    @Videotron you have the worth customer service in Montreal. Your staff offered me a discount to keep me with your business. Now, when I check my bill, I find that you charge me even more than before. How you train your staffs?!!!

    @OficialLaMimi @Videotron It's already back for me all my other work from home co-workers who were also down on the south shore. It lasted between 5 and 30min for most people. Maybe try and restart your modem once more if it's not already back for you.
