@OficialLaMimi @Videotron It's already back for me all my other work from home co-workers who were also down on the south shore. It lasted between 5 and 30min for most people. Maybe try and restart your modem once more if it's not already back for you.

@Videotron You had an outage. Maybe you should google ‘is videotron down’ before you answer a tweet. Then you’d see lots of customers had no service. Obv someone over there knew and dealt with it. It’s back up. Crazy that I knew more than you.
