    @TELUSsupport @TELUS your customer service agents lie to customers to get them off the phone. Promise callbacks and escalations for user issues and billing issues. Told I will owe thousands to cancel, can’t provide copy of contract I “signed”. Absolutely appalling service

    If you think Telus - or any of the other members of the Big Three - are investing here to improve the quality of service for the vast majority of Albertans, you are mistaken. They are investing to increase their profit. And that has never meant better, cheaper service for us.
