    @lesleychestrman @BestBuyCanada Same here. Very bad service. So hard these days to get decent service... almost as bad as Bell and Videotron. 🥴

    @Videotron I am on the phone with another agent yudish 212784 who went above and beyond with customer service and customer care and he needs to be compensated! Your other ee was awful and rude I hope you listen to the recording!

    @KayleaPeres @omar___a1 A few weeks ago they said their system was down but yeah videotron is some of the worst wifi

    @perreaux Also on the plateau. I have fizz (uses Videotron network) and I have the same issue. Works fine but intermittent especially around lunchtime. I'll be cut off calls once or twice per day. They see nothing in their logs either.

    Basically, this is an interest free loan to Videotron (auto-withdrawals w/ all forms of payment). Wonder how some people are going to pay rent, food or med's. People on these flankers are there due to affordability to begin with. #CRTC Then potential NSF issues affecting people

    So tonight I couldn't watch @TheWalkingDead episode 10x17 because @Videotron and @AMC_TV couldn't get their **** together. This is a middle finger given to your audience.
