    @TELUSsupport Called support Sept 1st for a billing issue. You promised a callback within 6 days. Still waiting. And the apparent 24/7 phone line tells me you are always closed. I've been w Telus 15 yrs. You offer zero support these days. Please help me.

    i'm actually pretty pissed at this because our internet and cable got completely shut off WITH ZERO WARNING yesterday tfb that's more of a shaw issue than telus... and they confirmed with mom this morning they would be here at 1pm

    You can order a $1500 cell phone with a click of a button or add as many “add-ons” to your plan as you want but try and cancel a service and you’ve got a better chance finding Atlantis. @TELUS #Canada

    @TELUSsupport Hi! My cellphone data is down in LaSalle, Quebec. I have two TELUS lines on different accoutns and they both have no cell reception at all. I tried rebooting but nothing. Been about 90 minutes now and still not back up...

    @TELUS your automated phone service is trash. 15 min wait, Asked for the call back and all I got was a voicemail saying they couldnt reach me. Pressed 1 and the prompt kept repeating. When someone asks to speak with a rep just put them through to a rep dont keep asking for info.

    @Elorajade @TELUS Yeah ..at the same time moving to Rogers is the same price as Telus - and we had a 30% discount with Telus. Issue here is they rent from bell who has completely oversold their service...Rogers usually works at least :p

    @thordora @TELUS I feel like they are all the same. We are moving from Shaw to Telus as I cannot get consistent cell service where I live. Plus we are cutting the cable cord.

    Unbelievably poor support from @TELUSsupport - 2 Hours for a call back on an issue created by Telus only to be upsold on a new data plan! This is what is called Customer service?! Furious
