    @TELUS Telus has great speeds but lacks in the service department.... By a looooong shot.

    Internet cable cut down by a truck on Friday. FOUR days passed, service NEVER works. Trying to cancel Telus and get internet from other providers. Telus say I need to pay a cancellation penalty. I am bounded without service provided.

    @AlexForgay @shawnmicallef once you're beyond the 905 you switch over to other networks, so it's as spotty as whatever network you're switched to. Sometimes I get better service in rural Ontario than my wife (Telus), sometimes worse. But in the city it's 4G/5G and a fraction of the cost of the big three.

    @TELUS 23 mins in and now on hold AGAIN just to reset my login password and have my email work on my phone again. Why is this taking so long?? We are business anywhere and spend a small fortune on our account! Why is this so complicated? 😡

    @TELUSsupport Internet cable cut down by a truck on Friday. FOUR days passed, called for service, long hours waiting, long hours begging, but NOBODY cared. Working at home, we need INTERNET . TELUS do your work.

    i think the telus tech support guy saying "you're playing games online.. and you're a girl. you must be popular huh?" over the phone is actually gonna haunt me until i die now
