    @Videotron Can't get direct ethernet connection for Xbox Series X in any of the 4 ports of new Helix Fi 2 router ... Is there some configuration needed on router port connection? Wifi works AND connecting it through a switch but want direct fast reliable connection. Help please !

    @Videotron Did your network equipment not observe the time change overnight? My phone is set to use "network provided time", and it's still an hour behind.

    Hello @Videotron! :) I can’t find any sports channels in 4K on Helix :( I had them on my old service with you guys, am I missing anything? Thanks!

    @Videotron Any known mobile data issues around west Quebec/Ottawa? I’ve been getting very slow speeds (0.5-1 mbps down, 0.25-0.5 mbps up) or no connection at all the last couple of days

    @Videotron I’m shocked that in 2021 you do not have a status page or outage page? I’ve been in an outage since 11:50 and the only update is a restore time of 3:45?

    @cfulgham Videotron here. Went with them a few years ago. No issues and was half what I would have paid with Bell when I changed over.

    @Videotron Why are we not receiving @CBCNews on channel 618 ... assuming you are having trouble with the broadcast signal, why not post a notice on the TV menu.
