    @David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Similar happened to me years ago but w/ Videotron. We'd lose internet out of nowhere for sometimes hours at a time. After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.

    @XploreMobile You guys can’t just shut down. Manitoba is supposed to have 4 wireless carriers. Who will replace you or buy you? We need more competition not less. Please sell your services to Freedom Mobile or Videotron immediately!

    After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

    @tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

    @Videotron legit question: have you been on hold with your customer service yet? The first song on your loop is the worst thing imaginable. Please, for gods sake, just mute it or gimme radio. Anything else. Please. #videotron

    @Videotron internet down for almost 30 mins now. Why so many service interruptions midday in the past couple weeks. This is the longest though.

    Anybody downtown (Outremont, Plateau) have Videotron home internet? Sister is reporting an outage and they claim its in the whole area.

    @MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.
