@drewface_ Lol what?? What's your ISP? I think I've been using the Google DNS since Videotron had a huge DNS issue that prevented most of Montreal and adjacent cities from accessing the internet for like... a day and a half. Google DNS is just much more reliable.

@tysmo And after i was treated by Videotron in early 2000s when Péladeau took over, I will NEVER go back to them.

  • like_it_is_99 Just Some Guy (@like_it_is_99) reported

@Videotron spending thousands of dollars yearly for a sub optimal quality of broadband service. It is clear that your Internet speed quality is no longer as good as it was months ago or even years ago. What on earth is going on? #Helixsucks tired of being told there is no issue

  • TheRealSophie10 Switchblade Sophie #TheJoker☔️ (@TheRealSophie10) reported

Going to cancel @Videotron service. They literally told me that they know what they offered me a low price/month, charged me $15/month more, BUT CAN'T ACTUALLY GIVE ME WHAT THEY OFFERED. I am DONE with your company. You are absolutely awful & I don't want anything to do with you

The terrible @Rogers situation today reminds that I am no longer on contract with them and therefore can literally leave right now. Also, reminds me of the reliability and excellent service of @Videotron .
