    @Videotron How do we report an issue like the actual cable has been cut by a fallen tree? No one is answering the phone or chat at Videotron.

    @danvineberg @Videotron I asked twice but no reply yet. Updates map and instructions should be on the homepage of their site but I see no emergency notice or service map on the website.
