    @Videotron I never loose electricity, in Côtés des neiges, but my Videotron is dead. How would you blame my electric network.

    @Videotron Update! We found Videotron this morning. Finally spoke with a CS rep. Videotron scheduled an appointment to reconnect wire on April 17th. We are expecting a credit for service time lost.

    @Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but was able to connect wifi for free in park adjacent ! Hope it get fixed today ! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP already a couple of days

    @Videotron Just saw a Bell guy fixing internet on our street . I told him I wish you were a Videotron guy. He said , ya, I am sorry. I was like me too.. Haven’t seen a single Videotron truck out . Not sure what kind of fix they are doing …

    Still no @videotron since Wednesday Manage to talk to someone from the technical support can’t confirm when the service will be back

    @Videotron Power and hydro finished on Gohier and Saint-Louis on Thursday in Saint-Laurent yet still no internet!! Still no Videotron vehicles seen anywhere in the region. Poor service.

    @Videotron 2) I have Rogers as a cell provider. Their network was offline for me. Was able to connect to an agent in a minute. That agent followed up by email & suggested I ask billing for a credit. They are now back online. Two completely different experiences. Videotron is not prepared.
