Centurion failing to uphold its responsibility as service facilitator.

I didn't even know band 66 was that wide, nevermind having Rogers and Vidéotron also using spectrum

All the bell flankers Videotron's flanker is on everyone's network. Rogers is riding on others & makes up like 50% of Cogeco's network use. They all are, they just hide it.
