@FreedomMobile @jjlad943674 No no. It’s true. The service has gone down hill since videotron took over

  • lexharvs

Cllr Ainslie asks why not emulate the model in Montreal? In 2013, Bell, Rogers, Telus and Quebec-based Videotron invested equally in a $50-million project to bring cell service to Montreal’s Metro.

@PsudoMike @telus sucks anyways… these morons are asking why I cancelled my internet plan… because you don’t even offer it on the south show of Montreal you ******* idiots! Vidéotron is better anyways. What kind of telecom company doesn’t even offer a worldwide plan?!

@Videotron Also, the clock is ticking... I will check in every three hours to see what you are actually doing. A non-reply to my DM - I will assume you have done NOTHING (or trying to call that one one guy in India that knows his ****.

@frankcain088 @PuckReportNHL @FriedgeHNIC Absolutely, so why do they want to stick with this awful setup? I went to the QMHJL draft last summer, it was the good, old, centralized setup at the Vidéotron Centre in Québec City. That was way, way, way better.

Anyone else with Videotron/Helix having issues?

  • fluxtrot

@Videotron I sent the details for my account. Also, you should get verified on X... You are cheaper than an Etsy creator selling tampons made out of fall leaves. YOU REEEEALLY need to get your **** together.

@JaredDapena Not sure if they’re out east, but I switched to videotron years ago. With their bring your own device rate it’s much cheaper and way better service than all the big 3

  • fanCRTCProfling
    Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Based on the #CRTC rules in regards to the outage reports, and the fact the no one else filled an outage report, we can conclude Bell actually own Rogers, Freedom and Videotron, or they just buy access from Bell which, per the rules, is allowed to be hidden.
