    @TekSavvyCSR @Videotron And we get to start the phone calls ALL OVER AGAIN tomorrow b/c @Videotron seems keen to NOT come back out despite screwing up the TPIA (but claiming a non-existant outage b/c we have cable TV) and forcing us to call TekSavvy instead of sending back the Vidéotron technician.

    @Videotron I sent the details for my account. Also, you should get verified on X... You are cheaper than an Etsy creator selling tampons made out of fall leaves. YOU REEEEALLY need to get your **** together.

    @jacquesbegood @Videotron I was told by customer service that updates are being loaded so this may be a problem for a few weeks

    @troybeno @Videotron Day 6 here. I don't even bother calling as it's clear they have no clue when it will be back. I understand there was a storm and all, but for it the issue to persist this long is ridiculous. I'm switching to Bell as soon as I can get someone on the phone to cancel.
