  @cd_lmh @psac_afpc Why would u want the same ******* u can't stand dealing with when u call Rogers/bell/Videotron etc..... To now be the ******* you have to deal with when ur trying to get ur passport or deal with taxes etc

  Based on the #CRTC rules in regards to the outage reports, and the fact the no one else filled an outage report, we can conclude Bell actually own Rogers, Freedom and Videotron, or they just buy access from Bell which, per the rules, is allowed to be hidden.

  @Bell_Support hey bell we live in hull and this is the 3rd service interruption in 3 weeks. We pay 275$ a month for internet, cell, tv with bell we are now going to switch over to videotron worse internet but atleast they dont have vandalism issues every week

  " Videotron warns: “When 3G is shut down, you will no longer be able to call 911 if you use a mobile phone or a SIM card that is not VoLTE compatible. This is already the case when you are travelling in the United States.” How to check your phone Freedom Mobile recommends dialing #TEST (#8378). If the call goes through, your phone is VoLTE-ready.   To end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9

  The greatest concern RE: #eSim is that #Videotron has been absolutely silent on it. The forums are filled with crisp responses - "Not available, but we'll pass it up along the chain". That's not good enough in my view. It's not cutting-edge; it's not customer-focused. 8/9

  @alphalink @TartanTragic @FringeViews Nice. Mine is still the original from when the house was built 1931. Have to use Videotron, but I will NEVER get rid of it. Ditched my cell & never will own another. I do not care how difficult they make it, for me. Cheers neighbor !

  @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
