Maybe @Videotron has been incentivized to help bring workers back to the office by slowing down their restoration of service? Something feels off about this one, no loss of power but 3+ days without internet

    People will know (or soon know) that having Teksavvy landline service means they are ****** in time of need because "Videotron mobile" will give people nothing in a time of need if people have TSI landline service.
