Looking at a fresh phone contract and after today, I'm even more convinced @TELUS , @Rogers and @Bell all sit in a room and fix prices. Telus want $90 "connection" fee - we're already Telus customers. Are you kidding me!

@Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to telus one by one

“Hi, this is Telus. I see here you’ve been a customer with us for 15 years. Thank you so much. To reward your loyalty, I’m going to hold you on the line with some random questions and pleasantries for about 5 minutes, without telling you why, then try to sell you some bullshit.”

@ShawCanada you sold me a service up to 10x faster than Telus. It’s actually 50% slower. And I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes just on live chat and phone queue is 37 minutes.

Insights, eh?

@TELUS Has it occurred to Telus that if they charged reasonable fees rather than gouging their customers, then the customer would have the money to give to charities themselves and at a greater level.

@dustinchip96 #eastCentralAlberta We have service most of the time in our house. Step out of the house, there is none. We need to keep our land lines because cell service is so poor. Our Internet is with the cell phone, very expensive. We are a low population area, not a priority for @TELUS
