  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@BigBadJuan @TekSavvyNetwork The protection part (or lack of) is under confidentiality at the CRTC to protect the brand names. Trust and reputation issue & likely class action issue. Telus even threatened the media with a lawsuit for just a small portion of the story.

@TELUSsupport hey telus! Could you look into your network at The Ottawa Hospital - General Campus? I’ve got 2-3 bars on 5G, but absolutely ZERO data. Nothing loads. Send help!

  • apoorv66 Apoorv Badgujar (@apoorv66) reported

@TELUSsupport I have already sent a text message to Telus Support

  • GhantaBabaJiKa Ashish Mehra (@GhantaBabaJiKa) reported

@TELUSsupport @telus Your customer care service is so pathetic. I just cannot reach an agent. Your voice command service doesnt understand anything and I have to repeat each thing 10 times.

  • Kalebfenoir Reluctant Writer (@Kalebfenoir) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Seems my internet is down. Out of nowhere. Thought it was my wireless, but checked my phone and it's no longer connected either. Using LTE right now. Hope it comes back by morning. I haven't seen any other real reports of a Telus system crash yet.

@TELUS I have honestly had enough. I am located less than 20km north of downtown Calgary in a populated area with literally no obstructions to block cell service, why do I never have service? Maybe try putting customers first, instead of shareholders. Upgrade your infrastructure!

  • Matt_N710 Matt 710♨️ (@Matt_N710) reported

@KyleDillon88 @DonnieandDhali I'm on Telus too and hearing the same issues

  • tilbaygeoforce1 @TilbayGeoForce (@tilbaygeoforce1) reported

@Telus I was told you had noticed I was having connectivity issues and would be monitoring. Whatever or whoever is monitoring must be sleeping as I lose connection to internet 7-8 times a day. I just tried downloading a manual which failed twice. Message said connectivity issue

  • LeoIndizivel LeoIndizivel (@LeoIndizivel) reported

@TELUSsupport Thank you, but every time I try to send Telus Support a DM, I get a message saying "Failed to send message". This is a first to me. Could you, please, initiate a DM with me just so I get the chance to reply with my message? Thanks!

@calgarytransit If the SB stop at 1st St Sw and 7th Ave is open again, you should probably remove the "temporary stop" sign in front of the Telus Sky. People will be confused.
