  To be clear, I’m neither for nor against Videotron getting cheap spectrum. It doesn’t address the right problem. They want access to an exclusive club, but we need to take the power out of the club.

  @PKP_Qc @Videotron 'Forces competition' when subsidized through set aside spectrum, allowed network sharing with Rogers and operating in one province.   So @Videotron support called me today about an open ticket. They screwed up my account when I switched to Helix (internet is great, tv sucks) & switched back. Ongoing issues for a couple weeks Told them to do what they need to to fix it & call me when done. They won't fix it

  @grantmccagg Do you get Videotron, Grant? I absolutely HATE their Helix system, but the old Illico system we had before was terrific (it's still available, I think) and I found their customer service infinitely better than Bell.

  .@Bell_Policy, You & @TELUS better appeal the fixed & crooked ISED-Videotron spectrum auction court decision, maybe put less greed into your submissions and not blow it as bad as you did this time around. #CRTC Requirements to play for some, but not for others.
