  @cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.

  @TELUS $T.TO I hate your company. Truly. Been a business customer for decades just to be treated like ****. Dealing with an issue, a serious mistake on YOUR part, has been gruelling and terrible. The incompetence from your side is inexcusable. Your departments don’t talk to each other leading me to coordinate everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to file a complaint against you with regulators. And you also have a cell tower on our site for which you’re currently asking for a lease extension. That’s gonna cost you big time.
