@Videotron After only 60 days of service, I want to downgrade my TV package. But am told I will lose my rebate and the bill will be more? And since you don't rent terminals, I would need to pay off 22 months if I cancel TV? You pushed me into a corner! #fail #terrible #videotron

Hey @Videotron, sitting patiently here for over 40 minutes being transferred from one rep to the next just to resolve a billing issue and to change my mobile plan. Being transferred to my 4th Rep. All I get is sorry bill is in English, I'll pass you to another rep. 😖

@Videotron The support section had been beyond useless. There is nothing about the specific issue I am having. Is your management specifically issuing you instructions that's wasting customer time? I'd appreciate if you can provide more information on the outage and it's impact and time.

@Videotron @rcastrovexler The one time I need to do work and I can’t. Perhaps you should reconsider your proposed $3/m increase. Your infrastructure is poor. Heck you don;t even have 1GBps anymore and Bell has 1.5GBps.
