@TELUSsupport Sorry if I sound annoyed, it’s cause I am. But Telus refuses to put more towers in our area and the entire 100 km radius is absolutely horrendous. I have complained numerous times & never had anything done. I know it’s not you, sadly you’re just the one representing them

@TELUSsupport I am not able to receive calls from some phone numbers. Checked the blocked status, it is not. Called Telus support, but no luck. This is frustrating.

Some ppl don’t understand SERVICE. @ADT was taken over by @TELUS. They arrange an upgrade & we wait all morning. By 1:30 we make the call. They had no parts so no upgrade but, NO PHONE CALL TO CANCEL - learned this after 20 minutes on hold. Then want to put me on hold again.

Yo I figured it out. As someone who barely sleeps more than 5 hours a night I found the trick to get 8 hours. Use @TELUS internet. Why does that work? Cause you will most certainly have an outage and your evening plans will be ruined leaving you with only bed as an option.

@TelusSupport - We switched from Shaw TV to Telus Optik TV recently and are loving the quality of picture and variety of programming. However, a couple times a week the modem freezes, and we lose five minutes while we reboot and wait for the modem to reconfigure, etc. Help!
