@TELUS Tried to cancel a service. Despite being “open until 10” your customer service centre was closed by 830. The sales line was open though. They were no help.

@kwardvancouver @TELUS When, after years of no improvement in service that went to hell every time it rained more than two days (—in Vancouver, har!), they decided to get shirty with me over a small balance carried over to the next bill, I dumped them. Screw them and their “retention department.”
