    Try and login to @Videotron to see why I'm overcharged, and their whole site is down....i guess I know why I'm overcharged, they're having issues with their own systems

    americans really have it with customer service. almost fell in love with the lady at the other end of the line. Videotron/Bell prenez des notes.

    @Videotron if your cancellation dep is closed why are you not telling that to your customers when they are calling after hours instead of letting tham hang on a call that can't possibly get answered?

    15 days ago, I cancelled my @Videotron television service.. ..the BEST 15 DAYS EVER!!

    @Videotron very unsatisfied with service I've received. My plan includes a phone exchange every 2 years. But to get a new phone this time videotron wants to charge me an extra 5$ a month. Decided to keep my old phone. I'm already paying$150 for home phone, internet and cell.

    @Videotron how do you lose customers? You set an automated robot to tell them the internet service will be restored by 5pm although its only 8am. Bye bye videotron. It wasnt nice knowing you and the way you treat your customers...
