    @Murphysmom67 Telus ALWAYS SENDS Everything to Collections, TELUS never honors their own contracts, provide ****** service, claim you never return equipment when you have, all their call centers are OVER SEAS. @TELUS is NOT FOR CANADIANS.

    @smith_noreen @sarobertson_ His only work experience is a service rep for Telus. He only knows to call his manager - and unfortunately - he is the manager. Dude is lost.

    it’s crazy that telus can charge me $135 to cancel my internet service when they do not offer the service at my new house. like that’s a YOU problem.

    It's been 8 days of me trying to cancel @TELUSsupport @telus services, and I am still getting nowhere.

    @TELUS Yes, finally. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

    @RSHFarms @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have TELUS and it’s terrible. I had a guy at my farm and he was with Roger’s and is no better than mine.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.

    3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.
