@Videotron Just fix the issue. The problem is from you guys, clearly (as I'm not the only customer without internet).

By unplugging my fibe tv with Bell due to major technology issues,i went back to videotron. They have only a few time shifting channels unfortunately.

@RogerD416 No actual #MVNO will emerge under these newly detailed old decisions. Doesn't help large regionals as they already have network sharing or roaming deals (Videotron, Freedom, Eastlink). Does not help potential new entrants e.g. Cogeco or Xplorenet either. Nothing-burger. New wrap.

@annedeblois With Bell FIBE, you need to unsubscribe from more than one channel in order to get TSN (you cannot subscribe to only one TSN channel). With Videotron, you need to be subscribed to a Sports package in order to get TSN, but the whole network counts for only ONE of your channels.

@Videotron - Helix tv is not working. No answer on tech support phone line or chat or via DM on Twitter. If it's a system wide issue, just update pls.

@Bell We’re switching to videotron because we’re tired of crap service that often breaks while being unable to cancel services we don’t use.

@mgeist @pablorodriguez Sort of reminds me of the senator pushing the porn blocking bill when she said Videotron and Bell support it but refused to show up & discuss it as witnesses. Speaks for itself.

@peggy_blair @BrownKnowser To be fair, my son who lives downtown is very happy with videotron. It just didn’t work for me as I live in the country. I particularly had problems when I stopped going downtown when the pandemic started
