All the bell flankers Videotron's flanker is on everyone's network. Rogers is riding on others & makes up like 50% of Cogeco's network use. They all are, they just hide it.

For Bell Cogeco, Rogers & Videotron to push this, they sure as hell want protection from another bundle player. No denying that.

I hope it was that someone tripped on a wire... and NOT planned router update in the middle of the day... out-sourcing more things to India. YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT to be a customer.
