Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • R_Man27 RRoy (@R_Man27) reported

@Videotron connection down in Gatineau... again. Wtf is going on. I'm going to switch to Bell very soon..

  • StingingMonkey Gregory Fink (@StingingMonkey) reported

@krisjoseph yes, that is the exact model that they use. Used to be shaw and videotron splitting the country, now it will be bell and rogers. argument they will make is no one else wants to be in the business, like they did before with cell service providers. never really changes.

  • mateocombs Matt Combs (@mateocombs) reported

@Anthony__Koch Very pan-Canadian of you! Of course, Quebec will demand an opt-out with full funding, and then use the money to finance mandatory customer-service internships at Videotron.

  • alex_deluge Fernoir (@alex_deluge) reported

@Mr_Allen_Brown @mcclure111 Is quite similar here in Quebec. We have many small companies who use infrastructures from the two main providers : Bell and Videotron. Those smaller companies offer better price but lack stability. With Ebox I pay 60$/month for unlimited download, 10Mbps down/1.5 up, + modem.

  • mtl_boredstupid verbal kint (@mtl_boredstupid) reported

    @Videotron Is there another issue?

  • SebastienJRM séb 🌈 (@SebastienJRM) reported

@Videotron Did your network equipment not observe the time change overnight? My phone is set to use "network provided time", and it's still an hour behind.

  • norlack89 🦦🥀 jotería #BLM (@norlack89) reported

In montreal, why is my internet down wifi and Ethernet??? @Videotron

  • terry1929 Renee (@terry1929) reported

@jacktodd46 Yup. Just like Videotron and Bell here. Identical pricing and both have 100% of the market. No competitive pricing, no service.

  • togobap togobap 🇨🇦 (@togobap) reported

@dasme Sorry @dasme. I jumped of Rogers’ ship last December. They have changed a lot in the last 5 years for the bad. Good luck. I’m with a local provider called @Videotron great service for the price

@Videotron is there any problem with 5G network? In Montreal Downtown
