@howardknopf @googlenews @CRTCeng All that data collected via Stir-Shaken, huge amount, w/ location data, pooled to Rogers, Bell, Telus, Shaw and Videotron for their own use. And then there is that monster under multi-NDA's, the Bell AI file and I can't talk about that. Yeah, bad look (putting it mildly).

At Bell,1 employee says 1 thing,the next employee says a different thing,then the technician says ignore what the other 2 say.Mass confusion. Just had an argument with Tech guy,who is now calling Bell to figure out wtf is going on. Should have stayed with @Videotron

Day 4 back with @Videotron . I should never have left you for Bell.But yesterday,half my channels were gone and I had to reboot the receiver and call Videotron,but they fixed it right away.

@Videotron Data wiped. Cache wiped. Phone restarted. Still upset I have to call, because it's not MY issue There are days that mobile companies should remember that porting a phone is faster than waiting in the queue for tech support...

@Videotron Please clarify... Chat won't help me. My username and password are correct because I can log in to your website. So why do I need to call, when it's your app that isn't working... isn't giving me an error message, isn't functioning. Please explain why I need to call.
