    @FelChocobo @Videotron ... let's say in the worst scenario, services are down until midnight. 1pm to 12. We talk about 10 hours. In a month, there's approx. 720 hours. You're asking for a credit of 1.39% :) ... Again, IF you lose 10 hours of services, which I highly doubt.

    The internet is down across Montreal (for Videotron subscribers) and we mostly can’t work without it, but on the plus side, the internet is down across Montreal and we mostly can’t work without it.
