@karenyyc1 @ServiceCanada_E I know that Telus has a service where callers need t type a number before their call connects. Not sure if any other providers have similar.

@RogersHelps @ConnorA60206269 Was a 20 year customer. At the end you were gouging my family $375 per month for 4 phones. Eventually said screw this. Went to Telus. Still getting screwed but $225 per month. Not a peep from Rogers. Joke of a company.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Sent an email back in February to Telus Epp referral program, still no reply. Called few times, no help. I don’t know any more, who to contact? Can you please help?

@TELUS is really the worst company when we talk about support (@TELUSsupport), I’m really insulted of the issue of my request. My internet service is dead and I miss classes, the only thing that they’re able to say is that I don’t call them enough. Don’t go to telus, go to @Bell.

  • Myrroddin Paul Vandersypen (@Myrroddin) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am so glad I am moving in a week. I'll finally get away from your horrid "internet" service. Your business license should be taken away.

@TELUS I’m frustrated. I had appt. to get internet last night tech no shows. I call say tech is coming, tech no shows. This AM I call in, and am told don’t worry we will get you a priority appt tomorrow. Feeling like you don’t really want a new customer. #behonest #shouldistay

@TELUS Hey Telus, stop trying to bait a problem like the mainstream media. I would just keep your mouth shut and just keep ripping EVERYONE off with your questionable content and service.

  • RaymondHarris03 Rae (he/him) (@RaymondHarris03) reported

So, out Internet is ****. Called @telus and they said “Just don’t use it when you know other people are gonna be using it in town.” Thanks @TELUSsupport happy I pay 100$ a month for that! Here, take more ******* money.

@Athena1944 @TELUS This is fairly cheap for Canadian mobile data. Which, is ridiculous because it should be cheaper, especially considering the crap coverage we have too.
