    @Videotron Is there an outage? My internet connection is offline or my speeds have entirely fallen off a cliff to way below the speeds im supposed to be getting. It's affecting all devices on my network.

    thanks @Videotron for giving me a new remote. Now,about those prices that keep rising,I can only keep the price down by getting rid of channels.There has to be another way.Bell is begging me to switch.

    @Videotron Just meant to thank you for the rapid restore flow you got with your techs going all hands on desk to fix these. We had one in Sherbrooke last week. I was in the middle of a DR SQL recovery playbook while it shut down. You resolving the matter within 15mins saved our team a lot.

    @Videotron horrible experience. The modem was not delivered n time. I wasted 3 hours to collect. Now it is not connecting. Now I need to pay and wait a week to get it fix. I can't work from home.I can't take day off. I should have gone with @Bell .

    @ms4setup @Videotron Same problem this morning. Looks like DNS problem but even setting a different DNS doesn't fix the issue.

    @StephenPunwasi Also, this shows the viability of a quick cellphone fix. Allow one US company to extend their range. 80% of Cdns live within 150km of a US border. Also split Shaw's wireless with Sasktel and Videotron. Thanks for attending my Ted talk

    @Videotron over an hour on the phone trying to get service with Videotron. Original wait 15 minutes. Then I have been on hold for 30 minutes. What is wrong with Videtron now days? Also please stop wrong billing people, so we do not need to call
