@jodyvance @CRTCHearings Don’t lose sight of the fact that it is this same Telus machine that is entering into Primary Care. Does that 1.5% apply to ALL bills one might eventually pay by card to Telus. @CRTCHearings you MUST begin to support citizens not corporations. DECADES of unfairly high cost. 🤬

@benlucier @TELUS The cost of processing cash is infinitly higher. If customers mailed cash in envelopes it would certainly bog down their billing department much more than running Cc spreadsheets. (Small bills too)

@tleehumphrey Maybe they can now start sending out paper bills again. If Telus had any backbone they would go to the credit card companies and reduce their merchant fees or start a Telus credit card to bring down fees. No creativity other than raise the price.

@raymondsnow @TELUS I don't disagree. As I said, rather than imposing an additional charge for credit cards they could just as easily give customers who agree to automatic direct debit a small discount. Solves the pay-on-time issue. TMobile & Verizon offered such discounts when I lived in the US.

@TELUS What's going on with your customer service line? It's been over an hour wait all week, I need to pause my service while travelling and can't get through to anyone via phone or through your chat
