@MobileSyrup It's best they don't. When they released 11 to my 6T,it wiped out the network settings. I had to find and manually reenter all the Telus info. Even afterwards, took them 2 months to fix a bug where I never got email notifications

  • vince604n Vince (@vince604n) reported

@TransLinkNews A couple questions: 1) If I'm with Telus, would I still be able to use the Wifi? 2) Why is the rollout so slow? I would think you'd start with all the skytrains first, then roll out to buses.

@TELUS I’m so frustrated! My Wi-Fi does not work.I’ve tried troubleshooting many times. No one can fix it. Finally home on holiday so booked a tech 9-11. Got a text saying now an all day appt til 5pm. Fantastic service. Signed, a customer that pays close to $600/month. 😡

  • TheSpinDoctor Daryl (@TheSpinDoctor) reported

@MizzJackson @TELUS Well, maybe the first thing they should reset is who their phone carrier is. That is disappointing. We have Telus and I’ve always been quite happy with them. They should call back. Another service person might have a solution.

@Scotty_McQ @tak23oda I mean TELUS literally charges customers for an “eSIM booklet” for EACH activation. So they print a QR code on paper and it costs $45. And you can’t reuse it when you upgrade or even do a restore… a horrible experience. I honestly think they all fear being “only” a dumb pipe.

@TELUS you guys have the worst customer service ever

  • kgredd Ken reddekopp (@kgredd) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@TheSpinDoctor @MizzJackson @TELUS Due to their terrible customer service, they are one carrier I will never use. And now there’s Telus Health which makes them even more disgusting in my mind.

@TELUS @HockeyCanada Wonder why we have staffing issues? Perhaps these draconian laws you morons wanted implemented is the reason. Stop testing, stop restrictions. Stop all of it now!!

  • MizzJackson sarah jackson (@MizzJackson) reported

@JulieMHelps @TELUS It was that call at about 7 am - that the Visa was compromised - but she just hung up on them. I would have thought they would hang up after all this time. They’re going to keep things unplugged and hopefully this will reset itself!
