    Yo @Videotron I’m about to yeet your modem down the road how frigging hard is it to note down a new address? It’s the 4th technician you send to the old address. It’s the 15th technician we talk to this week. We’ve been on the phone for 15 hours this week for a simple change.

    @Videotron Trying to log in to my account to check my internet bill, I get greeted with a "captcha" and whenever I click to complete it I get "Invalid Captcha". I've tried changing my password. I just can't access my account. What's the issue?

    @Videotron I've been having a little trouble with my #Internet access for three straight days. It's #Windows10, and things have worsened by the second. I can't even use my cleaner programs!

    @Videotron I've tried three different internet browsers (Chrome, Edge, FireFox) as well as mobile. So it's definitely not a me problem.
