    supposed to call me back and get a technician here this morning to hook me up. I’m a new Telus customer and this has been the most awful experience. If you guys can’t get someone to call me back and get a technician here today, I’m switching to Shaw.

    @DeondreSmiles Only have cell - use Bell. Good quality & they’ve treated us very well with rates, phones & service. Had issues with Telus mobility in past - would not match other provider deals. Didn’t like Virgin for daughter.

    @TELUSsupport Recently new to Telus and regretting my decision of switching mobility providers but I’ve escalated the issue and with Telus management with same result unfortunately

    @TELUSsupport I’ve been reporting service issues for a year and a half now and we’ve had service issues for the last 20 years. Would you tolerate 1 out of 4 bars literally 95%+ of the time? I wouldn’t think so, especially when paying Telus what we do for these stupid phones.
