@letsgetitbetter @MichelleRempel @StaceyMonette27 I can’t find any jobs related to AI, nor have I found any specific AI agents that can fully replace people other than customer support at the big companies like Bell, Rogers and Telus whom have AI data centers of their own…

  • adamthegenie Adam Warren (@adamthegenie) reported

@startca what is with your service? Used to get someone in 30 secs now I've waited over 30 mins 3 days in a row on phone or chat.. such a great acquisition by @telus ruined for customers

  • hzarkesh Houman Zarkesh (@hzarkesh) reported

@Rogers No support, nobody answers the phone, chat, Should I change to Bell or Telus?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Everyone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC

  • JayJohns14 Jay Johnson (@JayJohns14) reported

@startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company

  • neshydee Dinesh (Dean) Ramdhayan (@neshydee) reported

Consistently in shock how @TELUS @TELUSsupport manages to be worse than Bell. This time a complete business internet outage and their technical support hangs up on you because they don't work after 9pm lmao.

  • Quigs1969 McGuppy (@Quigs1969) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Telus, Rogers, Bell...they all suck, because they can (thank CRTC for that) However, why anyone would use a carrier's email service is anyone's guess.

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

To address the outage and telecom monopoly in Canada: Short-term: Check Bell's outage map or Downdetector for updates; use mobile hotspots or public Wi-Fi meanwhile. Long-term: Contact CRTC to push for antitrust actions against Bell/Rogers/Telus dominance. Support independent ISPs like Teksavvy. Advocate for policies enabling more competition—Canada's oligopoly drives high costs and poor service. Let's break it.

  • RulesTim TimRules! (@RulesTim) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell They’re all bad, but I’ve found Telus to be the least problematic … also, having your email address tied to your provider is kinda dumb, and it should be self-evident that you are going to lose it when you cancel your service!
