@TELUSsupport my kid has an appt tonight using Telus health and it’s saying her healthcard version code is in use. They’re going to cancel if I can’t get it fixed.

@CKNW If not for the stupid land line, I will not even want to involve with @TELUS. We can not even get good service on internet at where we live because they never upgraded their boxes so we have been using @Shaw and their service has been excellent.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I left Telus years ago bc of terrible customer service. Went to Shaw...very good. Chat lines very helpful when needed which was rarely required.

So I’ve been on hold with @TELUS @TELUSsupport for an hour now listening to their horrible music. This is the second time doing this just so that I can get my final bill, pay it and be done with them. Such poor customer service. Can’t find an email so I can do it that way. UGH!

I’ve been a TELUS customer for 20+ years and currently have three separate phones under my account for myself and two other family members. Not sure why I would stick with TELUS if you aren’t honoring a sale and instead just cancel the order
