    @Videotron worst service. Waited all day for technician. Kept telling me I was next call. Nobody showed up. No wifi, No television, No telephone. Missed an entire day of work.

    @Videotron Helix really makes me miss coaxial cable. This tech just isn't there, and integrating it into our household has been nothing but problems.

    @Videotron Called that a wire was cut and down outside my house. Was told technician would 100% arrive by end of day. Lie after lie from customer service. Wasted an entire day waiting for technician
