@TELUS @TELUSsupport Ya know it’s funny, you guys keep adding phone lines & adding phone lines daily but you do NOTHING to add more towers to support the capacity. Pretty sad when I pay $120 a month for my cell & CANT EVEN WATCH A HOCKEY GAME AT WORK!!! 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

  • marcedge1 Marc Edge (me/he) (@marcedge1) reported

here we go again with #Telus . . . I just got an email telling me I had upgraded my service and it would cost me more every month . . . no I didn't

  • WeatherManRed1 WeatherMan07 (@WeatherManRed1) reported

@PoweredbyPoodle My family had 3 devices compatible with receiving alerts but did not receive anything. We had 3 different services (Lucky Mobile/Bell, Rodgers and Telus). I think we lost LTE/cell service before they sent the notification.

  • AB_EMS_War_Room Alberta EMS War Room (@AB_EMS_War_Room) reported

@DrStephanieCoo1 We have looked into this claim & it can't be substantiated. 911 services are the responsibility of Telus. If @TELUSsupport has an outage, it affects those calling 911. There is NO RECORD of an EMS dispatch outage. There are triple redundancies with EMS servers.

@bcwestmind "let me list the ways telus sucks..." (no need, we all know)

  • sdcinvancouver SDC 🇺🇦 🇨🇦 (@sdcinvancouver) reported

@TELUSsupport If Telus isn’t responsible for this charge, then you shouldn’t allow such services to conveniently charge your customers through their Telus bill. Had this service required your customer (my FIL) to enter his credit card information, this would never have happened.

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

Telus rep - “I’d be mad too. I love that show. I can’t believe Big Ed is a real human.” She gets it but still can’t help me 😭

  • ShawnaLeeG ShawnaLeeG ❤️🇺🇦💉💉💉 (@ShawnaLeeG) reported

@CAlexMasse @BonEchoPP @TELUS We do not. But may be something to look into! We have cell service at most parks we camp at. Bon Echo is an exception

For a communication company, it’s has been absolute nightmare trying to connect with someone @TELUS or @TELUSsupport Five phone calls, each time on hold 30-45 minutes - still no resolution with our billing. I believe it’s time to switch all our @telus services. #disappointed
