Kodoo is part of @TELUS I wish I did not switch services; the automated service of Kodoo is useless. I have a simple question: that has wasted almost 2hrs of my time. @TELUSsupport if you can help, please do! Will I continue to get text billing? Or annoying emails?

  • GeriTimmins Geri Timmins (@GeriTimmins) reported

@TELUS I would like to seeTelus invest their time, energy and profits into better and less expensive telecommunications. My cell and TV are constantly cutting out, can’t get service, and cost has nearly doubled in 1 yr.

@JekyllnnHide @TELUS I expect an email asking how I liked the service - I'll bring it up then (hate phone, daughter did the 3 failed service-by-phone calls ahead of in-person tech) - safety of tech too since he goes into all sorts houses w people of who knows what protection

@TELUS Can I suggest you take that sponsorship budget and redirect it towards local sports clubs. Teams like my daughter’s soccer team need support to participate in tournaments etc.

  • matt_vaughan Matthew (Pfizer’ed x3) Vaughan (@matt_vaughan) reported

@TELUS we will be cancelling our cell phone service with you in regards to the credit card fees you are imposing. Your fight should be with the CC companies not the end user.

  • TroydGibson Troy Delance Gibson (@TroydGibson) reported
