Hey @Videotron, sitting patiently here for over 40 minutes being transferred from one rep to the next just to resolve a billing issue and to change my mobile plan. Being transferred to my 4th Rep. All I get is sorry bill is in English, I'll pass you to another rep. 😖

@Videotron hi there … I know the network was down earlier. But now it’s back but many of my channels on the TV network are not working. Is it normal?

@Videotron Funny enough I wasn't the 9ne asking for English speaking Rep. After 1h of getting bumped, a French speaking rep helped fix the billing and now on for 1h40 to update plans. Something that should have taken 30min. Took over 2h. Thank goodness for the rep in Customer Relations.

@Videotron The support section had been beyond useless. There is nothing about the specific issue I am having. Is your management specifically issuing you instructions that's wasting customer time? I'd appreciate if you can provide more information on the outage and it's impact and time.

@Videotron - I called to put services on vacation mode and keep my internet running. The agent told me it was no problem. The next day no services work. I spend 1.5hrs on phone. Today you suspended my services. You charge me 50$. I have to wait until tomorrow. Horrible service!
