@Toothpaste1077 @ItalStallion14 @Videotron It's a DNS problem. Every device/service/app that access directly by IP or that have the IPs cached won't be affected.

If you are using @videotron @fizz_ca internet service change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google’s DNS) and Internet will work again.

@MitchyD @Videotron We keep losing internet service really late at night, around 2AM or so. It's happens about 2-3 times per week (for the past 6ish months) and it suuucks.
