    @TELUSsupport I have been trying to get a human to call me for 6 hrs Telus is a joke , charging me $200.00 to have tech come out and not fix the issue then not respond to my request to speak to a human !! @GlobalEdmonton

    @jodyvance @TELUS 1-888-811-2323. Telus is awful, but I get best results by calling. And check your bill, too. Because that's often wrong.

    @TELUS Your AI system when I try to call and talk to a human ******* sucks so much!! Please make it easier to talk to a person. Bonus points if I can understand the person when I finally talk to one.
