    @Videotron The line disconnects after it tells you the hours that it’s open. Ive done it six times. I say I’m a video customer. I provide my phone number then it tells me the customer service line is is closed, provides me the hours that hangs up.

    Ok so this is what we have to deal with here . The big 3 -Ts we have. Thanks to our CRTC. We are F*cked why because where are you going to go . Each of those companies now’s this .     Hey @Videotron - we're on day three of intermittent wifi issues now. Expect today, it's impacting my work. Can we expect this to be solved? This really isn't acceptable.

    Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓
