Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reportedWe’ve had this number for years but with Rogers since 2015. We get calls daily from TELUS to switch. What happens if there is an emergency and they have no service? Serious situation and support keeps insisting the have to talk to the person with the phone. @CRTCeng

Prairie Edwin (@PrairieEdwin) reportedYou’ll want to look at Public Mobile. They are owned by Telus but cheaper and month to month. No long contract. You can change it for any month. Very flexible. No dropped calls either. Excellent coverage on the Telus network. I’ve had it 6 years now. Mine would be $40/month Cdn but it’s got lots of data. Lower priced ones too.

James Burnell (@uxridge_james) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $30 for 150 gig unlimited on Telus. Only 5 bucks more than Florida I guess Canada isn’t as bad as you think.

Currently I think I have 250 something. They offer me about $90 a month and upgrade to 1Tb which I don’t need at all. However,Rogers doesn’t service my area, so I am stuck

Adam Henry, CFP (@adamhenrycfp) reportedThings are expensive right now. An easy way to save some money is switching your phone plan to Public Mobile. It runs on the Telus network, so service feels the exact same. My wife and I made the switch a couple months ago. Took 10 minutes. Saving literally $120/month.
