    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility That sucks! I know in no way does this help but we’ve been really fortunate overall with their customer service. Telus (Bell) has excellent coverage which is why we switched to them a few years ago. We were with Rogers for over 30 years and their customer service really sucked.

    Hello, @TELUS. I've just had the world's most brutal/ ridiculous customer service after switching my personal cellphone - and my kids' - to @telusmobility. Thought I'd be able to 'set it/forget it' for years to come. So, twitter friends, who should I sign up with instead? #AbLeg

    @sunlorrie Because it's going to cost Quebec based Bell a fortune and Bell is angling for the Feds to pay for it. Telus shares Bell's network so they too are looking for money.

    On Telus but can see other carriers not putting it on websites. Had tech support confirm it does not exist on Telus except for the Google pixel. And tech did not even know about it before I told him. Clearly they are not afraid of CRTC?

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility My 86 yr old mother called Telus for help with her phone package. The rep said her call would cost her $15 since she should use the app. She’s 86 for damn sakes. Utter abuse is Telus customer service.

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I just switched from Shaw mobile which was abysmal support back to Fido which is owned by ROGERS, we got 2 phones with 12 GB each unlimited calling & text for 80 bucks a month

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Seems I'm the exception here but have been with Telus (and AGT) since the last century, and have never seen a reason to change. It probably helps to have all the loyalty cred I've built up. 2 cell phones, iPad, wireless "landline", and Smarthub for internet. Pricing comparable.

    @CBCBusiness Actually you need to follow up on this. Carriers pretend it does not exist, Telus has it only for Google pixel I am told and no techs or cust service staff even told about it. Nope, apparently nobody is afraid of the CRTC deadline.

    When Telus reps on the phone don’t have a valid reason, they just hang up the call. Why tho?
