    Je pensais pas être aussi accro a l’internet jusqu’à maintenant... Sa fait 3 semaine que j’attend que @Videotron me branche ! Toute ma rue l’on ... je les est même appeler avant l’achat de mon terrain pour être sur que setais disponible et la il me demande 9000$ pour me conect 😓

    @Videotron “WORST COMPANY EVER”. There systems are full of bugs. They shutdown our internet 3 times because they thought we are moving to a new address. Its second day today that our internet is not working so we cant work.

    @Videotron I've had high Ping/Latency Playing Online Games Yesturday & Today In Chateauguay, just Outside Montreal. Modem/Router restarts don't help. Is this due to the outage that's being reported in montreal?

    The customer service i received from @RogersHelps today, is exactly why i took 5 of my lines to videotron, unbelievable....so unfortunate that your agents don’t care anymore

    @CTVMontreal You know there is a problem when you can't sign in to the CTV website with @videotron but only with a bell media account. This is not fair and I still pay for cable where CTV is with @Videotron. Everyone should have access in Canada to the CTV website.

    @Videotron I think there is a issue with sms, I’m getting “unable to be delivered” but the other side is getting 3 copies of the text. Are you guys aware of this?

    @Videotron it's been 34 days I wait for my $1000 refund from Videotron that over charged me. 34 days now.... 34 ******* DAYS. I can't believe how slow it is, to get money back as large as 1000. It's not like we're dealing with a $50 phone case here!

    @Videotron When we call them no body have the answer. Guys do you even have SLA??? . How are you surviving in this business ?? Is this how you treat your customers???. Who will compensate us for the work and $ we have lost just because of your system bug??? I NEED AN ANSWER
