@Videotron You guys have the worst service known to mankind. It doesn’t make sense that my modem resets itself 10 times a day everytime I’m in the middle of something.

@Videotron Even before the storm support was suggesting a repair time of over a month. Now that the storm has happened I am certain any claims of service disruption will be blamed on the storm.

@Videotron Completely separate from the storm, Ottawa south is still without LTE data. It has now been weeks and customer service is still suggesting 3G which only provides 0-5mbps. You would think they could get this right, but @videotron clearly doesn’t care. How are you worse than bell?

@pluc @cogeco @Videotron In other markets where there's "competition" there is still only one physical grid, though, and one grid operator/maintainer. I have no idea how it works for cable network infrastructure though.

@David_Mulroney Rogers, Bell/Telus, Videotron and Sasktel, chose and signed contracts with Ericsson and Samsung, Freedom, we were down to Nokia or Ericsson, this decision could have been announced 2 years ago.
