    @Rogers is a joke. I tried to go to a store in Ajax and they wouldn’t let me in, or let me purchase a charger from the door without ID. I didn’t have ID on me and they refused me service. You need ID to buy a charger now a days? @TELUS .. any solutions for me?

    @TELUSsupport trying to fix an issue where by Telus call back feature goes straight to my voicemail without notifying is me is the most frustrating thing I’ve dealt with this year.

    The service from #telus is unreal. TV has been freezing for serval months. Every time I call #Telus service all they say is unplug your optik TV box, have been doing this over 6 months. Would you not think that maybe it is something else. Not happy at all.

    @allantaylor Any service providers customer service line - Telus, Shaw, Rogers, etc. Give them the ol' runaround

    @lizaledwards I vote for Telus. Very reliable, in two years, only once down.(I'm paying 52CAD/month for 1Gb on Telus for reference!) I don't have idea of time to get it, x.x I installed pre-covid time. But they scheduled and came in the same week.
