Went into a store, they can't do anything; called a number, they took 15 mins to say they can't help; called different number, can't help us; sent us to a site we can't figure out!!

We still have Telus for our phones but finally dumped them after a couple of months of extremely frustrating lack of service and support (HOURS) on the phone trying to rectify several price increases and later, cancelling services yet still being billed!!

I was looking at opening a $T Telus fibre Internet account and seeing what the prices/speeds were for comparison to Rogers. On the website it says they are open to 6:30pm pacific and no one is available to talk to me today but get this... Nobody is available ALL DAY Friday to talk to me and the earliest is 1:30pm on Saturday. If you wonder why the stock is down...

It's great when I watch in the basement.
