@Videotron Hi, still no service at my address at H3W 1W8. Is there a way I can find out if this is a zone outage or specific to my wiring? Thanks!

@Videotron Therefore, I don’t think a status update as to when service will be restored is not an unreasonable expectation. This allows us as customers to make arrangements as needed. Last i checked, Videotron is not paying for me to take a sick day from work…

@Videotron TekSavvy is being totally screwed right now, they cannot even reach you., they get a busy signal 24 hours a day. They use your network. Mostly no internet for a few days now. This sucks for people who work from home.

@Videotron so glad i decided to stay loyal to your farcical service instead of going to Bell when everyone told me to. Losing two ******* days of work because whatever “engineers” you hired to restore the network got their credentials at the dollar store is fun.

@Videotron @Bell Not to mention two people in our household work from home; two days of lost work isn't going to be properly compensated by the $10 offered by your customer service which is what we got 2 months ago when our internet went out for two days.

@Videotron So you're essentially telling people with landlines to just pray and die if they have to dial 911. It should be illegal for you to force our phone lines through your devices if they can't allow for emergency calls in times of emergency. You are using our public infrastructure.
