    I've only been a customer of Telus since 2013. Non stop. I brought 4 different people to them as well. There's ZERO affordance for that. Nobody seems interested in retaining my business.

    Coming to think that dealing with @telus tech support is about as much fun and efficacy as dealing with @ATT tech support. Which is not at all. Why are telecoms company so bloody hard to deal with?

    @ProfSmithSask It’s true. I think it’s a strategy to push clients into digital service which is cheaper. Telus is terrible for this.
