    @Videotron There better be a credit, this is now the second time in a month that an outage has happened under your company, not only does it **** up mine and others working days it also doesn't give me trust that I'd want to resign with you guys

    @Saathe Il faut changer son DNS, message d'une collègue: looks like the persons who have Videotron as Internet Service Provider are experiencing internet issues. Seems like the issue is with their DNS. Some were able to fix it by changing it to a different one, like google's 8.8.8.8

    @Videotron Hey guys it’s cold outside and my teleportation equipment came with my upgrade to Helix which is now not working... Get moving or I will have to take my car to the Metro which will require me to go outside:-) But seriously, you don’t go down often. Thanks for the update.

    There was a huge Videotron outage and people are complaining to have it running again to cancel their subscriptions 💀

    @Videotron 1,Took you 1 hour to warn us. 2,You haven’t given us a timeframe of the resolution nor the location where it’s happening . 3, you literally just increased our bills but the service has been going downhill. Ps: fix your sh*t app that never worked

    @GronkWRLD @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Bottom right on your PC right click on the internet connection -> open network settings -> change adapter options -> choose your net and double click -> properties -> find IPv4 -> on the bottom instead of "using auto dns" change it to manual and type in what i said before.

    @_paisiblement nah there's a massive outage. I'm with Videotron and I'm fine but my sister's internet and data is also out completely
