So now calls are backed up because prior to this system we could see enough details where we wouldn't have to call to get details.

Since most people are unemployed, rather than working from home, the poor and underprivileged people who are in an unfortunate circumstance must subsidize the people who are working from home... No... Sounds to me like @Videotron mismanaged their network!
