    TELUS as a world leader when it comes to mobile wireless download speeds. However, when @Opensignal looks @ upload speeds & the quality of the networks for video, gaming and voice, Bell, Rogers & Telus fare from fair to v good but never at the top. So, more cherry-picking 2/

    Truck hit a communications line across East King Edwards Ave between Main and Fraser @Balkan It’s now so low trucks are all hitting it. No idea who it belongs to and the city is no help. @TELUS @ROGERS #telus #rogers

    @TELUS The worst internet in Canada! They will slow down your internet for no reason at all. And there call centre agent are lazy and don't want to do their job. Why there phone line wait time are a hour long.

    @TELUS you guys really need to do something about the number of spam calls you allow through on the network. It isn't even 1PM and I have already received 11 spam calls this morning - it's getting annoying!

    @swartable @cbcnewsbc @j_mcelroy Horgan admitted to Telus problem which was fixed in a couple of days. Booking is now ahead of schedule.

    Natale points to churn as evidence of competition. Perhaps a bit of that but also with sheer customer frustration with Bell, Rogers & Telus. If this 4-to-3 merger b/w Rogers & Shaw goes ahead, that frustration will have one less important rival to go to 21/

    @Lorian_H Telus is going to want to earn their money back for all this advertising. There must be a back door promise from @jkenney for a minimum profit. Otherwise they would never spend so, so much on expensive advertising.
