    @MarciIen I hope that you are speaking up and urging your government to reverse the CRTC's appalling decision to ignore their own advice and side with Rogers, Telus, and Bell regarding bulk rates for Internet service. It means a lot to this current resident at 700 Ontario.

    I didn’t get the Emergency Text that others got sent out earlier today. I saw the alert on TV and I was watching the storm on the @weathernetwork ’s app and that’s how I knew to take shelter. What happened? @TELUS @TELUSsupport #onstorm

    @JanetRWees @TELUS She is a VIP. As executive staff you get used to being important. She is not a bad person. She said sorry. But I won't write to her again unless my refund doesn't show up. I learnt my lesson. A bug in their system is not to be investigated by customers.
