Just between 4pm-12am yesterday, my internet went out 8 TIMES. I'm not doing great & figuring out what to do has been so unnecessarily hard. I'm sorry but no stream tonight. 😞 Also, shame on @Videotron for not caring about people having horrible internet for OVER A MONTH now.

@Videotron @_TheIrOnMaN_ This is an absolute baloney excuse. Maintenance of your network shouldn’t be the burden of your customers. Maybe eliminate the HD access fee? Anyone NOT have an HD TV anymore? $4 is excessive when we are already paying $60/month for 30 channels.

After that comment, why would I ever believe that they were truly doing all they could to keep me as a customer? It's not the first time that I've had to lobby for myself as a 10+ year customer, and now business customer @Videotron. (2/n)

@Videotron @CRTCeng Me: The price on the contract says X. You billed me Y. That's $20/month more than X. @Videotron : Yes, we see that. Me: So will you fix it? Videotron: LOL no. We'll just rip you off instead. Because we know nobody will enforce it.

@Videotron generally offers excellent service and that is why I've hung around as a client for over a decade. The prices have become exorbitant, but that's not the fault of the service folks who take our calls. Today, that script was flipped, and I am beyond disappointed. (3/n)

I asked Videotron about last year iPhone model. Said it would be around 500$ cash down with a 50$/plan. Because I don't want them to look up my bad credit...

@Milnoc @Videotron never again with them. PKP wrecked house when I was with them and caused me many problems. had to backpay 6 months for which I had already paid and then wait for refund (because of screwup in billing system PKP ordered installed before it was ready.
