    We have Telus' Fibre 1G service but I’m considering upgrading. If I understand correctly, upload/download speeds are as follows: 1.0G 940/940 Mbps 1.5G 1500/940 Mbps 2.5G 2500/2500 Mbps Assuming price isn’t important, at what point is extra speed useless (& why)?

    @LandryLes @TELUS Nope, sorry...that's a huge problem. I've been laughed at before like that and got into a huge verbal altercation with the jerk. I'm sorry that happened Les, that's so rude & condescending.

    @TELUS Instead of posting about shows, it would be nicer to support customers by answering calls or helping via emails. I have been on 1hr long calls but no answer and app email show Tech problems. I have a billing problem.

    @LandryLes @TELUS My cameras do this but I never had a tech laugh at me they send someone out because I am disabled and can't and won't touch their equipment. Did you get it resolved or do you need some assistance?

    @annwmac They sit on the Wireless Board, shared with Rogers and Telus, and one honest outsider, they are Bell Heavy. Bell says to other two, we share our towers, roaming but the truth is, your other service won't work on the furthest distance so Bell can still brag they are best coverage

    @Bell_Aliant I already tried to get resolution and it’s like talking to a wall. No help for this loyal customer. Perhaps try one more time and than live in to telus!
