@drconsultant3 @Videotron Just got off the phone with them. Said it was an area wide issue and would maybe be back tomorrow.... He didn’t seem too certain of anything though

The #INDU committee on #CRTC "ACCESSIBILITY AND AFFORDABILITY" had MP's calling resellers parasites, Bell as being the only problem & affordability is based only on rates set by Videotron as lower-cost competitive offerings removed by Videotron was ignored. Pretty sad bunch.

@clauderivest @perreaux Darn! Was gonna say the same thing ;) But honestly, either way the signal tends to work better than with the big names but I’ve had 0 issues w/ ebox. Also, it’s cheaper than bell/videotron

@Videotron if you're wondering why the chat volumes are so low right now it's probably because you have a JS error on the support page and it just doesn't work...

@EAUclaire2010 @Bell_Support I disagree, Videotron had a huge outage in Montreal that lasted for days for some clients just 2 weeks ago. The grass is always greener on the other side. I had an issue with my service due to moisture on the equipment outside & they were very quick to change it. Thank you Bell.

My ISP has been shitting the bed since qualifiers last night and I'm really upset about it. Valorant is genuinely unplayable with 60+ ping through bad routing. @Videotron get your **** together I don't understand what ******** is happening.
