    Internet supposed to be incl in rent- agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.

    @eltseak They will understand it better, when I cancel my Vidéotron and any other subscription with PKP companies. I encourage others to follow the same way.

    So I have RDS on my tv with videotron. But when I try to log in the webdiffusion with my RDS account it says I need to pay for rds? What ********?

    @Videotron are you aware of issues with the helix TV service? Constantly freezing and losing connection. I am in the H8N area of Lasalle

    W/ wholesale we have CNOC members Distributel, Vmedia, Start, Ebox etc All owned by Bell, Rogers Videotron & Telus. What are they going to do here lock people into mobile-Internet bundles? Bundles to save 10$ off cruddy #CRTC service costs in 2yr contracts? A god send? Dunno..

    Ok so this is what we have to deal with here . The big 3 -Ts we have. Thanks to our CRTC. We are F*cked why because where are you going to go . Each of those companies now’s this .     @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

    Still no #CRTC outage reports from: -Videotron -Rogers -Wholesale/resale (Storm Internet aside) -Freedom mobile (which also couldn't provide french service during the outage).
