@TELUSsupport @TELUS When you’ve been using PureFibre internet for over 4 years and to find out that the new home you’re moving into does not have PureFibre even though the website and TELUS support confirmed that we have it, is a shitty to find out on your moving day 👎 1/2

@Shawhelp My wifi is off sending this tweet because it is slow. I’m asking telus how there optik cable install is going because all we can get for tv and Internet is Shaw. We’ve had nothing but troubles w/ wifi, cable and billing.

The best they could do was wave the late fees THEY CREATED by being shit at their job. Oh and some movies lmao. A frustrating experience, with some terrible customer service. Shaw sucks. Rogers, Bell MTS, Telus, slide into my DMs. I would love to give you my money.
