@Videotron can you confirm an outage in old port? H2Y 2V1. We were not impacted by the ice storm - never lost power but have had no internet since last night.

@Videotron Why did I switch to Vidéotron😭 the connection is already bad and now the service doesn’t work. Every other service works but Vidéotron doesn’t work as usual

@Videotron 90%! You have to admire the audacity! Time to switch to another provider! (H4L internet has been down since Wednesday even though electricity was back on Thursday!) spare me the gymnastics! You are not even close to 50%

@Videotron I can understand not having service for 2-3 days after the storm…but now, this is just stupid. And the sad part is, you’ll probably still fully charge everyone at the end of the month. Also, try sending us customers more than 1 update a day without some BS stats. Thanks/Merci!

@Videotron Not working where I am, my wife working from home, better be back today, or we are switching provider! Sorry but my neighbor as another provider and they have it working since yesterday.
