    @Videotron An outage map would be useful to know if it’s the network or just my helix terminal that’s the problem and if there’s even a technician coming to fix it (eventually). I’m in Pointe-Claire.

    @Videotron Honestly if your plan is to work on the network starting at 9:30PM, you could at least have the decency to apologize to your customers before doing it!

    @Videotron Again, was back last evening for a few hours but went down around 11pm and is still out this morning. I’ve had Interner a few hours a day for the last 4-5 days. What’s going on? Feels like a 3rd world country with rolling blackouts

    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron
