    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

    @Videotron Will you reset bonus monthly/yearly data? It would be unfair to have lost a good percentage of it due to internet being down.

    @lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.

    @Videotron Videotron said they’re waiving data overage fees following Wednesday’s ice storm but didn't specify an end date. What about data used after service recovery? Because I already busted my limit. The measure needs to extend to the end of the cycle following recovery.

    @Videotron internet not working in J7T area. Comes and goes. For those that work from home, this is unacceptable. Please, at least, check why!

    @Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!
