    Dear #Videotron, Roses are red violets are blue, You are the highest priced internet provider in all of Canada. Nothing rhymes with that, makes me sad, plus you want basic phone service cut-off w/o explanation out of the blue. Guess i'll slit my wrists. F you.

    @Videotron Yooooo guys I need some help here. My account shows a credit of $465 after I accidentally overpaid you in August, and still kept paying monthly anyway. Agent says he sees $75 credit only. My customer centre says $465. Seriously all I want is Helix and ya'll givin me HEADACHES.

    @Videotron What if I don’t have an helix account love. I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes without answer on the phone for customer service. Not impressed

    . @Videotron why is it necessary to change account numbers when switching to Helix? I currently have a $235 credit on my old account # and it'll take you 6-8 weeks to either transfer the balance to the new account # or issue a refund? What the hell.
