    @Videotron !!! How can you possibly sell a @SamsungCanada #GalaxyS21Ultra without a phone charger. No accessories. Just a cable to change from one phone to another. If you never owned one. How do you do that without a phone charge and don't include one or sell it stores?

    @Videotron Hi! I want to call to Est Europe and I would like to unlock my phone to do this and also add the 'Overseas long distance calls' option. It's urgent and due to the national holiday the customer service is not available. Please help!

    @roburwin @fizz_ca Fizz resells Videotron lines so it's cable service. Better pricing but they have zero cares and zero support when there are issues. They don't even have a phone number you can call.
