@Videotron I already contacted your customer support, and they verified there is a big outage in my neighborhood. They also could not tell me when the problem would be resolved. Hours? Days? They had no ETA at all. That is unacceptable.

@iPhoneinCanada That’s ok! @Videotron will be that 4th player to force competition and lower prices. Bell sucks.

@apukwa Yeah I think so too. It leans to far out in left field for me and my liking. It's just too weird/stupid. If this were true then Videotron, who also switched to the same system, is looking for Rogers to buy it too. But the data side is a thing.

My internet provider (@Videotron ) has pretty much screwed my entire week, with 5 bloody outages in 7 days. When I called them about it, they told me that I could upgrade to a more expensive service that wouldn't suffer from this.

@saschasegan Videotron contiguity with Rogers is a little better, but not perfect, and I don't know why they'd even bother with the 10 MHz they got in some cases, unless it's to force other carriers in-area to network-share.

@saschasegan Either way, gotta assume that Videotron will deploy just enough of a network on 3.5 to force Rogers (probably Rogers) to network-share. Because if you think that Dish doesn't have enough spectrum to launch a network, 10-20 MHz of C-Band sure as heck isn't enough.

@Videotron fix your DNS server pls. I'm getting a lot of name not resolved errors and Apex Legends doesn't work on your DNS anymore. I had to change to Google's DNS but every new device I use has issues. Maybe propagation is broken or something.

@Videotron what is wrong with the internet? It is so terrible lately.

@Videotron More than 48 hours now, my taskbar feels like "chargement en cours." Hell, it doesn't even shut down by itself like it did on Monday. Explain that?

Yo @Videotron I’m about to yeet your modem down the road how frigging hard is it to note down a new address? It’s the 4th technician you send to the old address. It’s the 15th technician we talk to this week. We’ve been on the phone for 15 hours this week for a simple change.
