    @iceRK9 @isabellerivo A problem occurred about 3 months ago in Quebec with videotron, and the network was cut off for about 4 hours, and more than a million subscribers were affected by this outage I am not comparing between countries, i'm talking about the ways in which the regimes can take advantage

  • cathuniverse Cath. (@cathuniverse) reported

    @Videotron is your Helix account portal down or something? I'm not getting through on my phone or computer and I need to pay my bill.

  • Lang_2727 Jeremy Lang (@Lang_2727) reported

    @MarahFA @TSN_Sports Videotron. I get the same thing on TSN2 that I get on TSN3 that's blacking me out of Preds/Jets. Figure your ******* **** out @TSN_Sports

  • UnashamedAlc Becca - The Unashamed Alcoholic Podcast (@UnashamedAlc) reported

    @Videotron You guys deserve all the customer service kudos, you've never disappointed me with that! Far and above any other company I've dealt with!

  • fagstein Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reported

    Bell filed a complaint last fall against Vrai, because Quebecor wasn’t offering it at all to non-Videotron subs, a clear violation of #CRTC policy. It’s now available through the QUB app, but Bell says that offers fewer concurrent streams and can’t be watched on a set-top box.

  • Fred_Da_fredian Fred A (@Fred_Da_fredian) reported

    @Videotron hi! Any idea when will the service be back in Laval?

  • fagstein Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reported

    I regret to inform you that there is yet another #CRTC dispute between Bell and Quebecor. Bell has filed a complaint about Vrai, Quebecor’s reality TV streaming service, saying the version offered to non-Videotron subscribers is of poorer quality and twice the price.

    @anatolefp @Videotron @terezblackstar I live in cote-des-neiges too. Have same internet issue

  • mke1138 Mike (@mke1138) reported

    Another Sunday, another @Videotron failure. Can’t even watch @OFF_TLMEP without it pixelating into Lego blocks. If this keeps up we’re just going to switch to @Bell. They might be evil but they can keep their service running.

    Spoke to someone very helpful and friendly about tech issues I was having with my internet provider. Gave them a perfect score on the customer survey. So glad I switched from Videotron/Rogers, which always sent me through the infinite circles of automated-response hell.
