    @lesleychestrman @BellMobility Been there, done that... They have the worst customer support. Videotron is actually not bad in that department.

    @virginmedia We simply wanted to cancel 1 TiVo box but saving was only £4 per month! So we decided to cancel everything except BB but we would still be paying MORE than new customers despite being with Virgin since day1; Videotron > NTL > Virgin; 30 years loyalty not rewarded.

    @Videotron 2hrs on hold, conflicting information from every person I've been passed off to, with zero resolution.. So disappointing.

    @Videotron My wife just spent an hour on the phone with CS, apparently loyalty service calling us tomorrow. I appreciate the follow up, but I feel bad for others who may have been fraudulently convinced by a sales rep like we were.

    @Videotron lack of respect for your customer time is unbelievable when trying to get hold of any departments by calling 611. Today I will be taking another service from you and going to a different company that is more mindful. Great job...
