    Still no @videotron since Wednesday Manage to talk to someone from the technical support can’t confirm when the service will be back

    @Videotron 2) I have Rogers as a cell provider. Their network was offline for me. Was able to connect to an agent in a minute. That agent followed up by email & suggested I ask billing for a credit. They are now back online. Two completely different experiences. Videotron is not prepared.

    @Videotron Update! We found Videotron this morning. Finally spoke with a CS rep. Videotron scheduled an appointment to reconnect wire on April 17th. We are expecting a credit for service time lost.
