@darrenscrimes @ComputerChick0 I love the bit where he says he is a phone repair expert and can be trusted, also there are no 5G networks in Canada, I think Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, Telus Mobility and Videotron might disagree. He is not going to repair any phone of mine, he is an idiot.

@chengeling I once called Cogeco to cancel my PARENTS sub. No question asked. Done in 10min. But yeah Bell & Videotron can be like that. I use 'i wanna quit' to get deals off current sub. Person cant do a thing, they send you to other dept, and boom, 'newcomer price!'

@Videotron @tinaavon beware! Phone died 10mths in & asked for replacement. I got"none available". Took a different one. & now I am in breach of contract on broken one & $350 would be on my bill. Spoke to "mgr" useless Tks, have been a client 20+ years & this is what I get.

@Videotron internet isn't working so I can't use their helix app to talk to their customer support to tell them their internet service isn't working. Phone support tells me to use the helix app. That's some real catch 22 BS there.
