    @Videotron I am on the phone with another agent yudish 212784 who went above and beyond with customer service and customer care and he needs to be compensated! Your other ee was awful and rude I hope you listen to the recording!

    @David_Moscrop If you're in the Ottawa area, you can go with Videotron (and keep your 613 number). Customer service via their chat (rather than calling), and very, very reasonable plans.

    Basically, this is an interest free loan to Videotron (auto-withdrawals w/ all forms of payment). Wonder how some people are going to pay rent, food or med's. People on these flankers are there due to affordability to begin with. #CRTC Then potential NSF issues affecting people

    @lesleychestrman @BestBuyCanada Same here. Very bad service. So hard these days to get decent service... almost as bad as Bell and Videotron. 🥴

    @PierreVLeBrun Hey, while they're at it, why not just move Arizona to the Atlantic... and to cut down on travel, they could just play out of the Videotron Centre in Québec?
