  @Off_ChrisTyson @Videotron because it is physically damaged. the videotron device protection’s only moment where you don’t pay the deductible is when your device is malfunctioning without any physical damage. all other type of claims requires a deductible

  @BigBadJuan @RessyM Differential censorship. Zero-rating of words. Those who can afford to read words and those who can't. This already occurred & is occurring via "FB's free internet" + w/ Videotron. Or, what if the Bell refused to carry certain words (RE: Faith Goldy issue)? Already occurred.

  @Videotron This new outage system, honestly, we no longer have a map that shows the location all we see is a red blot on a map with no details. So now calls are backed up because prior to this system we could see enough details where we wouldn't have to call to get details.

  @Videotron @GretaLemieux9 "Developing new technologies" You get very generous R&D tax credits for that. It's not for people to fund your R&D. Poor excuse.

  Does anyone have a better option for Internet, phone, and cable TV than @Videotron or @Bell? Both exorbitant for Internet. Videotron basic TV sucks. (except for 2 or 3 channels)

  @Videotron @mayq2012 The new reality is also half the population are unemployed or have less hrs = less pay. At least our Banks and Landlords have the decency not to step on people when they are down. #DoBetter
