Fluxtrot (@fluxtrot) reported@videotron Your Internet service went down again... It's beyond silly at this point. You need to get your **** together! I hope it was that someone tripped on a wire... and NOT planned router update in the middle of the day... out-sourcing more things to India. YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT to be a customer.

Cass (@cassieloves1013) reported@TimothyHansford @codedandunited They will never allow another team in Canada which is crap. The Videotron Center where the Remparts play is already NHL ready. No team. Hamilton? Nope. But they want to put another team in Atlanta or in Houston? Makes no sense.

Sean Lloyd (@SeanLloyd93) reported@Videotron just moved and our internet works in one room.... Something needs to be done to fix wifi before we switch back to @Bell

Paul Nagy (@PaulWNagyJr) reported@Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

Francis Taquin (@FrancisTaquin1) reported" With Rogers shutting its 3G network on July 31 too, it’s likely that Freedom Mobile and Videotron’s 3G shutdown is related, since its wireless customers also roam on Rogers. “Starting July 31, 2025, one of our Canadian partners will begin shutting down their 3G network, beginning with the province of Quebec, as well as Ottawa, and it’s surrounding areas,” says Freedom Mobile. Recently, Rogers and Fido have already started cutting off working phones that were using its 3G networks, in what was deemed accidental. Rogers is also charging a $75 network fee if users continue to use 3G networks. "

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedBased on the #CRTC rules in regards to the outage reports, and the fact the no one else filled an outage report, we can conclude Bell actually own Rogers, Freedom and Videotron, or they just buy access from Bell which, per the rules, is allowed to be hidden.

Tina (@curious6720) reportedNo internet #videotron Down since 7:00 p.m.

James Somaeck (@somaeck) reportedTo end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9
