    @JonFraserTF @TELUS We left them last year after 20 years! Problem after problem the past 3 years with no customer service or effort to fix the issues.

    I made the worst decision ever moving my home internet to @TELUS - and can’t even fix it because app has been down for 2 weeks and son hold with customer service now at 57 minutes. @TELUSsupport

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Isn't Bell and Telus the same network? I have been milked by @Rogers for multiple years before I wised up and switched to Bell. 400+ dollars down to 200+, and much more data.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I tried to get a new phone twice in the past year and both times the sales rep made the experience terrible so I simply left.
