Google it, it happens all the time. ie: Bell and Telus and Rogers each use the others network as it saves them $ so they don't have to build an entire network saving them $. You seem ignorant of business.

It's hard to allocate capital correctly if you believe you dont need to understand how the technology works that you're managing and building. Bad Culture. Truth hurts. The problem is the hideous customer service, they would be better if nobody picked up the phone. I cancelled my cable, took weeks.

As a client I'm appalled, they never answer the phone. Farming your customer service out to third world countries is pathetic, Telus deserves to keep imploding.
