    I reported a phone line down on the sidewalk and I just received this text message?? @TELUS @TELUSsupport ...your technician is all set to arrive on (date) Please remember a $150 service call charge will apply if you are unavailable for your appointment or if not caused by TELUS

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Ya know it’s funny, you guys keep adding phone lines & adding phone lines daily but you do NOTHING to add more towers to support the capacity. Pretty sad when I pay $120 a month for my cell & CANT EVEN WATCH A HOCKEY GAME AT WORK!!! 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼
