Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Deadly_JSay Jean-Luc Hurlbut (@Deadly_JSay) reported

@Videotron fix your DNS server pls. I'm getting a lot of name not resolved errors and Apex Legends doesn't work on your DNS anymore. I had to change to Google's DNS but every new device I use has issues. Maybe propagation is broken or something.

  • jus_bou Justin Bouchard (@jus_bou) reported

@boudjoce @revtvcanada @Videotron No, I guess they never showed it.

  • WJ_Roberts Bill Roberts (@WJ_Roberts) reported

@Videotron Is the setting I need available on iOS app or not? Please explain EXACTLY how I can check my billing notification preferences. Trying to solve a problem you created by stopping my paper billing…

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@BenKlass @CompBureau @CRTCeng the thing is that "offer only in Quebec" because videotron is a bit cheaper so they have to "compete", so having this nation wide mean that a customer in Ontario or BC would have an option cheaper because Videotron is cheaper. (or they could just all raise prices)

  • Pathfinder Pathfinder⚡ (@Pathfinder) reported

@Videotron I already contacted your customer support, and they verified there is a big outage in my neighborhood. They also could not tell me when the problem would be resolved. Hours? Days? They had no ETA at all. That is unacceptable.

  • karimzak1 Karim Zakher (@karimzak1) reported

@BarrySchwartzBW Yes same issue here with Videotron, can’t figure out why.

  • deena7202 Deena 😷🖖💙🇨🇦🦸‍♀️ (@deena7202) reported

@Videotron are you having network issues today? We don't see to be getting SMS attachments? It says "network error".

  • WJ_Roberts Bill Roberts (@WJ_Roberts) reported

@Videotron So I’m in your iOS app and can’t find notification options, there is no search. Help?

  • Pathfinder Pathfinder⚡ (@Pathfinder) reported

@Videotron When my power goes out for unplanned reasons, @hydroquebec is able to give an ETA on when their service will be restored. They even provide an app with an updated outage map so customers can track progress. Internet is just as vital a service as electricity.

  • SammyM12 Sam Meikle (@SammyM12) reported

@Videotron is internet down in Montreal ?
