    We opened a small business in May of 2020. We had @TELUS come and install our phone. After not receiving a bill for a few weeks, we contacted @TELUS to ask where it was? They said they needed out account number. We said we didn’t know as we’ve never received a bill.

    @AdamMcGale @TELUS I'm simply beefing that Telus over charges. I do so at every opportunity. I do not find them a fair company. Sorry for your son's disability and my luck, but they never entered into my head at the time. It ain't about about that. I see telus, I see red.

    @Max_Kerman That happened to us once on Telus. Not sure if it was the phone or the provider but we ended up switching providers and got a new phone and no more problems. 😕

    @ParryMalm Now this is galaxy level thinking. Our homes will be administered by the equivalent of Bell, Rogers, and Telus, and we can complain about how all three have sh!t service and are too expensive

    @karlrohne @colinkoop It's Unlimited* (throttling after 15GB) and it's SLOW afterwards. My mom has a very old MTS->Telus grandfathered plan that used to be truly unlimited until Telus launched their current plans. She complains about it slowing down which was never an issue two years ago

    My daughter and her husband don’t even have cable. Thousands of people like her have ditched cable and get everything from streaming. Why would you want to force ads on us and make the TV experience LESS enjoyable for your shrinking customer base? @TELUS

    What's going on, @Rogers? I suddenly have no cell phone service. Thank God my Internet and TV are with @TELUS.
