    @Videotron and before you lecture me on how to use the PVR, I went and had to set "Record series" again, since next week episode wasn't set to record. It not like you have ever fixed any of the TV guide issues I have had in the past. So I keep complaining. Pay more, get less.

    @Videotron Internet down yesterday from 2pm to 9pm. Down this morning from 8am to 12pm ... and now down again since 2pm. Lanaudiere, Get your **** together. Never had this many down time since I switched to Helix.

    @Videotron I've had your service on my cell a few months. It's been great. Except tonight and one other night. I need some help to figure out why I had no service at a time I needed it to get a ride home. This is a safety issue so if I can't get an explanation/solution....

    @Videotron It's very not environment friendly to force your customers to move to Helix w/ new hardware, preventing them from using perfectly working modem/router (for no valid reason, technical or otherwise), /or/ have them pay +>15$ per month to keep the old service...

    oh no not videotron salespeople showing up (without their mask on) at my door trying to get me to sign up with them for a service that is more expensive than my current provider then trying to "splain" what the CRTC is as a communications grad :'D

    @Videotron been having unstable internet since yesterday. Already called your tech support which were very helpful. However, the stable internet only last for an hour after I called your tech support and we are having problems with the wifi again.

    after 3 weeks with bad *** WiFi and the worst customer service from Primus, we are finally changing to @Videotron so I pray I have decent WiFi from now on
