they had for internet/tv bundles as I only have basic cable from Tek-Savvy. (Tends to be lower in price than shaw, and no contracts). They had a good deal on phones though.

    @MobileSyrup Called #telus to inquire about cancelling my service. The agent was unaware of the new policy and flabbergast. In a strange turn of events, the call ended with me apologizing to her for the headaches of customer calls ahead. In her words, “you can leave Telus but I need my job.”

    ...and don't think I don't notice at my job across town. Or at least I did till our POS was moved to a Telus connection and the connectivity issues magically stopped.

    Yep, @TELUS internet would be down right when I’m about to start streaming MW2. This internet service ever work haha. They keep charging more, doesn’t seem to improve at all.

    @TELUS disappointed you are now going to charge me a fee to pay my monthly bill. Not a great way to treat a long time customer. Where’s the rewards for being a good customer? I’m gonna rethink my future with #telus #poorcustomerservice

    I really wish @TELUS would get their act together and actually provide usable service in my neighbourhood. Instead I’m stuck with @Shawhelp who appear to be incompetent.

    @MizzJackson @TELUS Boo. :( I've had crappy service from Telus too, which is why I quit them years ago. If you're looking to switch, I've had awesome experiences w/ Fido for phone and decent ones with Teksavvy for internet (a few minor issues but they're cheap).

    @telus @telussupport Been a customer for 20 years faithfully. After you trying to nickel and dime customers with this new credit card fee I will forever be removing my services and you will lose out on thousands over a 1.5% fee. Good job on your business sense.
