    @Videotron, our company is at 573 Delmar, Pointe-Claire. H9R4A9. Our internet &VOIP phone system is out. We have very sketchy cell service and of course, no Internet access either. Can you send someone to check this situation?

    Been down without hydro and finally back up to find out my internet is fully down. Have not been able to work for 3 days ...any update for Gatineau @Videotron . You need a outage map

    @Videotron What a joke, some how your competitors don’t need power to operate as everyone with Bell still has internet. I now know that your joke of a company is more interested in lending your network out to fly by night cheap *** companies rather than your 1st party cleints.

    @Videotron you need to provide some updates. When is service going to be restored by area for example? I hate to say it but hydro Quebec sets the standard for this, and you are an example of what not to do.

    @Videotron Therefore, I don’t think a status update as to when service will be restored is not an unreasonable expectation. This allows us as customers to make arrangements as needed. Last i checked, Videotron is not paying for me to take a sick day from work…
