    @Videotron @your_boi_marty That’s funny, not!! I’ve asking why my internet service sired was so crappy a d im@always told “ your signal is perfect”. Finally someone in tech support said you need to get your router changed. Got a “new” one, delivered Hmmmm, not sure it’s any different

    @Videotron How many times a week do I have to reboot a router before something is done? Very disappointed lately with service. Billing is getting as bad as the competition.

    @Videotron Resolution = Data add-ons cannot be reverted, $61 fee reduced to $38, $24 of which attributed to account with 12GB still available... Account that doesn't generally reach 50% of available data. $24 pays for... Nothing
