    Long time @TELUS customer charged $50 activation fee. Spent 2 hours on phone only to be hung up on. Tried to email and error message appeared. Terrible experience with @TELUSsupport today.

    I'll be honest. I take personal joy in seeing the entirety of @Telus user base shitting on them. I hope their entire company burns to the ground, and is pissed on while their employees beg for more money from customers they **** over. **** TELUS!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport as a 30 year customer was hoping you would be smarter than to start charging for credit card. I will now start paying by cheque which will increase your processing cost far above what you pay in credit card fees which allow you efficient receipt of funds.

    Just got a phone call from Telus telling me I am a loyal customer and they want to make sure and getting the best service for my money so I told them if you want to make sure I get the best service for the money don't charge the credit card fee so they hanged up @TELUSsupport

    @TELUSsupport Hi! I have a complaint about my last call to Telus in August and my bill this month. Was on hold the last 1.5hrs and the call just hung up on me due to the "office now closing" even though it's only 4:40 and it says 7pm online. Would like some help please!
