@IndianaTux @TekSavvyBuzz It’s a Videotron issue. I’m on ebox, tek would be the same. Months of Videotron coming to « fix a hardware issue in the neighbourhood » with no improvement, there clearly are just too many of us uploading during the work day, it’s fine at 2am...

@Videotron Coworker in the McGill ghetto doesn't have internet and doesn't have mobile data available in their phone to ask. Is there a service outage in the area?

@EAUclaire2010 @Bell_Support I disagree, Videotron had a huge outage in Montreal that lasted for days for some clients just 2 weeks ago. The grass is always greener on the other side. I had an issue with my service due to moisture on the equipment outside & they were very quick to change it. Thank you Bell.

@Bell_FR Bell is the worst for customer service. Prices are high. Videotron has best customer service and rates.
