@tracer_ca @TELUS Mostly because they're so clueless about bad actors despite being part of a public network since inception that they had to figure out a completely new way to ensure liability was on their customers and not them.

@rokuB4U @mcauleyn Telus owns public but they don't interfere, just provide the towers for service and it's crazy cheap.

In conclusion: **** Telus. They employ some of the smartest, kindest, most above-and-beyond people in all of Canada - @TELUSsupport folks are generally amazing - but due to customer-hostile corporate policy, they're an absolutely awful company that's a net negative to Canada.

My boyfriend is a customer of @TELUS business and has been experiencing horrific phone and customer service from you for over a month. Yesterday he sat on hold for 4HOURS and was passed through 4 different departments in an attempt to cancel services with you. @TELUSsupport

@EdjoSadowski @TELUS @FP_Champagne My theory: BridgeNet is a deterrent. BridgeNet connects many of the easier to service apartments. That competition reduces the incentive for TELUS to spend capital laying their own fibre as it would primarily be for the left over high cost to serve single family homes.

@Rogers @RogersHelps OK I've been a Rogers cellular customer for going on 16 years, but if you're not working on something similar to @TELUS call control I think I'm going to have to switch... these spam calls are getting out of hand.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport The call dropped because your network is absolutely horrible. When he called back He was informed a manager would be calling him within 3 hours and we have still yet to hear anything nearly 20 hours later. This is abysmal customer service and I am fed up.
