    @TELUS Absolutely the worst internet out there. At times of the day, dial up would be faster. Dealing with customer service is also a damn nightmare. Never any help or answers

    Hi @TELUS @TELUSsupport . Mobile customer since '98 (ClearNET). Have 3 lines @ $50/mon w/5GB data each. Competitor (not MVNO) offered <$46/mon w/20GB data each. Can you match/beat it?

    @ember_november We used to be with Telus but they tried to trick us to give as poorer internet connection and customomer support was awful. We have much more efficient internet now with Shaw for lower price and they respond to our concerns!

    @cadburybunny @TELUS @TELUSsupport They don't care. They farm it out to third parties. I had to tell them if they called again other than an actual issue, I was cancelling immediately. Even then, I had to call while in one of their stores.
