@dasme Sorry @dasme. I jumped of Rogers’ ship last December. They have changed a lot in the last 5 years for the bad. Good luck. I’m with a local provider called @Videotron great service for the price

  • AVassiliou Anthony (@AVassiliou) reported

@Bell business is absolutely terrible. No sympathy for struggling businesses. We'll be switching all our businesses to @Videotron asap.

  • sdnil666 sdnil (@sdnil666) reported

You’d think that having experience as a customer service representative would stop me from crying on the phone to a stupid videotron employee BUT ALAS

  • alex_deluge Fernoir (@alex_deluge) reported

@Mr_Allen_Brown @mcclure111 Is quite similar here in Quebec. We have many small companies who use infrastructures from the two main providers : Bell and Videotron. Those smaller companies offer better price but lack stability. With Ebox I pay 60$/month for unlimited download, 10Mbps down/1.5 up, + modem.

  • MossieuGhislain Ghislain Bergevin (Gigilles) (@MossieuGhislain) reported

@SailingOnSound @fizz_ca I have it for internet and am pleased with it. The modem-router they provide is a bit crap. Self-service works well and the perks/bonuses are nice. Any problems I have are the same as I had with my previous ISP and likely due to Videotron hardware

  • SebastienNadeau Sebastien Nadeau (@SebastienNadeau) reported

@PMercier31 EBox is a provider like Videotron or Rogers. The Network portal asks your provider's credentials when you have a paid subscription. It merely acts as a auth process, like when you use your Facebook account to login to another website
