@harrissn @commsarchives Used to live in former Videotron cable area in London and had their telephone service, got a couple of extensions installed after the Cable & Wireless takeover in 1997 and they were C&W branded. @fanCRTCProfling TekSavvy may have made a strategic error by using a single Part I application for both EBox and Videotron. Could allow the minister to muddy the waters "There's a separate issue with both Bell and Rogers playing out...". If the end result is Videotron's deal = tariff rate, 🎉

What happens to Shaw's wireless spectrum in the Rogers acquisition? How will Videotron maintain service for Freedom's customers if they lose it? Will it be through a roaming agreement with Rogers b/c that would be ridiculous Any insight? @peternowak @Bryson_M @AlsoKnownAs_AA

One hour waiting for an agent on live chat and counting, I got zero mobile network service since I landed in Mexico a week ago, but yet you charge me $14 traveler pass every day for a service I never got and for making 2 phone calls to videotron. When did you guys get so bad???

In a nutshell, Rogers wants to give Videotron access to its national broadband network at sweetheart rates so it can get its merger with Shaw through. This illegal side deal will kill competition, including TekSavvy, and allow the big guys to fix wholesale access rates.

Hey @Videotron , stop ******* with my 82-year old mom. She's been without a landline for over a week, your 1st tech hooked up her TV which she doesn't need and the 2nd one said he couldn't hook up a simple landline unless she located a box she's never heard of. FIX THIS

@ellenroseman @Videotron Exactly. And it is even cheaper if you use a smaller company which provides the service and support.
