@t_guswal @TELUS The tech support I received was borrow a friends phone and put your SIM card in it. The fact three phones we bought from them all can’t keep calls is no concern to them they basically laugh and say you dinosaurs still make phone calls and that’s the end of customer service.

.@RiotSupport Heyo, I'm currently getting some intense jitter/possible packet loss connecting to the NA server from Telus in Vancouver The connection is otherwise stable to other services, so is there any way of figuring out which network hop could be causing the issue?

@TELUSsupport telus is adding a phony charge 13.99 without permission and won't take support calls without more than an hour wait. If you have options, get rid of them.

@ShawInfo Its been more than 20 hours with no internet,Tv and phone service in my house. This is second time in last three weeks..I had telus for 6 years never had a single time program.

@psxo_sierra @TELUS Telus has great cell service been customer since 1996 - I truly prefer them although fees are always high in Canada which is a let down - I wouldn’t complain abt the service tho

@TELUS why is it that you big phone companies can charge millions of #Canadians hundreds of dollars a month for sub par customer service, sub par cell service? Do better. It’s actually cheaper for me to get a phone through t mobile and use an international plan for 1/3 cost.

Was able to use debit card so that’s unaffected so far but this is unacceptable! If it happens again, I’m canceling my service and switching to @TELUS or @Bell
