    @Videotron NO WE DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY ITS ONLY HAPPENING TO VIDEOTRON CUSTOMERS. WHEN YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM YOU CAN RESOLVE OTHERWISE YOU’RE JUST BULLSHITTING EVERYBODY. ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD BUT IT SURE SHOWS HOW SERIOUS YOU GUY’S ARE.
