    @Videotron Yooooo guys I need some help here. My account shows a credit of $465 after I accidentally overpaid you in August, and still kept paying monthly anyway. Agent says he sees $75 credit only. My customer centre says $465. Seriously all I want is Helix and ya'll givin me HEADACHES.

    @Videotron Modem and router. Obviously tried the standard unplugging and resetting many times during the last 20 hours. Trying to change my DNS server to the Google one and not working either. At a loss and need my schoolwork.

    Sorry guys, not sure I can stream today. I am having issues with my PS4 controller. I swear, I think I am jinxed. Last Friday was issues with Videotron's internet. I am so disappointed.

    I am so happy to pay over 100$ monthly for top internet connection with @Videotron After last Friday's outage, no internet again, so far 45min on hold with their support...

    @Videotron Please contact me, my internet keeps slowing down at the same time every night. This has become a recurring problem. Why are you throttling? I pay full price. You're not doing me any favors. @Bell Any good offers? I'm ready to switch to a real provider
