@Videotron Considering the ridiculous prices you guys charge. I better be getting a credit on my bill for this service outage during work hours. To think you guys had the audacity to raise prices while constantly under delivering on bandwidth. Enjoy your monopoly while it lasts.

@MitchSchwartzCo @Videotron it's a DNS issue, if you know how you can go on your router and change the default DNS to google's servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and it will fix the issue

@Videotron This was an issue with Videotron's DNS servers and now seems to be resolved. Users that set their own DNS servers on their router would have still been working.

@Videotron DNS servers are down. For those that know how, go manually change yours to Google's. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

VIDEOTRON: The biggest cable company in Quebec is experiencing a widespread outage. Videotron says it is experiencing technical problems with some of its services. The company has at least 2-million cable and internet customers in the province.

@CBergstaller @Videotron They disconnect me about once a month for no reason which is massively infuriating since I spend $100+ for their service. Getting awfully sick of this.
