    What a crappy customer service by @Videotron fizz. Deactivated my service few months back but no refunds. There is no support either. Don’t go by their cheap price. The service is trash.@mtlgazette @CJAD800

    @Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

Your ms speed actually is bad and you still managed to get one. 👏🏼I just came back to Canada and I’m debating which internet provider to get. Do you have any to recommend as the best speed wise? I was thinking to go with videotron

    Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @Bell, I can advise you to go to Bell.

    @slimyswampghost man this sucks. Everyone in Canada had cool video stores and i had "Superclub Videotron" where you could buy cable boxes and rent movies and games. kinda wild how the TV people were ALSO in the market of giving alternatives to TV though.
