    @TELUS Not only that we’ve been given stupid solutions like we will reduce your data by 2 gigs a month and that will bring your bill down by $5 a month. I asked how is that going to help with no phone service? Their response back to me was it won’t but it least you’ll get a cheaper bill

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport been a month since I got the service and I’m still not able to select the channels I want for my #Pik5 not on your website nor on your app. #HELP! Have terrible channels that I didn’t choose.

    @megturtl3s I'm getting lots of people telling me to check with Telus so I'm going to follow up. Rogers is horrible out here!

    @tracyinkits @Shuggs_YYC @cmcalgary Telus in SE is terrible. Friend has gone back to landline. When she called Telus she was told they have too many users for the amount of tower access they have. Of course they blame 'the guberment'. Shld be false advertising to keep grabbing customers w service they know is poor

    @TELUS So a follow up. I just got a CB can’t transfer me to a manager can’t help me . I am trying to pay my final bill and no one can f——g help . I am not pay a cancellation fee whe we haven’t had good service since Feb, the tower was down and new one isn’t working

    @TELUS 2 situations within the last 30 days where I have not gotten any help from “managers”, been told there is nothing that can be done & basically calling me a liar. I’ve been a customer for over 25yrs. Beyond angry at this point.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your customer service is a joke. Booked an appointment to install fiber but the technician is a no show. Waited 2 hours and on the phone for another hour so far but no resolution. Not even a courtesy call to say we have to reschedule!

    @peggy_blair We live in Ashton too. Reception sucks no matter what company. But Telus/Koodo is the best. Rogers has no bars and Bell goes in and out.
