    @Videotron More than 48 hours now, my taskbar feels like "chargement en cours." Hell, it doesn't even shut down by itself like it did on Monday. Explain that?

    @Bell_Support I'll need someone to reach me very soon or I will be calling @Videotron tomorrow. Never have I had such bad service

    @Videotron When my power goes out for unplanned reasons, @hydroquebec is able to give an ETA on when their service will be restored. They even provide an app with an updated outage map so customers can track progress. Internet is just as vital a service as electricity.

    Yo @Videotron I’m about to yeet your modem down the road how frigging hard is it to note down a new address? It’s the 4th technician you send to the old address. It’s the 15th technician we talk to this week. We’ve been on the phone for 15 hours this week for a simple change.

    @apukwa Yeah I think so too. It leans to far out in left field for me and my liking. It's just too weird/stupid. If this were true then Videotron, who also switched to the same system, is looking for Rogers to buy it too. But the data side is a thing.
