    Nice to know @videotron is screwing with secondary ISP the sell to, supposed to be getting 15mpbs down and 10 up, but upload speeds r the low kbps and half or less my normal download rates, and they have given @TekSavvyCSR no info since the ticket was opened over 24hrs ago.

    Trying to help my mom adjust her @Videotron mobile, cable and internet settings and I have never in my ever living years using internet websites had such an incomprehensibly terrible, topstitch turbo, mind meltingly non sensical UX experience in my whole damn life. shame on you!

    Hey @Videotron , stop ******* with my 82-year old mom. She's been without a landline for over a week, your 1st tech hooked up her TV which she doesn't need and the 2nd one said he couldn't hook up a simple landline unless she located a box she's never heard of. FIX THIS
