@TELUS @TELUSsupport 23 calls to Telus home security in 10 days. 12 in last 3 days of having it installed.7hrs + on the phone. 10hrs+ with tech(s) on site. Hours of my personal time wasted. Been with Telus for over a decade but this may be one of the worst decisions I’ve made🤬

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

While on the surface, Telus’ response shows it won’t divulge IP/customer relationship, there are enough loopholes in the rule “exigent circumstances, or statutory authority” that remain unplugged with regards to govt asking telco for info. #CRTC

Hey @TELUSsupport - you were supposed to switch my mother’s landline phone number to her new residence a week ago and it still is not done. The number has been released by Eastlink and you keep saying you are “working on” getting switched to Telus. Help??

Hey @TELUS after waiting over 1.5 hours for help with trying to access my account to set up a new agreement I hung up. I guess customer service for corporate clients is not a priority?

The “real” responses are coming in on PIAC’s privacy filing to #CRTC on the Covid Alert. app. Telus even brings up some of my arguments (rare !) I submitted early to raise questions to allow incumbents to provide evidence there is no problem. And Telus did.
