Hey @Rogers @Bell @TELUS instead of delivering poor cx service and randomly raising prices every couple of months then having "win-back teams" call ppl who canceled, why don't you just not suck in the first place? Are you dumb? Ps. We speak English in Canada. #fail

@TELUS @TELUSsupport @Bell Listen you guys, the service in Newfoundland for cell phones is absolutely atrocious. I’m paying 254$ a month for 3 phones and where I live if I don’t have internet I don’t have service. Figure this out or I’m not paying my bill anymore.

@pozpiggy86 @koodo @TELUS Did they inform you of any esclation process? Make you aware escalations exist? Did they tell you that after taking your money and getting no service that the #CCTS can aid you to get your money back or other? Did they even acknowledge the existence of the CCTS?

@hiimjade @coxbusiness @CoxComm Jade, I had to cancel with Telus after just signing for another 2 years because the new place we move to on Sunday, doesn't have any form of service from them. I understand how you feel

@rogers @telus @bell how on earth is there no signal and so many dead spots in cellular coverage in Huntington Hills and Beddington? This doesn’t even happen in third world countries.

  • SteveCoville Steve Coville 🇨🇦 (@SteveCoville) reported from Hornepayne, Ontario

@hendrikpape @phillstaf @Bell That's a wild looking map. You would never think it with Telus's coverage

@yellmapper Interesting. Right now, Bell and Telus developed a 3800 MHz limit; they can turn it on from March 31st, 2025. The reason why it’s taking them so long is that all the sites in the Greater Toronto Area have the panels installed that support 3800 MHz, they need the software licenses
