@Videotron Not an excuse, other providers have service. You are VERY quick to charge overages… I assume you will be consistent and compensate customers accordingly for the outages?

  • MarcMatmat07 Marc-André Turcotte (@MarcMatmat07) reported

@Videotron If only LTE data would work. 3G is more stable, wtf.

  • shacams68 Sharon Campbell (@shacams68) reported

@RogersHelps What is actually going on? You celebrate your capitalistic greedy monopoly too much? Almost the entire customer base in Ottawa without service for 18 hours and you’re responding like it’s one offs. It’s thousands. Don’t forget Bell and Videotron still exist. We won’t.

  • AngeloStavrow Angelo Stavrow (@AngeloStavrow) reported

@Videotron The support line is busy and I’m sure your customer support agents are swamped, but it’d be helpful to have a way to check or report an internet outage online (like Hydro-Quebec has). Does such an option exist?

  • barbaravincentd barbara (@barbaravincentd) reported

@andersonestevam @Videotron Same is down here too

  • Yougzz Yougzz (@Yougzz) reported
