@TELUS So, someone logged into my account, activated #telusstreamplus and now support tells me that they can't trace it. This is disconcerting, to say the least. Seems like very basic security features to have an audit trail on account changes! Why don't you?

@JQUIP_YEG @launders Surprisingly good. I was a little hesitant to move over but since moving over I haven't had any more problems than I would of with Telus/Bell. It's even decent in the mountains, which is more than I can say about some other providers

@jessyroos Does the app come from Telus? Maybe Minsk owns it—or Kenney’s brother (heaven help us).

It's ridiculous that the major phone providers still don't have cell reception in Toronto's subway, other cities have it for decades. That is unacceptable, it's 2022, not 1992! You're ignoring the needs of millions of people. @Rogers @Bell @TELUS get your **** together.

@Gr8Atlas with LTE and LTE-A sites. Rogers customers roam on tbaytel, while Telus customers access service through Bell. Tbaytel's signal is not trash, their network is rock solid, they have 60+ cellsites in Thunder Bay. Bell's network while not as robust as tbaytel's, (2/3)

@telus My mom cancelled her Telus Hub because it didn’t work and returned it, yet she is still being billed for it. Now she is being threatened that her phone line will be cancelled because she won’t pay a bill for a service she cannot even get. Will someone finally help her?

@Shawhelp suddenly lost connectivity due to yet another outage! And I see on your website there’s another scheduled for tomorrow. That paired with the almost daily need to reboot my modem just to get the internet to work properly, is why I’ll be contacting Telus tomorrow.

@TELUS can I get an email or even a regular letter when the whole town will be down for maintenance? I was in the middle of a live stream and Internet crash. 😖 a heads up would have been nice.
