@Bell_Aliant So yesterday I tried to get my two phones pulled over to bell from Telus after waiting for an hour was told I had to get them unlocked which I did and was supposed to get a call back to complete the switch but the call back never came

@TELUS just kept me on hold for an hour to then hang up on me and gave me no call back option to begin with. Just for me to call back to have to sign up for call back and wait another hour

@TELUSsupport Hello, I am not yet a Telus customer but interested in becoming one. My question is about seasonal/vacation suspension of internet and tv services. I’ve read an article from 2016 that says this is an option, and just want to confirm that this is still valid.

@TELUSsupport i just signed up yesterday morning for your black friday EPP byod plan, I have not even received a confirmation email, I have no idea how long shipping will take to get my new sim card. Im a new customer in the dark already. Not a good way to start Telus!

@OpenMediaOrg There needs to be more competition in Canada. SinceBell, Telus, Rogers are the three big players providing service in Canada for Internet and phone this affects phone and internet affordability in Canada. This is a significant part of the problem. Their power is overwhelming.

@EmilyInKamloops @TELUS It is a crappy commission only job at that too. You should read the reviews for it on Indeed. Utterly brutal. I turned down the job after going through the interview process and finding out first hand.

@RiotSupport I'm getting 'No internet found' after I tried to relog. I've never had this issue before and haven't been able to get in for an hour now. I've tried all that DNS changing/ rebooting computer and router etc. Any idea? ISP - Telus/ Canada
