    @Videotron Therefore, I don’t think a status update as to when service will be restored is an unreasonable expectation. This allows us as customers to make arrangements as needed. Last i checked, Videotron is not paying for me to take a sick day from work…

    @Videotron Can’t wait to get my internet connection back so I can change ISPs 😑 Never lost power but no videotron for over 24 hours

    @videotron can't wait to get my internet, phone, TV back, so i switch all to another providers !!!!! 2 days with no access when electricity was restored 24H. Bad company !! zero communication with customers !!!

    @Videotron So you're essentially telling people with landlines to just pray and die if they have to dial 911. It should be illegal for you to force our phone lines through your devices if they can't allow for emergency calls in times of emergency. You are using our public infrastructure.

    @Rafa30744907 @Videotron No good news, I'm in the West island. I'm the only one in the house with a shity connection with my galaxy. I phones have no network. I don't know if this is a patern with others.They say 80% should have electricity by midnight. Be safe.

    @Videotron An outage map is DEFINITELY something you need to work on. I appreciate the unlimited data on my phone but I cannot run my other 20 devices tethered to it. I hope I am not required to call AGAIN to get compensation. This should be automatic for all customers.
