Kathy Steffich Wells (@kittybunbun4) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I hate Telus, they are just the worst in customer service or lack of it. I am with Rodgers and they are great.
-
Canadian Sledge Hammer (@RealityoftheSit) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
-
Michele (@muffins135) reported@CrunchyCarpets @TELUS @TELUSsupport The wait times on the phone are abhorrent. $200 for a tech to come out if you would like personal help…ridiculous.
-
David T.S. Fraser (@privacylawyer) reported@Eric_OTooleMP @MarkJCarney I actually don't have much issue with this confirmation of service demand. It's a yes or no question ... "Hey Telus, do you provide service to 416-555-1212?" Essentially, "if we were to send you a court order about 416-555-1212, are we barking up the wrong tree?"

Rtown79 (@RyanMay02103594) reported@MelissaLMRogers @401_da_sarpanch @TELUSsupport Go to virgin. I was paying $140 with Telus. They don’t give a ****. With virgin I’m paying $60
