Je pensais pas être aussi accro a l’internet jusqu’à maintenant... Sa fait 3 semaine que j’attend que @Videotron me branche ! Toute ma rue l’on ... je les est même appeler avant l’achat de mon terrain pour être sur que setais disponible et la il me demande 9000$ pour me conect 😓

I can’t stress this enough - @Videotron wireless pricing in unreal!! In the many years I’ve been with them, they’ve never increased my cost and randomly today, my wireless invoice had a rebate on it! So much better than my previous service provider.

@AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>

@CdnAvSpotter @Milnoc @SBishayIRIS This is why I am curious whether Videotron has text in contracts with its retail customers about limited roaming. AT&T has such text when you buy prepaid service. you have “free” roaming iN Canada, but more than 50% of usage must happen on AT&T network.
