@videotron can you please contact me ASAP if possible? I'm was given/promised a quote which is not being accepted. I'm on the phone now with an agent right now and it seems to be going nowhere. If they not going to accept their own quote I will just cancel all my services.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@Videotron @mayq2012 Basically what videotron just said here is that the poor working people not privileged with being able to work from home will subsidize those who are working from home. This is pretty bad.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@BigBadJuan @RessyM Differential censorship. Zero-rating of words. Those who can afford to read words and those who can't. This already occurred & is occurring via "FB's free internet" + w/ Videotron. Or, what if the Bell refused to carry certain words (RE: Faith Goldy issue)? Already occurred.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@Videotron @GretaLemieux9 "Developing new technologies" You get very generous R&D tax credits for that. It's not for people to fund your R&D. Poor excuse.

  • SexyCancerBeast I used to have cancer... (@SexyCancerBeast) reported

@Videotron This new outage system, honestly, we no longer have a map that shows the location all we see is a red blot on a map with no details. So now calls are backed up because prior to this system we could see enough details where we wouldn't have to call to get details.

  • MSzirmay Michael Szirmay (@MSzirmay) reported

@Videotron can I please get some service? I was lied to by your sales and now for two lines, im being charged 1111.17$🤮🤮

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@fanCRTCProfling So... Since most people are unemployed, rather than working from home, the poor and underprivileged people who are in an unfortunate circumstance must subsidize the people who are working from home... No... Sounds to me like @Videotron mismanaged their network!
