@Videotron My service is back online. I’m suggesting that when there’s a widespread outage Videotron could put an automated voice message on the support line to let people know, maybe even when to expect service will be restored, or how customers can be reimbursed for lost service.

@NoLore Since normal texting does not rely on the internet that would be an excellent idea! We could as long as Videotron has consent from the client in their customer center to receive texts from the company. We will pass on the idea to the appropriate department, thank you! -sms

@Videotron The outage today put me totally offline -- no data or wifi. I only say there was a bigger issue when I finally got service back. I didn't have any way to look your number up! A text would have been appreciated.
