I received an email Friday with an order for Wi-Fi pods which I never ordered. I called retention today to resolve all of this and get a credit for the missed appointment. I also explained this is a retention issue as Videotron quoted me 150 tax in for same services.

In 1 week,my investment bank,tv service,and internet and phone services are making a big push to read 16 page documents and figure out wtf I am doing with the services. Do I need a lawyer to deal with Bell Videotron and The Royal Bank?

@jfmezei @Milnoc Landline is a susceptible to everything (tree's, power, poles falling etc). Power outage on landline Phone: Videotron has battery back-up on phones (supposed to last 8 hrs, but old batteries can deplete, can order another for ~$15), Bell is an $ option, ~35$ that no one buys. 1/2

Hey @fanCRTCProfling, do you remember when my phone picked up a US cell signal while I was in Brockville last month? I just got the bill from @videotron. No extra charges. Will see what happens next month.

At Bell,1 employee says 1 thing,the next employee says a different thing,then the technician says ignore what the other 2 say.Mass confusion. Just had an argument with Tech guy,who is now calling Bell to figure out wtf is going on. Should have stayed with @Videotron

People have been asking @Videotron for eSim support for many years and they didn’t act. The loss of customers they are going to experience in the coming weeks is 100% due to their lack of ability to plan ahead. One iPhone 14 means I need to move my whole family. Sucks.
