    @Videotron so glad i decided to stay loyal to your farcical service instead of going to Bell when everyone told me to. Losing two ******* days of work because whatever “engineers” you hired to restore the network got their credentials at the dollar store is fun.

    @Videotron If we know that actual cable is cut by a fallen tree how can we tell videotron support ? The phones and chat are not being answered.

    @Julie97147370 @Videotron Yeah videotron should have an outage map because they often have service disruptions in winter.

    @Videotron Power supply at my home never went off, but internet was disconnected 8 hours after the freezing rain. I called the next day, the rep said by 2pm should have the internet back, a day later and nothing yet can’t even call because the line is busy. Go figure !

    @Videotron An outage map is DEFINITELY something you need to work on. I appreciate the unlimited data on my phone but I cannot run my other 20 devices tethered to it. I hope I am not required to call AGAIN to get compensation. This should be automatic for all customers.
