@Videotron your chat service is not answering me. My old sim card got deactivated. I inserted the new one your had sent me (even though I didn't want it but now that you killed my old one I guess I no choice) BUT I CAN'T ACTIVATE MY NEW SIM CARD BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE PHONE CALLS.

@Videotron worst service. Waited all day for technician. Kept telling me I was next call. Nobody showed up. No wifi, No television, No telephone. Missed an entire day of work.

Spoke to someone very helpful and friendly about tech issues I was having with my internet provider. Gave them a perfect score on the customer survey. So glad I switched from Videotron/Rogers, which always sent me through the infinite circles of automated-response hell.
