    @Telus was suppose to come to upgrade my service to TELUS Pure-fibre between 9am-11am. So far a technician has not arrived. 3 3 1/2 hours wait time. Not impressed Telus!! Faithful and loyal customer for many years.

    My wifi and Optik tv has been lagging for 3 days straight and called tech support numerous times without resolution. Paying 200 plus dollars a month for service that doesn’t work right now #telus #needtocanceltelus

    @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill I was with telus for year. I was always happy with them. The only reason I Ieft is that I was starting to have reception issue in my own backyard

    @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill Customer service has been great, way better than bell, but as many people have said on here before I find my cell service seems to suck more and more no more, seems to be a problem for both bell and Telus
