    @TELUSsupport Oh I’m not on TELUS mobility anymore… but the routes served by Telus are down and I get errors saying “no route found”

    @living_marble Cell phones dialling 911 can use any network they can reach. Even a phone with no sim card can dial 911. A Bell phone can hop on the Telus network for emergency calls.

    @TELUS there is yet another outage in my postal code. It's lasted since the late morning (no signs of improvement), and we just had one less than 2 weeks ago!! This is unacceptable, unless perhaps you are going to reduce my bill to reflect the outages...
