    Freedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.

    @TekSavvyCSR @Videotron And we get to start the phone calls ALL OVER AGAIN tomorrow b/c @Videotron seems keen to NOT come back out despite screwing up the TPIA (but claiming a non-existant outage b/c we have cable TV) and forcing us to call TekSavvy instead of sending back the Vidéotron technician.

    Ok so this is what we have to deal with here . The big 3 -Ts we have. Thanks to our CRTC. We are F*cked why because where are you going to go . Each of those companies now’s this . The Canadian customer can’t go any where really . As don’t now who own who anymore . The beautiful monopoly we have is crazy. They don’t late anyone in.     @Videotron just moved and our internet works in one room.... Something needs to be done to fix wifi before we switch back to @Bell

    @Zontar_Dow These surveys assume the entire population was watching TV. It's an outdated metric from the 20th century. They should use the data from service providers...I used to work for Videotron 12 years ago. They could get those real numbers back then if they wanted to...
