    @Videotron here on l’île d’Orléans all of us who have been moved to Helix are very frustrated. It is all over the island Facebook groups how bad it is. Something need to be done about the level of consistent service we are getting here. Basically anyone who upgraded is screwed

    @Videotron Meanwhile, I'm paying extra for a phone plan that includes a phone that has been payed off for months now. Poor choices, I don't like iPhones, and the Samsung/Motorola are the size of tablets.

    @Videotron I was told a return label could not be provided and to present myself in store during a global pandemic to return modem. Lousy customer service. Glad I cancelled before the 30 day trial period. #paidoutofpocket

    @Videotron I will just cancel my service, thanks. Also don't make your clients wait 30 40 50 minutes trying to get in touch with you using 611. It's just like shitting on them. Hire more people if you want to show that you care about them. Its now more than 25 min waiting 2 talk 2 U...

    @Videotron My internet was down, what is wrong with this damn Helix device!! The whole island is screaming about it I am told it is my devices in my house? Something needs to change!!!

    @Videotron channel 685 has been pixelating for last two days. Not happening on any other channel or streaming service. Is it safe to assume you are having signal issues again? #mixedsignals
