    I'm pretty sure @telus doesn't actually invest money in any province, let alone Ontario. They sit around doing nothing until someone else foots the bill, usually the government or worst the customer. Same strategy elsewhere, just surprised a CEO would talk such gibberish.

    @FrankCaputoKTC It isn’t just Barriere - we are 30 k north of Kamloops at Vinsulla & the service is expensive & totally unreliable. Everyone in the North Thompson needs to start phoning Telus & complain. We are expected to do so much online & the service does not meet demand.

    @TELUSsupport i have just been scammed by telus .. i never opted in for a plan an unknown agent left a note that i called in to make changes to plan .. DO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE .. I AM REALLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH TELUS. I wish I never had done any business with you.

    Unfortunate service, yet again, trying to deal with @TELUSsupport. Forever on hold, zero actual ability to speak with a human anymore… their rates always seem to go up while the service levels continue to go down. #TelusDoesntCare #Telus #poorcustomerservice

    @TELUS My elderly parents get at least one and sometimes over a dozen #scamcalls to their landline a day. Can you create a star-number system to report fraud calls after they are intercepted? I want this harassment to end but I need a simple solution with some help for you.

    @bcndp Not in the way the #BCNDP thinks it is. The federal govt needs to enact emergency legislation to take over pandemic management, and not to give BC more money until they run edu programs on airborne covid and mpx, cancel Telus, pay nurses and docs, fix school filtration etc.

    I live in southern communist Ontario where you now have to show photo I.D to enter a #Telus store to buy a new phone charger. This to me is a serious privacy issue. After on the phone with them for an hour, this is a province wide thing. Time to cancel my Telus after 15-20 yrs

    I should add #shaw was on time, no screw ups ahead of time, took 30 minutes to get it working. #telus disconnected us two weeks too soon and had to reconnect the old address, arrived on time for install that took over two hours, had fibre problems but fixed, only wifi & TV.

    @CBCQueensPark Read the fine print on new Tele health services backed by for-profit companies like Telus. They offer limited services, it is not family practice. People who need additional services offered by fam. practice will end up in emerg. Making it easy to see a Dr for a cold won't help

    @MLInstitute @irenesberkowitz "Those who support #C11 may not understand new media." Rogers, Bell, Telus fully understand 'new media', which is why they want to do anything to logjam/**** it up. #CRTC is simply catering to this **** and as usual: Making a mockery of the Charter section 2(b).
