@jfmezei Back then the talk was "use it or lose it" in regards to buying spectrum and sitting on it for X-yrs (as videotron did & it should never have been sold to Rogers). Should be no diff if a new entrant is bought out. INDU can reserve & resell it for new entrants only.

@Videotron you’ve been double billing me for six months and every time I try to call I have hang up after 1/2 hour on hold because..... seriously?

@nectarios Videotron is the lesser of 2 evils. Been using Helix without issues. Never used Bell Fibe and have heard its quite good but Bell's customer service and billing is atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

The solution for Videotron is to pay this modem and buy a new one. The I should pay 2 new modems because their cheap hardware they sell. A shame .. I am trying ti rig off and see another provider.

4th player strategy in late 1990s failed. Both Fido and Clearnet ceased to failed. 4th Player in 2007/2008: While Videotron/Eastlink survived, Canada still ranks near/at top in terms of most expensive so after 10 years, still not working. #CRTC

@ThabusyBee @lewdog73 @DrJasonJohnson Depends, if I was on Rogers or Videotron which provides cable, I could get it possibly, but it's never really been a thing. Netflix I think was with bell a while back but... Again, count yourselves as lucky, we're one of the worst in the world for telecom to tell ya the truth.
