I guess times have changed. Im used to hearing a more "I dont give a **** about your problems" tone from them.

I have all the call logs and phone calls are recorded by you guys, so there's no private here. You guys like to dig graves and bury ****.

Videotron cannot compete ever as they have no infrastructure outside of Quebec and cannot bundle and worse cannot afford a competitive strike against their cable business in Quebec.

Bianca (@BiaMurr) reported@Videotron I've been on the phone with TekSavvy for 3-4 straight now. That's about 6 phone calls. It's been the same reoccurring issue. And poor TekSavvy can't do anything for me because I receive my Internet from you, @Videotron. I might have to change providers.

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedBell lowers 911 rates by 1-cent, videotron sent a letter out to its customer that phone is going up 2$ because suppliers are economically squeezing them. #CRTC I dunno.

ClearChannel (@channel_clear) reported@Tom_M67 @CTVMontreal Pay it back through the Bank, that way you have 3rd party proof. I pay Fido, Hydro, Videotron or whoever through my Bank, never directly. You can always count on someone at these places screwing up with your payment & it ends up in another dept. with no internal communication.
