    @SciBasedNutr @Videotron I was told that since I didn’t cancel before the new model was instituted last week I could not get that money. I don’t want to cancel my service today. I had planned to in October when I move. Whether I cancelled last week, today or in 2 months that money should be paid to me.

    @VLUTHERR Videotron. They are the worst lmaoooo. Like I love the service. Never have an issue. But there’s no rest with them. Everyday it’s something about a payment. 🥲😭

    @AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>

    @CdnAvSpotter @Milnoc @SBishayIRIS This is why I am curious whether Videotron has text in contracts with its retail customers about limited roaming. AT&T has such text when you buy prepaid service. you have “free” roaming iN Canada, but more than 50% of usage must happen on AT&T network.

    Disclaimer: I was very nervous as this was my first fansign ever. I could’ve used a better wordings and say videotron instead of billboard (or maybe it was the same thing?😭 help). I hope I conveyed all the love that I could give him through this.
