It's quite likely that if a contest we're to be held for the worst functioning website on earth, Telus would win it in a landslide. That site is painful to try to use. Forget about it if you're on a mobile device, it ain't happening.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport your customer service is a joke. Booked an appointment to install fiber but the technician is a no show. Waited 2 hours and on the phone for another hour so far but no resolution. Not even a courtesy call to say we have to reschedule!

I am disappointed as both a @Telus phone and home security customer that they are intending to charge a credit card fee. Unless @RBC reduces their fees to make it possible for me to keep using my expensive #Visa card, I will be looking for other options for my next contracts.

@SridharTempalle @TELUSsupport Well I'm not so happy I agreed to go with Telus from Koodo. Telus, hours wait, plan changed when it shouldn't have been, can't reach anyone anywhere but there's a whole lot of nice "we're sorry you're having a bad experience, DM us." No answer there either. Koodo I miss you.
