Competitors have complained that the Rogers-Videotron-Shaw deal are anticompetitive: they cement Rogers and Videotron's position in the market while shutting out others. Teksavvy, for example, has filed a complaint with the regulator opposing off-the-books agreements like these.

@AnjaKaradeglija @BryanPassifiume Does that dismiss Tech Savvy's complaint that Rogers is giving Videotron a rate they cant get? If it does the next shoe to drop is the Rogers/Shaw approval.

@Videotron Is the internet down in Gatineau? My Helix Fi 2 gateway has a white light but I can't see my own wifi network? It just disappeared Using my phone data to check the status/setting on my Helix Fi 2. The Helix Fi app say it online Still cant see my own wifi network?

@Videotron so after speaking with tech support, still no help. I’m priority to get service back but its been 3 days. Can I assume this month will be free??
