    @Caligalli We pay $10 dollars a month. My parents use it when they call us. I like how it doesn't cut out when both parties are talking at the same time. Telus has a service called call control that has effectively stopped ALL junk calls. (On cell phone too) We will keep it for now.

    @maxfawcett Rogers and Bell are tied, which aligns with my experience. I have no experience with Telus, which had less presence in the East until recently. So that may bias your results. When I switched from Rogers to Fido (owned by Rogers) I saved $$ and got better customer service.

    @nashwalina @lesaboteur87 As an emergency, at least better than nothing, you might want to try Babylon Telus Health? Might at least help a bit, I've found you can get virtual appointments within 10 minutes often. It's free so if it's bad it's worth a shot.

    @maxfawcett First I got mad at Bell for poor customer service then Rogers pissed me off for lousy customer service. Telus was little better they lasted 3 years Now I'm with Virgin but it's only a matter of time LOL

    @TELUSsupport I have a payment arrangement due tomorrow but I cannot access my Telus account to make the payment because you locked me out for not paying, makes a lot of sense. I was also never emailed the payment arrangement details. Please help.

    @TELUS Just had a call from "Sam" at Telus. "We are running a promotion..." "I'm not interested in any promotions, thank you." "Then go to Hell!" One of your customer service reps just told me to go to hell because I didn't want to waste his time. I'm shocked.

    20 + minutes on hold with @TELUS . Returning their call. No idea why they called my company's customer line, rather than my direct line. Which they have. Because I'm unfortunatly with @TELUS. Complaining online b/c it usually means *someone* replies...
