@TELUS don’t appreciate a phone call offering me some kind of deal when I’m not even a Telus customer. The telemarketer even hung up on me when I asked him to lose my number & that I wasn’t a customer.

hey @telus what is with the 24 to 48 hour callback when there is a billing problem on your end? you have been billing us for 2 accounts and a number that does not exist...because this is unacceptable. you are a communications company...and yet have a hard time communicating..
