    Seems to me that Videotron is purposely choking independent ISPs by introducing outrageous delays (5 days) before they'll even activate a modem on their infrastructure. Meanwhile, as we've seen with my daughters' service, their own setups suffer no such delays.

    @Videotron i was on customer service which keep transferring me from retail account to business account to retail account to business account. your customer service is extremely rude and clueless

    @Videotron and once again helix is down :) how come videotron can give a sooooo bad service. A tech is supose to come for a outside the house problem. But NO ONE wants to give me a credit even tho my service don't work.

    @Videotron I have done a manual transaction, from the automatic technic support on the paper I received. The money was sent from my credit card, proof on my bank account. But on my Customer Center it still says I have a 230$ Balance due. Should I think it's delay and trust or call for help?

    @stevenchase Rogers, Bell/Telus-Ericsson 5G gear, Videotron, Sasktel- Samsung 5G gear, Freedom was down to Nokia and Ericsson 5G gear before sale put hold on project. Who's left? The majority of providers all use the big carriers networks.

    @gottabekd29 @FiorellaIsabelM Sputnik news doesn't work from my phone on 4G but works with my WiFi and works on computer at home... Both my phone and home internet services comes from Videotron.

    Funny Story : @Videotron, @rogers and @Xfinity use the same tv box. I have an error code that show up out of nowhere. Searched on the internet, can't find how to solve the problem. Maybe if you join your forces, you can solve the problem #fixRDK03117
