    @fanCRTCProfling Nope. One important aspect of Videotron is that the service is reliable and the billing's accurate. I never have to fight with them.

    Ok so this is what we have to deal with here . The big 3 -Ts we have. Thanks to our CRTC. We are F*cked why because where are you going to go . Each of those companies now’s this . The Canadian customer can’t go any where really . As don’t now who own who anymore . The beautiful monopoly we have is crazy. They don’t late anyone in.     @statusisdown Yes I am using my Rogers mobile Internet with my IPhone to write this message .The problems we have with our Vidéotron services , without TV , And without home internet .

    I reached out to @Videotron today to inquire into contractual penalties for ending the services I have with them. I have no qualms with the product - it has been pretty good. #eSim and unified billing though are not available. A thread on what went down... 1/9

    @Bell_Support hey bell we live in hull and this is the 3rd service interruption in 3 weeks. We pay 275$ a month for internet, cell, tv with bell we are now going to switch over to videotron worse internet but atleast they dont have vandalism issues every week

    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

    @moonchaserA REAL!! if i had enough money.... damn i cant imagine myself buying all his merch & making some led videotron project 4 him all over the country.. all my money would literally gone 4 him & i wont regret 😭

    @lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.
