@Videotron a person in a Pandemic cannot go 6 days without internet. We need to find a solution. Will be calling back this morning because this is unacceptable. (I am using what is left of my data).

@ThePeterKelly Telus and their subsidiaries are available in some areas. I use Koodo in Hamilton and it's fine service-wise. Unfortunately since Freedom was bought up in 2015 Ontarians don't have the option to support a provider outside the big 3/4, unless you're in Ottawa & can get videotron.

@Videotron Crazy how I have had Internet issued for 3 months but cant gain access to my account because apparently you can only have 1 person on a Helix account? Help me understand how trash of a company you are without telling me how trash of a company you are....here you go 1st

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Similar happened to me years ago but w/ Videotron. We'd lose internet out of nowhere for sometimes hours at a time. After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.

@tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron
