    @Videotron - I called to put services on vacation mode and keep my internet running. The agent told me it was no problem. The next day no services work. I spend 1.5hrs on phone. Today you suspended my services. You charge me 50$. I have to wait until tomorrow. Horrible service!

    You know it’s one of those days when you want to watch tv because your government instituted a curfew for all its mistakes and then @Videotron shuts down! TABARNAC!

    @Bell_Support yup total crap at this time. either my pvr is crap or fibe is out. matter what I do only channel 1 appears, even on the guide. maybe @Videotron has better service.
