The big emergency this weekend is that Videotron finally bullied my abuelita into upgrading her phone and the new phone doesn't have any of her photos from Colombia or her WhatsApp contacts and history and let me tell you I have a major bone to pick with phone UX designers.

@JaneMoneypenny @Bell We had nothing but hell dealing with Bell. Home Phone, slow 6 meg DSL internet, three cell phones sharing 6GB, was paying $500 per month. Now with Videotron, minus the home phone, now paying $235 month for 4 cell owned phones with 8GB each, 150 meg unlimited internet.

@jclouti They did this to us in 2018 as well. I am hoping @Videotron works something out with @AMC_TV and we get to keep it. Otherwise my family and I will be looking into a new service provider.

@fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.
