  Don't waste your time with @TELUS @TELUSsupport. I switched my service over to them because I was going to save a bit of money and get a few more features. Now all I have is headaches. I'm supposed to have unlimited roaming data in the US, but I try to connect to @ATT

  @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I feel your pain. At a very visceral and violent level, I feel you pain. it is a traumatic stress to deal with Telus. If you get Heidi as you CSR hang up and call again. She is diabolical.

  After over 20 years of being a loyal @bell mobility customer,I've signed up for @TELUS . I called bell loyalty to give them a chance to match the telus offer, and they didn't. The lesson here is that there's no loyalty in companies anymore. Go where you get the best deal/service
