    @TELUS They don't recognize my email, password is incorrect and ask me to reset it. Have done that several times but it never seems to work I have an email today "Koodo Apple Stream" and was able to get in from my "save e-mail address and password but not when I type Koodo for access?

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Entire family switched from mainline Telus a few months ago after three strikes of brutal customer service and outright deceptive practices. Used to be the best Canadian cellco by far. Fire the C-suite and board.

    @eckoboy3 @Rogers I wasn't with Rogers until they bought up Shaw. I'm looking around, but Bell and Telus are all the same for home service. Mobile is not with any of them.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Isn't Bell and Telus the same network? I have been milked by @Rogers for multiple years before I wised up and switched to Bell. 400+ dollars down to 200+, and much more data.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Today I spent over 50 minutes on the phone just to add ONE channel to my TV package. It’s 2026. We have AI agents, autonomous vehicles, and instant digital banking. Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problemβ€”it’s a customer experience problem.     @JonFraserTF @TELUS Their voice network simply doesn’t work, I found, and when it did, it was crackly & distorted.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS You fell for the "lease phone" trick. It's the same as leasing a car. Get the car, return it when your lease is up, and pay for any damage to the car. I never understood why that lease contract was legal in Canada. Next time only consider contracts where you own the phone.
