    @Videotron Your customer service is TERRIBLE! For Videotron mobile users using their phone as hotspots because their Helix is down:

    @honeylust5 @IFizziks @Videotron So I don't know if it's true, what I read was since some towers were down (which Helix uses) it left the ones still up eventually overwhelmed, which is why the net was up and down

    @Videotron So it went from our teams are on the ground working day and night to passing the buck onto Hydro which is at 95% at the moment. Is the management so obtuse? I've never seen a company in this day and age so unaccountable and with a serious lack of transparency. You're a disgrace!
