Have u tried lately to contact tech support from #Shaw? Good luck. U go through layers before Shaw putting you on hold for hour. All bragging from @ShawInfo r bogus. Don't believe. No wonder ppl moving to @Telus. I'm thinking too after 20+ yrs. Not worth my time. @calgaryherald

@sqwabb @TELUS Never answer a ringing pay phone. I did, on Granville St a few decades back. Was a guy asking how I was built and if I was interested in boxing him around. I played along for a couple minutes until his breathing got heavier then hung up.

@YEG_Urbanite @GlobalCalgary @TELUS Depends on where you live. I had Telus and changed because the service was crap. Another place I lived I had that problem with Shaw.

Based on the complaints I have seen over the past 10 days, telus is not only deleting info from peoples posts in relation to this, but Telus is also deleting the Telus Porting help phone number from people helping other people due to lack of help from telus itself. #CRTC

@TELUS A good way to turn people away from ever using your service is have associates come to my door 4 times in 2 days, and then be unprofessional and rude because I'm not interested.

Maybe I've got it wrong, but when TELUS customer service forwards you to billing and the line rings for, let's see, going on 30 minutes without any answer, they're simply hoping you give up and hang up. #brutal

@DonPaulinNB @TELUS Eastlink’s a decent option here from my experience. We had them for cable and internet when I lived in Sackville and never had any major issues.
