    @JekyllnnHide @TELUS I expect an email asking how I liked the service - I'll bring it up then (hate phone, daughter did the 3 failed service-by-phone calls ahead of in-person tech) - safety of tech too since he goes into all sorts houses w people of who knows what protection

    @GinaEllis4 that's BS. I had a tech here Thu with a mask. And yeah, I got their 15 calls in the 24 hours before, several advising of masks. And all their techs have to be vaxxed and masked. That was a tech being an *******. Suggest you go the distance to complain to Telus.

    @ADT your company is awful since telus took over .. 7 years I've been with you... I set an appointment for today between 8-9am two weeks ago, this morning no one showed up so I called in and was told that I was lying and there was no technician scheduled....

    @TELUS we will be cancelling our cell phone service with you in regards to the credit card fees you are imposing. Your fight should be with the CC companies not the end user.
