    is it just me or is the website for shaw internet an absolute useless hole where links take you in a circle of nothingness and pointless images that dont link to information or services anyway what internet do y'all use we are unlikely to get the telus PWD deal bc it seems slow

    I must admit. After being a loyal customer with @TELUS since 2005, and for many years having 2 phones on our account, upgrading to a new phone and having to pay a $45 connection fee is a load of crap and makes me question the point of being loyal to a brand. @TELUSsupport

    Trying to avoid monitoring service fees. Alarm Force and ADT got wrapped up into Telus. Rogers sells their own system. Nest Secure discontinued. Simplisafe seems to not work in Canada without services. Ring only works with Ring/Amazon products.

    @Deadlyslob I changed ISP from Shaw to Telus, I had issue after issue, on tuesday they had maintenance, then just randomly name issues like my computer, I end going up the pole where’s the line comes from and had like 4 connectors on my line...

    @TELUSsupport AGAIN, more rubbish from Telus. Promised to call between 7 and 8 tonight to fix THE SAME PROBLEM I have been asking them to fix. Guess what?...THEY DID NOT CALL! Worst customer service EVER!!

    @Rogers You mean pull an @telus where you rope everyone into your underdeveloped cell network by undercutting small guys and extorting their spectrum access? Then continue to overload the towers and pillage the consumer? Too little too late #Starlink will make you obsolete ASAP.
