@sxms_ My mom has been with Telus for over 20 years and I’ve been with them since ~2016. Never had any problems and my data stretches really far. When I went to West Hawk Lake last summer, my friends had no service, but I did.

  • lilrhodywb Wendy Breau (@lilrhodywb) reported

@ADT has gone to crap since being taken over by @TELUS. If it wasn’t going to cost a fortune I would cancel. I have wasted 2 hours trying to get our service moved. They send incorrect contracts that they refuse to fix. If you are looking for home security-run far, far away.

  • Jpan241 Jpan24 (@Jpan241) reported

@TELUS TV / optik has to be the worst service there is. The amount of times I get the 'tv signal has been lost' is completely ridiculous. Shaw is the way to go.

  • YesThisIsChase Basket Chase (@YesThisIsChase) reported

TELUS be like: You're all set to go! Your new phone is ordered and ready to ship!...oh wait...we have had problems charging your card. Your order is cancelled. But we actually did charge your card and we just hope you didn't notice.

@GoopyFS @mental_gas @TELUSsupport Also, I shudder to think about the support for Telus Babylon

CANADA: Telus taps Ekinops to upgrade network with NFV, SDN functionalities. #telecoms

@TELUS @brain_wellness @tamarataggart Who the hell cares what you think? You’re a cellphone company. Convince me to stay a customer by lowering my outrageous fees.

  • CrazyLegLooch Michael Michelucci (@CrazyLegLooch) reported

@Tonygeheran @gregobr I've tried in every way to contact you or Darren about the false advertising related to your HOME SECURITY, but it keeps getting intercepted. Been a customer of Telus over 25 years and am now treated like crap and can't even get updated equipment

  • benlucier Ben Lucier (@benlucier) reported

@davidcrow Telus or Bell. Rogers network has terrible pockets without coverage and their network is generally saturated. We’re in a similar area— I switched to Telus 2yr ago no problem.

  • CrazyLegLooch Michael Michelucci (@CrazyLegLooch) reported

@Tonygeheran Yeah, and Telus is so much better? You have people that control other peoples accounts even if they have breached agreements, and been told they do not have consent, but what do i expect when they won't fix issues they know of that makes their security system garbage!
