@Videotron my internets been slow and choppy for the last few days. Is there something that can be done to fix it?

  • greenbeansanti 🧈⁷🧈 (@greenbeansanti) reported

My entire internet provider is down ..i hate living in mtl and hate being a customer of videotron i truly do😭

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@BenKlass @CompBureau @CRTCeng the thing is that "offer only in Quebec" because videotron is a bit cheaper so they have to "compete", so having this nation wide mean that a customer in Ontario or BC would have an option cheaper because Videotron is cheaper. (or they could just all raise prices)

  • aderosas1 Alessandra (@aderosas1) reported

Is there a @Videotron power outage ? No service for TV, internet and landline telephone not working.

  • robbycap418 Robert Caporuscio (@robbycap418) reported

@Videotron @SheilaB06891416 That’s really not acceptable… changing channels on a whim to subscribing clients is not very customer friendly..l no notification?

  • iansltx Ian Littman (@iansltx) reported

@saschasegan Videotron contiguity with Rogers is a little better, but not perfect, and I don't know why they'd even bother with the 10 MHz they got in some cases, unless it's to force other carriers in-area to network-share.

  • iansltx Ian Littman (@iansltx) reported

@saschasegan Either way, gotta assume that Videotron will deploy just enough of a network on 3.5 to force Rogers (probably Rogers) to network-share. Because if you think that Dish doesn't have enough spectrum to launch a network, 10-20 MHz of C-Band sure as heck isn't enough.

  • VeryScott Scott Troudt (@VeryScott) reported

@iPhoneinCanada That’s ok! @Videotron will be that 4th player to force competition and lower prices. Bell sucks.

  • WJ_Roberts Bill Roberts (@WJ_Roberts) reported

@Videotron Is the setting I need available on iOS app or not? Please explain EXACTLY how I can check my billing notification preferences. Trying to solve a problem you created by stopping my paper billing…

  • marymaraj mary maraj (@marymaraj) reported

@Videotron @SheilaB06891416 Totally ridiculous! we pay a lot for this service that you change with no alerts!
