    @JiangYingxiao @Videotron Dont call for nothing Shirley , never lost power but internet doesn’t work since 2pm yesterday. Dont waste your time on the phone with them .

    @FloralCrissy @Videotron Many people are same on many networks. Mine is Fido and my signal goes on and off. My guess is networks even if working are overloaded from everyone trying to use them since the home cable and internet are out.

    .@Videotron we don't have internet service.... I am calling to technical and customer supoort numbers and they don't seem to work....

    @Videotron My elderly parents have no internet and no phone service in the Montérégie. Is there an ETA as to when the service will be restored.
