Funny Story : @Videotron, @rogers and @Xfinity use the same tv box. I have an error code that show up out of nowhere. Searched on the internet, can't find how to solve the problem. Maybe if you join your forces, you can solve the problem #fixRDK03117

@Videotron, what does "Managing your home network settings is now easier than ever" mean, because logging into two separate websites & downloading a phone app just to port forward is the exact opposite of the ease of just logging into a router on my desktop. Wtf is this nonsense

@BellMediaPR why is it that just about every tv provider customer can sign in to access CTV shows on the app, EXCEPT for videotron customers? That makes no sense and is extremely unfair.

@Videotron no need to be in private. Basically the PVR didn't recognize the show anymore as being set to record. It's either: 1. the PVR is garbage anforget what it is doing. 2. the TV guide changed and whatever identifies the show (Star Trek Picard) changed. I'd think 2.

Seems to me that Videotron is purposely choking independent ISPs by introducing outrageous delays (5 days) before they'll even activate a modem on their infrastructure. Meanwhile, as we've seen with my daughters' service, their own setups suffer no such delays.
