Week 2 of @videotron mobile outage in Ottawa. Support confirmed it won’t be resolved for weeks, if not MONTHS! I thought Ottawa was lucky to have Videotron coverage, but it’s a low quality product. Sad I’m likely switching to Bell or Rogers.

@Videotron Helix is back up and running now ( Chateauguay). Phone Tech support is still down. Endless busy signal. Glad it was resolved regardless. Background: Woke up at 7:30am to an onscreen message on TV with an error code saying program has failed, please try another

@Videotron so technical support can't remove devices neither. Who's the genius that suggested this downgrade to your network to wait for the device to be disconnected before allowing it to be forgotten?

@Videotron As of the announcement that Huawei is banned from the 5G network, my Huawei tablet will no longer connect to my Helix wi-fi network. Has Videotron just taken it upon themselves to ban their clients Huawei equipment?

I don't know how it is in other countries, but I feel that #TikTok in #Indonesia is really terrible. Because Indonesian #TikTok is like CCTV in public spaces, whose footage is shown on videotron or megatron. @Tawan_V

@DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Ya, they told me the workaround is to drop it down to 3G/HSPA+. Still pretty inconvenient if we're paying for the service. Also it takes a while for the outgoing call to register.
