@Videotron I call BS on this post still no wifi service. It actually came on yesterday for a couple of hours and then disappeared.

@Sparklepuss1 @Videotron Issues don’t seem to be with the Helix towers it’s the modems that are not connecting to Vidéotron. Wifi is up and running but no access to internet, so no TV land line, nor land line phone

@Videotron Why did I switch to Vidéotron😭 the connection is already bad and now the service doesn’t work. Every other service works but Vidéotron doesn’t work as usual

@Videotron Why don’t you tell people that their mobile service maybe be blocked because you have an overage limit? Either call cust serv and spend an hour on hold, OR remove the block by logging in to your account.
