    @wyoachim @batujet @TELUS Something to consider. The guy who came to my house, however, was very insistent, even after I asked him to leave. Came into my foyer and demanded a bottle of water. Good product, but not the way to gain a customer.

    PSA: Never preorder a device from @Telus @TELUSsupport I preordered a phone in the first half of August. It was released last Friday. It hasn't shipped yet. Telus is telling me to expect another 6-8 weeks for it to ship. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Another day and @telus continues to refuse to fix their issue with our home internet. They said the only solution is to upgrade to their #PureFibre and run a black cable along exterior of my house and drill a bunch of new holes.
