Not impressed w/@TELUS decision to remove copper-based phone service. Power outage: landlines can be powered indefinitely from the central office via batteries & diesel generators –– unlike Fibre. An incredibly poor decision from an emergency preparedness perspective. #bcpoli

@Isabell73093076 My phone lost service from about 4:10 - 4:40 I’m with Koodo, now owned by Telus. I knew it wasn’t my phone, I rebooted and it was searching for service.

What company provides the best service in Canada for Internet and TV? Currently with Telus and gotta say quite dissatisfied with there service - couldn't get a land line system connected right and to go along want to gouge me with a $150 " WiFi technician " fee to check my wifi

I phoned three times and it got progressively worse @TELUS. If a technician had come as arranged none of this would have happened. Not a happy customer right now.

@TELUS all your equipment is horrible!!!!After 6 mths -1st Security crap out then internet now tv box! So done Buyer beware don't sign a contract more than 3 months 😡
