@Videotron To anyone reading this: You can set your DNS server on your PC on through your router to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, Videotron's DNS servers went down.

Regarding Videotron Wi-Fi (DNS servers being down...) If you don't want to fiddle your router. You can also connect your computer to the router/modem using an Ethernet Cable and it should also work.

@Videotron 1,Took you 1 hour to warn us. 2,You haven’t given us a timeframe of the resolution nor the location where it’s happening . 3, you literally just increased our bills but the service has been going downhill. Ps: fix your sh*t app that never worked

@Videotron Pleas stop saying "sorry for the inconvenience" pleas do give details. It's the entire island and surrounding area. This is a massive issue. What is the eta? If not known, what is the eta on an eta?

@Videotron it`s a DNS issue. I change my router to look at google DNS instead of videotron DNS. Works for me now.

@GronkWRLD @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Bottom right on your PC right click on the internet connection -> open network settings -> change adapter options -> choose your net and double click -> properties -> find IPv4 -> on the bottom instead of "using auto dns" change it to manual and type in what i said before.

Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 #videotron
