Anyone interested in my PO saga. The Super who should have ph me 2/4 days ago phs, says, yes they sent it to Telus by mistake 8 days ago. Goods news. But it’s Cada Post, so apparently Telus is a large volume customer, so it might take a while before they give it back. Me😡

@TELUS might want to discuss with your call centre team calling about security products. I say I’m not interested, they to press - then I ask to be removed from your call list. they continue, then when I ask for the call centre superv. then get hung up on - it’s poor service.

But if you suggest that a tech needs to come out to do a hands-on inspection, @Telus will threaten you with a $50 charge if they don’t find anything wrong, which has me thinking they’re going to turn up the speed while that tech comes so they won’t find any problems. #trustissues

@OmarkianSpin The worst part is, they're all pretty evil. Bell with the layoffs, Telus with pushing Babylon, Rogers with, well I don't know anything specific but I'm sure there's something. Freedom is owned by Shaw and every member of that family has maxed their UCP donations. No clear winner.

@MargaretGobert @hangarhockey @Bell Cell-went to Telus, internet and phone for my businesses went to Westman Cable (western Manitoba co-op). Service and prices far better. I live rural so Shaw Direct has been my provider since 1998 and I’m satisfied with service.

@momfromearth @davehodge20 @WhitecapsFC You think Telus is any better? They sent my job to India in 2019 and then announced higher stock dividends the next quarter. This problem is systemic.

Just a heads-up to @TELUS and @Rogers, your valuable customer service agents might be busier than normal today with people walking away from @bell. They are doing the right thing in making the switch, please take care of them.

Don’t ever get @TELUS internet. Absolute garbage, have had a technician over twice to fix it. Each time it gets worse. I will tell everyone I know to switch providers.
