    trying to return a piece of hardware to @Videotron after an accidental double purchase has required 2 visits to a store, 3 phone calls to customer service and a confused technician sent to our home to pick up the item. why’d you have to go and make things so complicated?

    @videotron Hey. I pay for CBS on my Vidéotron grid. Yet why am I getting the Global News on 687 as of 7PM instead of the golf playoff on CBS. #refund This has been a persistent problem that needs to be rectified.
