@FidoSolutions So in the 4.5 years when my bill didn't change, Fido made no "network enhancements"? It wasn't until Rogers took over Shaw and you had competition from Videotron that you decided to spruce things up a bit? Incredible timing, I must say.

@Videotron Its been 4 and a half days at H9J still nothing! Very weak infrastructure , all Bell clients in the area have no issues!

@Sparklepuss1 @Videotron Issues don’t seem to be with the Helix towers it’s the modems that are not connecting to Vidéotron. Wifi is up and running but no access to internet, so no TV land line, nor land line phone

@Videotron can you confirm an outage in old port? H2Y 2V1. We were not impacted by the ice storm - never lost power but have had no internet since last night.

@honeylust5 @IFizziks @Videotron So I don't know if it's true, what I read was since some towers were down (which Helix uses) it left the ones still up eventually overwhelmed, which is why the net was up and down
