    @Videotron @Videotron do you have an outage map we can track updates? We have had no service in our area Montérégie since Wednesday afternoon. It's crazy! We have to keep driving to the closest free wifi area to get any coverage and find out what is going on. We don't live that far out.

    @Videotron 3rd day today with no internet whereas our electricity was only out for almost a day. How long before internet will work again, it's taking you too long and everyone in the building has the same problem.

    @Videotron H9B area with 4 business lines. Power still down but why am I getting full bars of LTE yet no service whatsoever?! Completely cut off and got to drive 15 minutes from my house to get any form of service. It’s ridiculous got me questioning renewing my contract at the end of term

    @danvineberg @Videotron I asked twice but no reply yet. Updates map and instructions should be on the homepage of their site but I see no emergency notice or service map on the website.
