    @TELUS What happened to Telus- used to be a great provider. Now it’s a shell of itself. They cancel your service without your approval. Now you have to do all sorts of credit checks to get your service back that they messed up in the first place. What a joke.

    accidentally paid my phone bill twice. 🙄 watch TELUS act like they’re processing a mortgage application just to give me my own money back. I’m already dreading tomorrow’s customer care call.

    @MrStache9 I ditched Telus over a year ago. My friends in Kitchener & my brother ditched Bell. Too expensive & ****** service. I haven’t had a land line for more than 10 years. I’m with Rogers now, for both home and cell service. Telus I was paying over $100 just for my cell. With Rogers I pay $25 for my cell. Cable wise, Rogers isn’t much cheaper but it is more reliable.

    @LoveMy7Wood @TELUS My error.. Telus is Philippines and Rogers, India. AI helps them..: note the hold time out; AI explains issues and responses provided for them. So cool; so Canadian.

    Me: I can’t access the internet and it’s clear the modem is the issue- there have been no physical changes of where the router has been for the past five years and it’s worked fine and it stopped randomly at 9pm on a Wednesday. Telus: we’re going to waste an hour on the phone

    @TELUSsupport I was a Telus Business Internet subscriber that sought to have the svc moved to a location 5 min away and was told the svc was not avail @ that location. Since this was part of a physical move I tried to cancel svc but was told I had to pay the entire 2 yr contract
