Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • diperdue Dianne Perdue (@diperdue) reported

@Videotron @sam_cudmore @Videotron is there an issue with service? Both your website and social media platforms reference technical support available 24/7. When phoning, I’m immediately prompted with the message that there is no service available at this time. No response via chat yet, after 30 mins

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@Videotron self-serve? so why do I need to wait TWO HOURS on the phone to get a discount for poor services. That's not self- serve. That's just pretending to care. I couldn't give a damn about what you list here. I only pay for TV.

  • infamousadam13 ÆCH (@infamousadam13) reported

@Videotron Yea compensate me lol, if my internet isn't up by tomorrow morning I miss meetings with my managers, clients and staff that are important... I can't afford to be down, as I know it's not your fault but it doesn't help.

  • Fioririno Rino Fiorilli (@Fioririno) reported

@CTVMontreal Videotron is already ripping us off as it is now. You want Helix? Sure, no problem! Pay for 2 months and we'll credit you after. They've totally lost my respect after being their client for many years.

  • Cathangel Catherine (@Cathangel) reported

Just found out today that starting in February 2021, my cable provider Videotron will no longer offer AMC because they were demanding onerous fees. And they’re not alone: Bell & Rogers have also dropped the channel. WTF, @AMC_TV ?!? You no longer like/need international viewers?

  • windowlinker WindowLinker (@windowlinker) reported

@CTVMontreal Scam. Videotron can't even do LTE properly as they still use the old 2100 mhz frequency. Worst signals of any carrier in QC.

  • sam_cudmore Sam Cudmore (@sam_cudmore) reported

@Videotron I have wifi but no internet connection. What’s the issue? When will it be fixed?

  • GaryRobertson24 Gary Robertson (@GaryRobertson24) reported

@Videotron here on l’île d’Orléans all of us who have been moved to Helix are very frustrated. It is all over the island Facebook groups how bad it is. Something need to be done about the level of consistent service we are getting here. Basically anyone who upgraded is screwed

  • diperdue Dianne Perdue (@diperdue) reported

@Videotron how can we report this outage if technical support is not available? What areas are affected? What is the plan?

  • Citizen_Kwy Misskwy (@Citizen_Kwy) reported

@Trouffman @Videotron We'd need a "online content professional" internet service because obviously, in this current year, some people need a lot more bandwith than your average facebook user and tv consumer.
