@jodyvance @CRTCHearings Don’t lose sight of the fact that it is this same Telus machine that is entering into Primary Care. Does that 1.5% apply to ALL bills one might eventually pay by card to Telus. @CRTCHearings you MUST begin to support citizens not corporations. DECADES of unfairly high cost. 🤬

  • anlib83 Andy (@anlib83) reported

@CTVNews Lol, what happened to Sock Boy reducing our cell bills by 25%. Canada has the most expensive cellular data in the entire world, stats prove it. I've been with Telus for 15+ years and always pay on time and my bill has not gone down at all

  • Bigger_Nugz Dan (@Bigger_Nugz) reported

@telus you can go **** yourselves with your extra 1.5%. You will be loosing another customer.

@girlieishtomboy @TELUS They only made $4 billion in 1st quarter of 2021! They must be damn near bankrupt at this point!

  • LindsBunny_ Lindsay Almeida (@LindsBunny_) reported

@AndreaLibman That’s awful. I’m happy I’m not with Telus but I am sure other companies will follow suit. I wish we had better options for cell phone/internet/tv carriers and providers.

  • raymondsnow raymond snow (He/Him) (@raymondsnow) reported

@bryangcowell @TELUS I wonder how much money does it cost @telus for customer retention in terms of HR and overhead plus the discounts to keep customers. I wonder if they hard better pricing overall and not appear to engage in “drip pricing” would this savings be more than this plan revenue

  • MakeITWorkPC Make IT Work (@MakeITWorkPC) reported

@sjperryCA Some mobile service providers only accept credit card for payment such as Koodo (owned by Telus).

  • tina_j_ TinaJ (@tina_j_) reported
