    Don't ever go to @Videotron. Worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and you still gotta pay for it.

    @nectarios Bell Fibe is amazing (when it's stable). Not sure about Videotron but the issue I have with anything other than Fibe is the upload speed.

    @nectarios Videotron is the lesser of 2 evils. Been using Helix without issues. Never used Bell Fibe and have heard its quite good but Bell's customer service and billing is atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

    @WalkingDead_AMC Those who sees it on the app share it to torrents who still watch on Sundays? And here in Quebec the cable company videotron has cancel amc we can't get amc + or the app in Canada so amc has screw up the walking dead I would have move the all show to another platform not cancel

    @Videotron Regular noise ?? @Videotron knows this issue, the support forum is full of complains regarding this issue, all people with first generation gateway. I am sorry to hear in what kind of company @Videotron is now .. A one which don’t recognize its faults.

    @PMercier31 EBox is a provider like Videotron or Rogers. The Network portal asks your provider's credentials when you have a paid subscription. It merely acts as a auth process, like when you use your Facebook account to login to another website
