    I swear i don't recommend @Videotron they have the worst customer service. One of they're agent's disconnect my services while i was on the phone with him ! Lol they have this hang up on customers culture !

    @David_Mulroney Rogers, Bell/Telus, Videotron and Sasktel, chose and signed contracts with Ericsson and Samsung, Freedom, we were down to Nokia or Ericsson, this decision could have been announced 2 years ago.

    @devilrose21 @Videotron They don't give a damn... 32 hours and counting without services... I need my internet for work... This is unacceptable.

    @Videotron is there an issue with helix? My helix router is blinking orange. Can't watch anything. I tried unplugging and plugging the helix router but still just keeps blinking orange

    @pluc @cogeco @Videotron In other markets where there's "competition" there is still only one physical grid, though, and one grid operator/maintainer. I have no idea how it works for cable network infrastructure though.

    @pmarriott I'm with @cogeco, it's down and @videotron called me to try and convert me. They install generators on their cable boxes on electric posts. Ain't nobody trying to sway my electricity provider

    @Videotron Power is restored, but no cable Internet at postal code J9B. Any idea when service will be restored? TIA.
