    So @TELUSsupport will disconnect your service and when you ask to speak to someone higher up they wont let you... but they will turn your service on to let them call you back but then turn it back off if you don’t pay right away.... so thats how you run a company? #telus

    I pay $135/mo for my internet. My XB6 modem is defective (it's louder than my PC under load). I offered to pay to upgrade the modem, only to be told I had to sign to a 2-yr contract to do so. What a joke. This is why people are going to Telus. Terrible. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    @TELUSsupport I did and that's who told me to reset my network. They said there were no issues and my phone should be working fine. It's not just my phone having issues. Everyone I know who has telus is having problems.

    @TELUSsupport Now it doesn't seem to be a Telus problem, it's a OnePlus's. Seems to be related to an update that doesn't let me modify the APN settings. Spoke to Telus support and they helped me out.
