    Ya’ll I rarely tweet about companies online but I just feel a simpler option could be easily made available. Videotron has that option. Bell, you can do it too. I believe in you. Please fix this problem. It’s annoying and makes me want to just get rid of the TV option entirely.

    @GagnSbastien I live in Montreal.. called Vidéotron and they have an outage in my area. Could take 3-4hrs to repair.. it wasn't even declared before I called 😫

    @Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!

    Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

    @Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

    @cd_lmh @psac_afpc Why would u want the same ******* u can't stand dealing with when u call Rogers/bell/Videotron etc..... To now be the ******* you have to deal with when ur trying to get ur passport or deal with taxes etc
