@Krom27 @BigNasty6oh4 Everyone I’ve talked to on these smaller carriers (which are under the umbrella of Telus, Shaw, Rogers or Bell) are not that great. Spotty service etc.

@TELUSsupport Massive migraine & anxiety trying to get @telus to fix their mistake. Somehow they changed the number I've had over a decade without me requesting it. Still waiting on support with them. Sigh.

@JimMacLachlan I had a Facebook fight w/ an anti-CBC dweeb. He wrongly said CBC survived on gov't funds & taxpayer $$ while ALL other media "makes it on their own". I tried to educate him about the Canada Media Fund & even the emergency wage subsidy that Bell, Rogers & Telus got. Just denial.

That way they have knowledge in knowing they are making the right choice but nope I left with zero information because he refused to help without a credit check first. Seriously? My parents were also considering switching because we are tired of Telus.

@TELUS can you please explain to me why an active extended warranty requires me to pay $400+ to replace a defective phone? What have we been paying a warranty for? And don't tell me it isn't your issue (because you use a 3rd party for your paperwork) because it is. /1

@Novusnow East Vancouver Telus building is down . Maybe time to switch to Telus or other firm. Seem like the whole service area is down from DT to Via and Surrey ? Now the contract make sense for company

@NaomiWong1984 Competition commission of Canada is a pathetic, worse than useless pile of dumb bureaucrats. They should never have let Superior take over ICG. said it wud be good for consumers. Be like letting Bell, take over Telus and Rogers. Imagine if we had 'less' phone competition?
