    @Videotron @Videotron do you have an outage map we can track updates? We have had no service in our area Montérégie since Wednesday afternoon. It's crazy! We have to keep driving to the closest free wifi area to get any coverage and find out what is going on. We don't live that far out.

    @Videotron You guys shutting down services when everything was working is mindblowing to me. Dont get me those ice storm excuse when its past 32h after the storm and its only now we get cut??

    @Videotron has, hands down, the worst customer service in the country. No internet for the last two days and I can’t get ahold of anybody 😭

    @mohaneappen @Videotron Same here. I hear there are many, many areas of no service. I heard it might be days before service returns.
