  @bigmatt_f Hey Matt, looks like the TV signal's been lost. Sounds like this may be an ongoing thing? Usually this happens when there's an issue getting the signal to the TV box. That could be caused by anything in the line as far back as Telus, if you experience internet issues as well, or it could be something as simple as the cable, or wireless connection from the modem/boost to the box. If it's wireless , try rebooting modem/hub, boost, then tv box, and if it's wired, do the same thing but reboot any adapters that the cables might be hooked up to as well. Telus expert messaging in the app is your best bet for troubleshooting with a person the digital space, or you can give us a call and can help you with next steps. If something like this is Telus caused, we can definitely credit for the downtime.

  @telus your cell service SUCKS. Can’t even use the 5G EVER and LTE barely works. Get it together before I move on to Roger’s

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS It’s really frustrating not getting support I asked for. I contacted through your toll free phone number on 3 different days, requested that my internet and home security to be moved to new home. A technician came and worked only on internet and left. Sad!!!

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Bell whoever tf owns the tower that was knocked out in St. John’s recently is gonna have to do something about it. Service has been terrible ever since. The year is 2026. I’m in a major city on a main drag and shouldn’t be losing service flat out
