On hold to cancel my Telus TV/Internet service that's finally expired. Anyone else ever notice how these contracts obligate you to stick with them for 2 years but don't obligate them to give you the actual price you signed up for for the entire 2 years?

Being loyal to @telus @TELUSsupport, since 1999, the mobile number has been with them that long. Yeah that's loyalty. However u know what, today these major companies do NOT respect loyalty & the customer service has deteriorated LARGE Time to cancel my service. Loyalty Done

I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed
