    @TELUS I am considering you US Canada borderless plan. How is your service in the US? It is robust and seamless like Rogers or do you have 60k gaps choosing most borders with no service like Videotron?

    @Bell You guys have the best internet in Quebec hands down, but, customer service is or was such a pain, I wish your plan for 2022 is to be beter than Videotron in that regard... only one thing hold me from going back to Bell, that.

    Oh wonderful, just what I needed today. @videotron trying to rip me off through blatant overbilling & refusing to make it right even after acknowledging they violated our contract. Because being a COVID prisoner isn't bad enough. For shame.

    @frapper_21 Same problem on Apex only. I blame videotron mostly, bad rooting and dns, I have jitter and bad ping all the time. Cant even change my dns on my router anymore. I dont know if you are with videotron, but they are not optimal for gamers. Bell fiber is the best you can have in QC.

    @Videotron @Videotron Hello Team I’m struggling from a week now to get my amount refunded back to my source account after cancellation of the contract on Nov 19th. My Account Number is: 775921440019. Requested and called your end number of times towards your customer support.But no solution
