Emmanuel (@GlitchTechFan) reportedOh haha really funny @Videotron, now fix your services. The fact this has been going on since this morning, and it's yet to be fixed? And services are expected to come back at 11 PM? And this is WHY I do not want Helix TV!

Derek Kilian (@DerekJKilian) reported@Videotron I guess they still can’t do math… With all the people without service I CANNOT believe them. How do they calculate their efficiency? Je crois qu’ils ne savent pas calculer… Avec toutes les personnes qui n’ont pas de services, je ne les CROIS PLUS!

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedBased on the #CRTC rules in regards to the outage reports, and the fact the no one else filled an outage report, we can conclude Bell actually own Rogers, Freedom and Videotron, or they just buy access from Bell which, per the rules, is allowed to be hidden.

irønic (@mortendedans) reported@shawn_elbaz @0xIlyy Fizz uses videotron's network, it's not true FTTH

🐾 Flynn 🦊 🔜 FD 🐾 (@ArcticFoxHiro) reported@JustNoOne3001 @yellmapper Just went to Ottawa and picked up n66 and a fuckton of B7 on telus Like, 20mhz of 7, another 20mhz of 7, 20mhz of 2, 15mhz of 66, 30mhz of n66 according to service mode. I didn't even know band 66 was that wide, nevermind having Rogers and Vidéotron also using spectrum

Stuntman Stützle (@StuntmanStutzle) reported@Bleak5170 @Videotron Damn I hope it comes back soon. I'm on Wilfrid-Lavigne and it came back yesterday while I was working from the office

James Somaeck (@somaeck) reportedTo end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9

PeteyPoPetey (A user) 🇨🇦 #ReleaseTheNames (@peteypopetey) reportedFreedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.

CEOofEva (@CE00fEva) reported@Zontar_Dow These surveys assume the entire population was watching TV. It's an outdated metric from the 20th century. They should use the data from service providers...I used to work for Videotron 12 years ago. They could get those real numbers back then if they wanted to...
