@Videotron Seems you can take money from people's credit cards in seconds but can take weeks to reimburse if you decide not to become a customer. 35, 24, 32 minutes on the phone respectively getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice #ReadTheFinePrint

Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!

@Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

@norootcause Videotron is really solid for home internet. I hate to support a separatist. Honestly I highly doubt whoever made the mistake will work in the industry again. I know the business and reliability has been a huge focus for years. Really Canada does have reliable service

@MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.
