    @chrislesage I'm on Fizz, which is on Videotron and apparently it doesn't support it :/ Not that I have a big need for it, but would be fun to play with.

    @TELUSsupport is the worst phone company ever. Do not become their client. I’ve dealt with bell, Rogers, Fido, Videotron and this company is by far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with.

    @Videotron my Helix internet and home phone have been down for about 5 hours. I just tried calling the 24 hour / 7 days a week technical support (according to the user centre app) and it tells me that customer service is closed.

    @Videotron Hi, quick question about my Videotron invoice. I paid my latest balance last week, however I still don't see it reflected in the Customer Centre and I received an email today that my payment is due. Just want to make sure that I won't get charged for a late payment.

    @DiRobertis @Videotron I know the leafs game is up for free on their (sportsnets) main page cause of all the issues they’ve been having, not sure about other games. Hoping it actually streams tonight and doesn’t go down every 30 seconds.

    @Videotron The fact that you don't allow ffwd on network channels is just absurd. I pay for services and the remote you made me buy has a rewind and fast forward button. I should be able to do so. #fail

    . #advertising #fail @Videotron is sending me an "exclusive" offer in the Mail for 60 Mbps Internet via their Helix program. We've got 400 Mbps with them currently.

    I love how @Videotron customer service agents are so hit and miss. Called last week, got great service. Called today and Xavier told me no less than 3 times to check my bill instead of just answering my ******' question.
