@Videotron Not an excuse, other providers have service. You are VERY quick to charge overages… I assume you will be consistent and compensate customers accordingly for the outages?

@RogersHelps What is actually going on? You celebrate your capitalistic greedy monopoly too much? Almost the entire customer base in Ottawa without service for 18 hours and you’re responding like it’s one offs. It’s thousands. Don’t forget Bell and Videotron still exist. We won’t.

@Videotron WiFi still doesn't work, it's 8am. This is the longest it's ever been out. I'm assuming this is the case for most of the plateau area?

@Videotron The support line is busy and I’m sure your customer support agents are swamped, but it’d be helpful to have a way to check or report an internet outage online (like Hydro-Quebec has). Does such an option exist?

@Videotron“To keep meeting your needs& offering you an increasingly reliable, powerful network, Videotron will adjust rates of services in 2023.” Unless that extra money is partially allocated to improving backup battery systems for power outages, you fail to meet Quebec’s needs.

Now #Rogers and #Videotron are down, too, and over a million #HydroQuebec customers without power. This is turning out to be a real huge disaster!
