Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ComedyFan1981 George Feeny (@ComedyFan1981) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@lorilydialove @TELUS I’d gently hint that you work for a media company and it would suck if they received bad publicity

  • CoachDhillon Jessy (@CoachDhillon) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    Cancel your sports cable packages people. @Shawhelp @TELUS @TELUSsupport @BellMediaPR @RogersHelps @TSN_Sports @Sportsnet

  • ventrescalino Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

  • millieah Millie Hartviksen (@millieah) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS is horrible. Our internet is down as is our Satellite TV. I keep calling and no one fixes them!!!!

  • OCT_Fan Michael.L (@OCT_Fan) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@HeneinThorn I’m pretty happy with Virgin 🇨🇦 @virginmobilecan Though I’m thinking of going back to Virgin as TELUS has the worst policy re paying ones bill .

  • cameronmaltby Cameron Maltby (@cameronmaltby) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@WayneFougere I got Bluecurve and got the deal, even as an existing customer. Shaw has been reliable for my tv and internet for years. I had TELUS Internet when I first moved back to Vancouver and found it unreliable. Haven’t had any problems with Shaw.

  • bee101_01 Mel Morrison (@bee101_01) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@telus #allconnected Sec 226, Row 4, Seat 8 “Dude I’m sorry I called you stupid, that’s ok! I’m sorry I farted in your helmet! BURNNN!!!! Hahaha”

  • LaLouveRK ͏ Ⲙⲉⳑⲇⲛⲓⲉ (@LaLouveRK) reported from Lachute, Québec

@Puck_Tough Always had good service & network with @TELUS ...

  • bramabramson Bram Abramson (@bramabramson) reported from Hull, Québec

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS And not just normalizing for units consumed, either: also reasonable bundle allocation & a dozen other things. Dividing aggregates by aggregates is the worst approach, except all the others -- better would be to opt out of market analysis. Which apparently has perils too. #crtc

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@AlexanderDKB @peternowak 💯 percent agree. Telus admitted as much in their testimony- the competition isn’t in the RAN, it’s in the core. The network core and the functionality it provides is where an MVNO thrives or dies.
