@Videotron Our internet has been out in Villeray since around 4am. Any service disruptions in the area?

@Trouffman @Videotron We'd need a "online content professional" internet service because obviously, in this current year, some people need a lot more bandwith than your average facebook user and tv consumer.

@Videotron please call tomorrow when possible! I still have no internet service!

Just had @Videotron install #helix which they said would not change our service.... lies... now we are being told to pay extra if we want what we had before... what a scam

@seananthonylevy @TekSavvyBuzz That's not true at all. Bell and Videotron are literally the only providers with their own networks in quebec. Once their network is installed, it's a waste to double up and build a third network, and also not profitable as a smaller ISP does not have the budget for that.

@lesleychestrman @BellMobility Been there, done that... They have the worst customer support. Videotron is actually not bad in that department.

The @Videotron online chat wait time is just as bad as the telephone one... 30 minutes and counting. Unbelievable that I can’t make changes on my own and have to live with this company’s lack of investment in its infrastructure. #trashservice #trashwebsite

Just found out today that starting in February 2021, my cable provider Videotron will no longer offer AMC because they were demanding onerous fees. And they’re not alone: Bell & Rogers have also dropped the channel. WTF, @AMC_TV ?!? You no longer like/need international viewers?

@Citizen_Kwy @Videotron For us this is mostly because we do not care a dime about the TV and landline services. We never did. might be good for the mass, but high bandwidth and low-latency is the only thing we care and mind paying for. cc @Videotron
