I visited #LasVegas this passed September, and I must say that the automatic tourist cellphone data connection @TMobile sucks, especially for #Canadian tourists. Honestly as a tourist attraction, Vegas do better than T-Mobile. Slow and glitchy as hell. #VivaLasVegas . @TELUS ??

  • Midusza_ Midusza (@Midusza_) reported

@TELUS Due to midnights, it took me a bit to call as their customer service is only open till 7 PM each day. I call.

@eissyrc Funny thing is I support the branch at work telecom wise and they are all under Telus. I did not hear boo from anyone yesterday. Weird

This email starts "Your password no longer meets our security guidelines." But how... do you know that!? You either: 1. Have an undisclosed security leak. 2. Discovered that you were logging raw login input. 3. Don't encrypt passwords. Either way... WTF @TELUS!?

  • Midusza_ Midusza (@Midusza_) reported

@TELUS ’m then informed there’s essentially nothing they can do as I’m outside my 30 days of cancellation. Meaning I either have to pay for two lines or cancel my old phone number. What an absolute joke.

  • MendesMirrors Kate (@MendesMirrors) reported

Lil PSA for everyone make sure Telus actually closes your account cause I left there almost a year ago and paid everything off and closed it and they never actually closed it and let $200 of “late fees” accumulate on a bill that doesn’t exist like what was late?

@DValentinaXo U w Telus? Same bs happening to me rn. Apparently it’s maintenance but wtf WE PAY YOU!!!! A fckin email a day prior would have been nice

  • johnb45_reid John Reid (@johnb45_reid) reported

To telus I am paying for not connecting to your service with my mobile phone. I keep getting the nuisance messages to connect to your service. It is a redirect message and you should be able to stop the redirect to telus msg. Please fix this and stop sending me to support.

  • Mossyyeg Chase (@Mossyyeg) reported

@TELUS Why does your service suck so much lately, I’m sure I could get better reception from Edison and his kite. @Bell can you do better???

  • Midusza_ Midusza (@Midusza_) reported

@TELUS account and I needed to call. I was not informed at the store I had 30 days to cancel a “new contract/line”.
