@TELUS I had to call 3 times to get the runaround. It really is beyond unpleasant and I strongly dislike my service with TELUS. I'm happy I made the switch to ROGERS and now TELUS wants to waste my time begging for a callback when they don't even know how to be direct.

  • 905customer Customer (@905customer) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport if you have respect for yourself then do not choose TELUS. It really is frustrating to waste the morning following up because I missed a call while driving only to be told the department is closed when I call back. Why so many excuses? Why terrible service?

@barelybetty27 I used to have a customer at Telus that would just come in with a notepad that said “I am deaf :)” I miss her

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

-No 24/7 emergency # she could call to have it fixed fast. -#Telus wanted her to upgrade to a more expensive brand to have data protection & security (up-selling based on their lack of data protections). #CRTC

@dabeerishere I used to use Koodo before my employer started a corporate deal with Telus. Koodo, is a subsidiary of Telus, so runs on same network (at least I think it does) paid $30-35/mo. For unlimited text evening calling , but only 50MB of data. I was happy with Koodo while I was with them

After 30 agents, a dozen lies and no deal for people with disabilities you still have your management call me to try setup service with me when I've called numerous asking for telus to undo the changes your 3rd party company made on my line AFTER I canceled

  • highbetastrat Marc Cooper (@highbetastrat) reported

@JimJohannsson @PierrePoilievre I mean having them here with store fronts etc. I hear what you mean. Still only real options are Rogers bell telus. We need to open up. If Canada failed to be considered by Verizon... there's a problem.

  • New_Westminster City of New Westminster (@New_Westminster) reported

The cause of the outage was due to a dump truck that caught the Telus cables which also affected our high voltage cables. If Telus customers are having issues, please contact them directly.

  • YardPlots Yard Plots Landscape (@YardPlots) reported

@telus take money from the government so there is less for people with disabilities because they want to expand their internet service. After they take the governments money they lie to the public about how they look after PWD's

  • kass_watch kass the sass (@kass_watch) reported

@TELUS why must you have the WORST customer service????? Probably easier to tweet at you then find a phone number on the website of endless loops.
