    @Videotron I have a hard time believing the 90% figure as I know so many from different areas still out, including myself. You can't get through to support. Wait times are ridiculous. After 34 years of being a loyal customer, I will be switching also.

    @Videotron So it went from our teams are on the ground working day and night to passing the buck onto Hydro which is at 95% at the moment. Is the management so obtuse? I've never seen a company in this day and age so unaccountable and with a serious lack of transparency. You're a disgrace!

    Still no @videotron since Wednesday Manage to talk to someone from the technical support can’t confirm when the service will be back

    @Videotron just lost service in Pierrefonds West, is there an outage ? Find it strange losing service at this moment in time when we had it up until now

    @montrealmarc @Videotron It was going in and out until Wednesday evening when it cut out entirely, around the sane time all the big trees fell over on my block - I assume it was related.

    @Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but was able to connect wifi for free in park adjacent ! Hope it get fixed today ! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP already a couple of days

    @Videotron You keep saying 90%, but that means nothing when you're the other 10% & you can't get an understanding as to what areas are being worked on next. An outage map similar to HydroQuebec would have been appreciated, but that must have been too hard. How about just naming burroughs?
