    @TELUS you guys have the worst customer service. Waited over an hour for a call back, immediately put on hold. Trying the chat online. I'm the 26th in cue. Hire more people.

    @BenKlass @quaid_jennifer The other problem with this expedient decision is it ignores the fact that the number of TSPs competing in Canada will be reduced by one. Given Bell, Telus, & Rogers will control north of 99% of wireline FTTP and wireless 5G, Canadians need more competitive choices, not fewer.

    @jrfan1980 @siomoCTV Unfortunately for us, Walmart and Sobeys will raise prices to match them. See Bell, Telus and Rogers always shafting the customer.

    Why can't #RogersWireless fix the spam call issue. I got 8 calls in an hour. I get maybe one a day on my Telus line. They've got all sorts of money to put their name on ice rinks but all they can do is put "likely fraud" on a call. Time to move on.

    Avoid TELUS security at all costs, active alarm situation (albeit false alarm) call the support line, 1 hour wait time, have to leave number for callback to ‘ignore’ false alarm…

    @TELUS ok I give up waiting on the phone for 2 hrs. Just got a bill for $327 for services from Oct 26- Nov 15 for cable and internet. How could that be? Each month thereafter I phoned to close my account never getting closure. Today you sent me another bill. WTF.

    @TELUSsupport @AmazonHelp unable to help today. Used Telus rewards to pay for Prime Membership on Dec.27. Points were taken from our Telus account but didn’t go thru & was charged on our cc. Spent>3.5 hours on the phone btwn the 2 companies & no resolution.

    Is anyone else having trouble with their @TELUS mobile network? I've been on SOS for about an hour and yes I've turned it off and on a couple of times.

    @CdnStallion @TELUS @TELUSsupport It’s ****** like I heard they’re the best of the bad but at least I could get ahold of Bell. I’m honestly refusing to pay until they talk to me or disconnect the phone
