    @Videotron Problem still not resolved; can’t really use the internet (work, streaming, cloud, email) because you never know when the connection will drop. Going on the third week of this “disagreement” with no end in sight… 🤬🤬🤬 calling won’t do any good “we’re aware of your problems…”

    @Chancine I have Videotron and couldn't use data or send text messages for 1.5 days during the outage.

    @Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

    @Videotron Your website keeps switching to French, so I don't know which of the four options I should choose to login. Even when I choose English.

    @Videotron a person in a Pandemic cannot go 6 days without internet. We need to find a solution. Will be calling back this morning because this is unacceptable. (I am using what is left of my data).

    @XploreMobile You guys can’t just shut down. Manitoba is supposed to have 4 wireless carriers. Who will replace you or buy you? We need more competition not less. Please sell your services to Freedom Mobile or Videotron immediately!
