    Apparently Videotron's Helix service is locked to their DNS servers and users can't change them. Can anyone confirm? That's pretty bad.

    @Videotron First time we have been down in four years with Vidéotron. Overall very reliable. Of course, still inconvenient to lose service when working from home. More updates would@be helpful.

    @Videotron Why do people act like they own videotron and that they should fix it right away, if they could do that they would. If your wifi went down its probably because that **** is weak as ****. Im 1.2Gig down and im still running, "Fix it up or im switching to Bell" Its not that easy

    @Videotron If your phone network is still working: You can access the internet if you change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. Videotron's DNS servers are completely down. Go to your Network Properties, then select TCP/IPv4 and click on Properties, you'll see the DNS options at the bottom.
