    @TELUSsupport Just received the best customer service from Telus! Never had a customer service rep from any other carriers call me back multiple times after call got dropped until he was able to reach me to help me fix an error on Telus part!

    @DianeMariePosts @linwood_barclay Just think, we used to have tech support when an actual technician would come to our homes. Now when I have a problem with my Telus connection, the tech remote-accesses my phone and *I* do the technical work under their instruction. 🙄

    Only made a twitter to state the fact that @TELUS @TELUSsupport continue to hound my family over my LATE sisters unpaid bill & now they have collectors bothering us. ROGERS waved her unpaid bill & shut the account down completely. Telus should take notes and have some sympathy.

    @TELUSsupport Hi @TELUSsupport my problem is still not solved. Pik TV support sent me to Apple support and they sent me back to Telus. Both of them are not doing anything and my Pik tv is not updating to Telus TV.

    21 days my @Telus internet has been down now, and their customer service has been completely atrocious.
