    @Videotron 3 nights now with all kinds of errors with helix and as well the stuff on my pvr. Fix it now I’m paying for service not this garbage. Never had these problems with fibe

    Second day in a row on hold @Videotron mobile. Yesterday was 1 hour. Today, it has been 1.5 hours. Listening to the same message about how I can do my transaction on line. They just don't give a damn about the customer.

    @Videotron 3 days of intermittent internet service. Tech support claims it's planned maintenance and modernization. Would have been nice to have some advanced notice since I work from home and rely on a constant internet connection. Might have to switch to a different provider.

    @dominicgrenier @Videotron They should call this service HELSHIT and not HELIX...I've had it since launch. Went well for the first couple of years. Now it is crap.....guess I'll play yo yo again and go back with Bell (painful) and then switch back in a couple of years. LOL

    @Videotron my Helix internet and home phone have been down for about 5 hours. I just tried calling the 24 hour / 7 days a week technical support (according to the user centre app) and it tells me that customer service is closed.

    @Bell what a JOKE called the support and got transferred 8 times!!! At the end someone will call you back. Serious the prices of services keeps on going up for BS crap!!! #tva #videotron
