@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

@TELUS "... @Telus says its SIM charge 'is not an administrative fee. A SIM card or an eSIM has always been a physical or digital product for purchase, rather than an administrative fee' [and] is meant to cover 'real costs' associated with providing a new SIM product to a customer..."πŸ€”

@jnbella @TELUS Yes, it's exhausting! Everytime my deal ends, I have to call and say I want to cancel, go through a long rigmarole with the agent until they offer me something decent.

@VanIsleInvestor Disagree, Telus service has deteriorated materially. People are actually going back to Shaw(ROGERS) in my neck of the woods.Their most impressive stat is they sponsor the WHITECAPS!

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport If you have home issues, call 310-MYTV. For mobility issues, dial 611 from a TELUS cell phone. If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).

@Martyupnorth A literal miracle. Let's get some Graces to work for Telus. It took two of us a year and dozens of calls and emails to get Telus to stop double-billing us for security. Then it took 1.5 hours to cancel and close another account. Are they hoping we'll give up and keep paying?

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport My suspicion is maybe you called mobility support instead of home support, since TELUS doesn't have home service (except for their City Place contract) in Ontario.

@Nuni_Sas_Yu @_satishiape Getting rid of CRTC starting a phone and internet service would be a great business after Alberta Independence. Competition was supposed to happen 20 years ago but instead Telus and Shaw bought their competitors, and the regulators let them. We need stronger anti-monopoly laws to keep competition going.

Trying to move my Telus internet to a new apartment. Customer service quotes some absurd price. Mention I'm looking at their website and it says same service is $70/m for that location. "Thats for new customers". Telus charges more for being an existing customer?!?
