@spencerbennett1 @Frazzling @keithbaldrey Who hired Telus, Spencer? We're fully aware that the government uses private contracts to try and shift blame for their bad management. We warned them about Telus' major issues in BC. With Babylon in particular.

@TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness We have a business account & have had the same account and EMAIL with Telus since 2000. On Monday you froze our account saying we hadn’t paid BUT we have & your customer services confirmed it. We pay every month. ITS PAID! See next tweet.

@j_mcelroy The word I'm getting from Telus employees involved is that the service was a humanitarian offer done at no charge, and that call volume was about 170x what they were told it would be. I doubt BC Gov will acknowledge either of those points though.

@TELUS amazing work handling the 369 COVID vaccinations for a days work. Not! Didn’t you have the time to prepare? Epic fail. Darren Entwistle you let an entire province down.

@RobShaw_BC @TELUS Eligible people who called 100s of times also compounded the problem. I know that people are desperate to get the vaccine. I am too, but when my turn comes I'll wait a few days before I call. (and I'm actually at a higher risk for severe disease than others in my age group)

@jjhorgan @TELUS Only incompetent leader blame others for a system they were supposed to manage. Not only a rollout fail, but a tell about what sort of leader you are. #whydidievervoteNDP

@keithbaldrey Really? The governments missteps, lack of foresight are an afterthought, while Telus is stunningly bad?

@CBCEarlyEdition the handling of this whole Covid 19 is disgraceful the first day of the rollouts was so bizarre as Telus just let us down maybe an indication of their commitment as a telecoms provider. 300 people got appointments. Developing Country?
