My phone has been dying a slow death for months. I finally got a new one. With a data plan. I've been a Telus customer for about 15 years. Telus still charged me a $50 activation fee. That's on top of my plan, which will cost about $80 a month.

@ParodyCab08 @MC30609856 went thru this with 87 year old father. GP quit during covid, no walk in clinic avail, Telus Heath booked, he spent a whole day in emergency to get his RX's renewed. This is not healthcare and it's terrifying.

@PaulMitchell_AB That's how things function in China. The credit system allows people to access goods and services while preventing those with bad credit from the same. CCTV is used everywhere. In Canada, I often wonder if Telus is heading down that path with all the services they offer.

  • bbysfinest Jason C (@bbysfinest) reported

@TELUS Type of mood where my tv and internet don’t work again thanks to your crappy service. Switching all my internet tv cell phones from residential and business on Tuesday thanks for all the years of crap service !

  • marrow_hisham Hisham Marrow (@marrow_hisham) reported

Telus custome service is one of the worst people to deal with

@TELUS Your a communication company - do that. Either “****, or get off the pot”, and let someone else. Your tying up all the spectrum capacity in Canada while providing extremely expensive services. While blocking competitors, who’d lower the prices for consumers.

Thank goodness for @TMobile giving us free roaming in Canada. Too bad Telus' 5G speed is like a dial-up modem. 🤪
