@Videotron Sure, except the play store that someone is using is no indicator where they live or what telecommunications provider they are trying to use. US Play Store != US Resident. And even if they were, the app isn't a telecommunications service. No harm, no foul.

@Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

Gotta love @Bell. They won't bring gigabit fibe to our home but if we moved 91m up the street no problem. Stuck with @videotron for now. 😡 We need more competition in Canada for #HighSpeed Internet.

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@Videotron I have taken a vacation day to sit home and wait all frigging day , called you at 430 and you told me my equipement would be here within the hour...NOTHING. You are really making me want to cancel my tv,mobile and house service. #shitservice
