Seriously **** videotron, took money out of my account when I asked for a freeze on my internet bill this month and that was supposed to be for meds. If you ask a company for a freeze during a pandemic, maybe they should do so because everyone is struggling? So frustrated today

  • Mothadone Mo Knows (@Mothadone) reported

@jacktodd46 I was looking at switching to Fizz since it’s cheaper & faster than @TekSavvyBuzz and since they’re both on Videotron network, there’s no installation. But I just can’t do it, knowing them it’ll jump 40% after a year or they’ll harass me 24/7 to go back to cable TV

  • RecklessNebz Jamar Trayvon Lackson (@RecklessNebz) reported

@Videotron my @AppleSupport iPhone not even 2 years old and it’s slower than slow. Let me find out you guys are slowing that sh!t on purpose///!

  • potbrick1 pot (@potbrick1) reported

@MustyKetchup Videotron is bad but not that bad

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported

@fanCRTCProfling I cut the cable about 12 years ago, don't miss it either. If I occasionally want live TV I do have a very small antenna that can pick up a few locals. I take it your TV bill is also your internet bill? I know when I lived in QC that Videotron at least had good customer service

  • katrinnahendrix Katrinna Hendrix- 0f/Creator/Artist (@katrinnahendrix) reported

@Videotron Already talked to customer service. They were no help. This shouldn't have happened. Lucky you guys, I'm too broke to find a new internet company

  • mediamorphis Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported

Cable companies make contribution of 3.2-5%, Video on Demand & PPV 5% & all streaming service, including Bell's Crave, Videotron's illico, CBC Gem & Netflix make 0% contribution under digital media exemption order. 2/5

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported

@fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.

  • stouph87 ❄️☃️Stouph☃️❄️ (@stouph87) reported

@jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

This also might have been able wholesale access by Videotron, but the feed cut out during the question.
