Videotron's having some backbone issues in Montreal. Looks like their DNS servers are down. I'm using Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS service in my network permanently now, since @Videotron doesn't seem to care to notify their customers when they have downtime.

@Videotron Is this just an issue in Laval? Asked a few people from Montreal that use Videotron and their services are just fine. Their phone line doesn't seem to work either at least for us.

@Videotron Definitely a major DNS problem at Videotron, affecting residential internet and mobile data. The servers are pingable, but not returning any DNS requests.
