@fagstein @denkiii @Videotron It's a bad DNS push to their routeurs. Switch to public ones (1.1.1.1,8.8.8.8) and it'll work again.

You guys have literally the worst access to services ever. En plus de payer des prix de fou par mois, you guys don’t even have the decency to have a reliable internet connection AND customer service. I have never been so angered by a multinational company. @Videotron

Folks, if you are with Videotron (like me) change your router’s DNS settings to something different like 1.1.1.1. It seems to be a DNS issue more than anything else. @Videotron #videotron #outage

@Videotron is your network down? Wifi shows I’m connected but both iPhone and MacBook say I’m not connected to the internet. Tried resetting everything and still not working. Tried calling both customer service lines but all I get are busy signals??? Wtf?

All WiFi devices and Windows computers : down.. Linux wired to same router : works fine! @Videotron your call center is also in difficulties and the website is down.. what's going on ?
