    @kim_siever @dstiddypop43 I threatened to take my almost 5 year old phone and leave Telus if they didn’t give me a better deal and the best they would do for me was $65/month with about 6gb of data. We’re getting hosed so bad in this country. And they wanna charge me more for using my credit card?!?

    Crazy how accidentally missing one cell phone plan payment(by 8 days bc my grandma died right before it so forgot)can drop your credit score by 100 points lmfao I’m going to kms I always tried so hard to keep my credit perfect lmao wtf 😭😭 I hate Telus now😭😭

    @TELUSsupport our wireless signal in Walker lakes @CityofEdmonton is terrible telus needs to invest in some wireless tower. Barely get 1 bar on multiple telus devices.

    @koodo @TELUS I bought a phone that was supposed to arrive on Thursday as a gift. It is Saturday and I still do not have the phone in my possession. NO ONE is answering the phone, it's just an answering machine. How is it possible that they can have this bad service?

    Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport I must say this is perhaps one of the most epic customer fails. I mean we all know how horrible “cable” and “telco’s” are - sh*t I also have “Xfinity” in the states- but congratulations 🍾 you won!
