    @JackCha59051190 Even though Videotron owns Fizz, they are still two different companies with their own customer service. Fizz is 100% online by chat and you can contact them in the link that I've sent you. There is no customer service over the phone nor an email address. -Pierre-Olivier.

    @Videotron I've literally told you all you need to know. Channel 681 CNN HD IS NOT BROADCASTING. EVERY OTHER CHANNEL IS... if you know of a problem, then tell me.
