    @Videotron Why did I switch to Vidéotron😭 the connection is already bad and now the service doesn’t work. Every other service works but Vidéotron doesn’t work as usual

    @Videotron I have a hard time believing the 90% figure as I know so many from different areas still out, including myself. You can't get through to support. Wait times are ridiculous. After 34 years of being a loyal customer, I will be switching also.

    @Videotron You keep saying 90%, but that means nothing when you're the other 10% & you can't get an understanding as to what areas are being worked on next. An outage map similar to HydroQuebec would have been appreciated, but that must have been too hard. How about just naming burroughs?

    @Videotron I never loose electricity, in Côtés des neiges, but my Videotron is dead. How would you blame my electric network.

    @Videotron So it went from our teams are on the ground working day and night to passing the buck onto Hydro which is at 95% at the moment. Is the management so obtuse? I've never seen a company in this day and age so unaccountable and with a serious lack of transparency. You're a disgrace!

    @Videotron H4L1L1 St Laurent , no phone or tv service since Wednesday and power was restored Thursday afternoon. Any idea on resolution?

    @Videotron Bell Fibe was online the moment electricity came back, just saying.. Videotron is still down at my dads place (J7T). I've been bugging him to switch. After this fiasco he will be.

    @Videotron You all really failed at being on top of your game. This is basic 101 customer service. Your 90% restored service is garbage if you don’t tell your customers how to then get their access back. Franchement, vous faites dure. Un gros zéro pour votre service à la clientèle.
