Anyone ever dealt with @AsurionCares for phone replacement or repair? They handle extended warranties for @TELUS. So far, communication is 0/10. They don't contact you when they say they will, close service requests without telling you, and the whole process is cumbersome!

.@TELUS @TELUSsupport is willing to lose both my internet and mobility service over an issue they caused in the first place by not compensating me on my bill, the escalation manager said to me straight up I was pure profit for the company at any price and still wouldn’t help

@TELUSsupport Dear telus team. I have requested a connection change of my existing service to another home. But your team is telling they can give the connection on 11th April because the appointment available only on 11th April. This is very disappointing.
