  • Wonton_ Wonton 💙💛 (@Wonton_) reported

@BRENTHOR check the upload speeds on the plan? If it's anything like TekSavvy, which I tried here in BC, they'll have the same DL bandwidth, but sneakily give you 1/10th the upload and probably a cheaper modem, worse tech support, etc I ended up going back to Telus after my experience

@LarryTill @RogersHelps @Rogers Bell for cable/internet and Telus for cell (not bad deals with QCC)

  • northernck Caroline (northernck on alternative sites) (@northernck) reported

It is astonishing that after the recent spate of violence and unexplained attacks, some leading to deaths of very young Torontonians, that @TELUS @Rogers @Bell refuse to provide cell service on TTC subways/stations. All three are morally and ethically bankrupt. Shame. Shame!

@TELUSsupport I have scoured the Telus website & have yet to find a way to email them. It's almost impossible to contact this company without going thru a very horrible chat assist bot that doesn't understand you, or being on the phone for hours, and still no solutions.

  • chantalireland Chantal Ireland (@chantalireland) reported

If you’re not going to provide the service we pay for, would you at least please take us off your marketing call list? Three calls in two days, hung up on and no response to years of complaints. You’re really putting the communications in Telus Communications.

@TELUSsupport I have a cottage outside Caledonia, NS and the cell service is almost unusable. I have to go up a hill to send an email. Your coverage map shows saturation there and that’s why I chose Telus with a big 5G data plan. Is there anything you can do?

  • JoeC4281 Joe Caverly (@JoeC4281) reported

@TELUSsupport For many years, we have not had a problem with our Telus service. Now, our Telus service works sporadically with the newly installed entry access system in our condo building. (The old system would not work with new area codes, but worked fine with my Telus…
