@StuntmanStutzle @Videotron I called them and they told me that we can apply for a credit only if the service has been down for more than 48 hours. And the credit is not automatic, you have to call and ask for it. Incredible.

@Videotron Its been 2 days now no service, yet they say its ok to go over your mobile data limit, which I did, now my mobile data is blocked and no internet, im switching to another internet provider, this is unacceptable no matter what the weather conditions are

@Videotron After 34 years with Videotron, I am now looking to go back to Bell. I have been without service since Wednesday, & my power was restored. Can get no answers. Wait times on support are ridiculous. I get it, massive storm, but still. I called Rogers last night, connected in 1 min.

@OmarAbalkhail @Videotron Oh, I 100% agree, Bell is probably the same but Videotron I felt was unprepared and understaffed to deal with these kind of situations . Bell Atleast has infrastructure to fix issues …
