@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but wifi is same neighbourhood public park working ! Hope it get fixed 2day! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP at least 2 days

@Videotron Instead of filling us in with misleading % and tweets about field workers receiving chocolate, perhaps giving more specific details about areas and issues would be better. You are very effectively convincing us all to change internet providers once this is all said and done

@Videotron Videotron said they’re waiving data overage fees following Wednesday’s ice storm but didn't specify an end date. What about data used after service recovery? Because I already busted my limit. The measure needs to extend to the end of the cycle following recovery.

@Videotron Where is the customer support? No one answering the phone, no one answering the chat... what kind of service is this? An occasional tweet about some questionable percentage is not very helpful at all.

@Toassterr @Videotron I was able to get a hold of a technical support agent fortunately. The agent was helpful. Who ever is managing this videotron's twitter is not.

@Videotron Honestly, that appears to be a bold face lie. People are reporting no service in other areas. Nothing will ever excuse this shameful, poor support. All the years of price increases for improved services. This is what I get for 34 years as a client. Still no service. Hello Bell.

@Videotron Why is the internet still not working in the Old Port? We weren’t effected by the ice storm, so why is it now out for 24 hours?
