    @Videotron Have not been able to access the Customer Centre website for about 2 hours now. Also, my Illico box is telling me it can't update because the network is not available. I unplugged it & plugged it back in, but still gives the same message. Are they related problems?

    The only blame the Govt has in Helix being down is their policy in maintaining monopolies in telco/tv distribution. Everything else is Videotron's fault. A primo example of Internet of Turds.

    @Videotron Works! Finally!! Was a very disturbing experience. We are all already stressed and confined. Losing TV service on the 31 December is simply unacceptable.

    Holy **** i just spent an increasingly exasperated 2 hours on chat with customer service at videotron and eventually i was so annoying that they figured out SOME way, i don't know how, to get me my new phone Monday instead of in February. GOD BLESS being annoying.
