    @MitchSchwartzCo @Videotron Mine went down 1/2 an hour ago, in the Eastern Townships. Any business using Videotron has no debit, internet service for customers. Cash only. I have cable working, no data on phone, no internet, google search and Gmail works.

    @Videotron Considering the ridiculous prices you guys charge. I better be getting a credit on my bill for this service outage during work hours. To think you guys had the audacity to raise prices while constantly under delivering on bandwidth. Enjoy your monopoly while it lasts.

    @shanelliemarie @Videotron They probably will but customers will have to call back to ask for it. We all know they never hand out free refunds without a call first

    @CBergstaller @Videotron They disconnect me about once a month for no reason which is massively infuriating since I spend $100+ for their service. Getting awfully sick of this.
