    @Videotron why is your website so bad? Is down half the time and the other half I have to log back in every time I switch screens. Horrible.

    @BellCare After a week of getting ****** around with no shows and no return calls for faulty equipment we finally made the switch to @Videotron. Everything works and the speed is like lightning. You’ll never see us again.

    went to use the illico app to set dvr remotely to record but it is dead .. it had Me download the helix app instead .. the helix app is a piece of **** that has the wrong channel numbers and can't record 👎🙁💩😠 @Videotron @VideotronDiv

    @Videotron Videotron Helix signals are weak and breaking up in Gatineau. Technical chat line is down. Telephone line to technical issues not taking calls. What’s happening?!

    @Videotron Talked to a support agent at 8:55pm, "Should be half an hour or so.", well it's 10:04pm, no messages, no tech. My kids are in bed, don't need someone stomping around. Why do I need to call/follow-up? Why am I not being informed? This a full day without phone or internet.

    @Videotron I normally don’t notice but the broken lte data in my area really sucks when there is a power outage. Have to leave zone to get data.
