@David_Moscrop PM @JustinTrudeau @s_guilbeault you must TEAR DOWN CRTC. An organization that was meant to protect consumers is protecting profits of a Canadian telecom monopoly. Why is a former VP of Telus the head of CRTC??? A man who telecom lobbyists can buy with a wink!!!

  • markyeg Mark (@markyeg) reported

@yegventures @TELUSsupport @TELUS I cancelled my service after terrible speeds and a very awful install experience. Which is a shame because I do like their corporate culture, having worked there, they treated their staff very well.

@Shawhelp Here's Telus' ad: "Another Shaw outage? That’s bananas. Tired of spotty internet? Does your TV or phone cut out at the worst possible times? Switch to TELUS and enjoy reliable internet – with upload speeds more than 9X faster than Shaw" @TELUS @ShawInfo #perfectresponse

@FP_Champagne Minister, this is garbage. Disband the CRTC. They are harming Canadians and protecting Bell, Rogers, Telus.

  • TjTapan Tapan Gujjar (@TjTapan) reported

@TELUSsupport It is for residential service. I am moving to a new apartment, that has 50% discount on telus services.

  • shirleyyeung Shirley Y (@shirleyyeung) reported

@TELUSsupport 1/ May 26 around 1345 - had no internet. Unplugged the router, no luck. Called Telus, they said no outage, did some troubleshooting, conclusion was router is failing. Agent was able to book a technician to drop off a new router for May 27 9 to 11am.

  • man_of_storm Guy (@man_of_storm) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz Bell, Rogers and Telus have made very little efforts to provide a broadband solution to the rural communities. They do not deserve this break until such a time that they have a proper service in the rural communities.

  • DopamineTrigger Dopamine Triggers (Poutine / Tacos) (@DopamineTrigger) reported

The CRTC has sold the interests of Canadians down the river. But rather than get mad at @Bell Canada, @Telus and @Rogers for reaming us, we're going with Starlink. If we're going to pay a high price for internet, it might as well be the best.
