Any @TELUS techs out there who can lend a hand in Sherwood Park? Launching a home based podcast in 2 days and haven’t had working internet in the house for almost 12 hours. 2 hours on the phone did nothing. Frustrated would be an understatement. DM’s are open… #help

Well, after 20+ years as a @ShawInfo customer, looks like it may be time for a change. Over 30% more to keep my same package... Time to call @TELUS I think. Anybody switch recently? Pros v cons?

@jamesrcs Telus is the worst, not sure if I can face them. Health care people still use faxes in Canada, they always lose them. BCAA is also tiring. Our property management company had a hack, they haven't answered questions either.
