    @Videotron I already contacted your customer support, and they verified there is a big outage in my neighborhood. They also could not tell me when the problem would be resolved. Hours? Days? They had no ETA at all. That is unacceptable.

    @Bell_Support I'll need someone to reach me very soon or I will be calling @Videotron tomorrow. Never have I had such bad service

    @koodo your customer service is garbage. 3 attempts to TALK to a CSR have failed. If the 4th fails, I will be speaking to a Videotron CSR

    idk what happened to videotron internet last month during that outage but its been complete garbage since. constant DNS errors, random drops in connection, days where i cant get more than 15mb/s when i pay for 100mb/s... wtf

    @Microsoft Super-duper problem going on with #Microsoft10 for 60 hours straight now. #Videotron customers in #Montreal may be particularly hard hit.

    @Videotron When my power goes out for unplanned reasons, @hydroquebec is able to give ab ETA on when their service will be restored. They even provide an outage map to track progress. Internet is just as vital a service as electricity.
