    @Videotron Are you guys sure you aren't having issues again? I have no internet at home and I've been on hold with support ever since it went out.

    @Videotron Modem and router. Obviously tried the standard unplugging and resetting many times during the last 20 hours. Trying to change my DNS server to the Google one and not working either. At a loss and need my schoolwork.

    @Videotron Yooooo guys I need some help here. My account shows a credit of $465 after I accidentally overpaid you in August, and still kept paying monthly anyway. Agent says he sees $75 credit only. My customer centre says $465. Seriously all I want is Helix and ya'll givin me HEADACHES.
